For gas chromatographic determination with the sulfur-specific flame photometric detector, nine ${\beta}$-lactam antibiotics without ${\alpha}$-amino group were esterified with borontrifluoride-methanol complex and then N-benzoylated with benzoyl chloride. The gas chromatographic separation of these products was successfully carried out on various silicon polymers (OV-1, OV-101, OV-17, OV-225, and QF-1) coated on the acid washed, silanized diatomite. The structure of the esterified and N-benzoylated product was confirmed by mass spectromer.
NMR Spectroscopy에 의한 Sulfonamide의 정량(定量)

A rapid and accurate NMR procedure for the analysis of a mixture of sulfametrol, sulfalene and sulfameter in $CDCl_3$ and $dimethylsulfoxide-d_6$ was developed. Thioacetamide was used as an internal standard. The signals chosen for the analysis were a singlet of 4.03ppm due to the methoxyl group of sulfametrol, a singlet of 3.98ppm due to the methoxyl group of sulfalene and a singlet of 3.83ppm due to the methoxyl group of sulfameter. The quantification of the characteristic peak was done by the integration method and the peak height method. The variation coefficient of sulfametrol, sulfalene and sulfameter were 1.7(n=6), 1.7(n=6) and 1.4%(n=6), respectively in the peak height method and 8.9(n=6), 9.4(n=6) and 7.0(n=6), respectively in the integration method.

The resolution of five amino acids derivatives by gas chromatography on phenylthiohydantoin derivatives as chiral stastionary phase was investigated. (S)-5-isopropyl, isobutyl, (sec)-butyl and benzoyl derivatives of $N^3-phenyl-2-thiohydantoin$ were synthesized from L-valine, L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-phenylalanine, respectively. The phases were employed at several column temperatures ($140^{\circ}C{\sim}210^{\circ}C$). The separation factors were compared with each stationary phase with varying R groups. The possible mechanism of chiral recognition was investigated by NMR technique.
다학제간 접근방식의 UX 디자인방법론 재정의 및 모바일 앱 기획 교육사례에 관한 연구

본 논문은 빠르게 변화하는 정보통신산업 트렌드와 모바일 앱 서비스 중심 온라인 소비문화 및 사용자의 니즈에 부응하기 위해 모바일 앱 기획중심의 사용자 경험(User Experience, UX) 디자인 방법론을 재정의하고 이에 따른 디자인 전공 학생들을 위한 교육사례를 제시하였다. 이를 위해 디자인 씽킹(Design Thinking, 디자인 사고)의 이론적 고찰과 다학제간 접근방식(예: 인문학, 사회과학, 정보 시각화)이 반영된 디자인 씽킹 모형의 주요 특징이 어떻게 모바일 UX 디자인을 위한 더블 다이아몬드 디자인 프로세스와 유기적으로 연계되는지를 살펴보았다. 이를 통해 도출된 시사점을 반영하여 모바일 앱 기획을 위한 UX 디자인방법론을 재구성하였다. 나아가 이를 적용한 실제 교육사례를 사례연구대상으로 지정하여 디자인 전공 저학년 대학생들의 실습사례 결과를 더블 다이아몬드 디자인 프로세스에 따라 주요 단계별로 설명하였다. 따라서 본 논문은 디자인 전공자의 요구에 맞춘 보다 실용적인 모바일 UX 디자인방법론의 중요성을 고찰하고, 이에 기반한 교육사례를 통해 UX 디자인교육의 긍정적 효과를 가늠해보고자 한다. This paper redefines the mobile app planning-oriented user experience (UX) design methodology to respond to rapidly changing information-communication industry trends, mobile app services-oriented online consumption culture and users" needs, and thus presents the design educational case for university students majoring in visual communication design. In this case, this paper looked at theoretical considerations of design thinking and how the key features of the design thinking model reflecting multidisciplinary approaches (e.g., humanities, social sciences, and information visualization) are organically linked to the double-diamond design process for mobile UX design. Accordingly, this paper reconstructs the UX design methodology for mobile app planning reflecting the implications derived from the previous steps. Furthermore, this is applied to the design education program for design majors. In this context, the educational cases were designated as case studies and the results of design practice cases of low-grade college students majoring in design were explained by major stages according to the double diamond design process. Therefore, this paper examines the importance of more practical mobile UX design methodologies tailored to the needs of design majors and aims to assess the positive effects of UX design education.
생약 중 잔류 생약의 분석법: GC/MS 에 의한 27종 잔류 규제 농약의 분석

GC/MS analysis of 27 controlled pesticides in herbal drugs was studied. Selected ion monitoring(sim) technique was applied to increase the GC/MS sensitivity. Typical peaks in the mass spectrum of each pesticides were selected as quantitation, comfirmation or alternate ion. Twenty seven pesticides were divided into five groups according to their retention time and the peaks for SIM were programmed accordingly. The combination of two ionization methods, electron impact(EI)-SIM-MS and negative ion chemical ionization(NCI)-SIM-MS, were well-fitted for the detection, confirmation and quantitation of multiclass residual pesticides in herbal drugs.

Three compounds were isolated from the n-BuOH fraction of buds of Eugenia caryophyllata and their structures were identified as 3,3'',4-tri-O-methylellagic acid, 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-3,5,4''-trihydroxy-7,3''-dimethoxyflavone and gallic acid by chemical and spectral evidence.

Eight aromatic acids in Panax ginseng were determined by GC. Ultra- 1 (25mX0.2mmX0.33mcm) capillary column was employed with temperature programming from 150oC to 240oC at a rate of 3oC/min. The mean contents of eight aromatic acids in 8 white ginseng samples were as follows; salicylic acid: 4.30ppm, cinnamic acid: 18.2ppm, vanillic acid: 4.22ppm, gentisic acid: trace, syringic acid: 6.69ppm, p-coumaric acid: 13.3ppm, ferulic acid: 21.9ppm, caffeic acid: 24.3ppm, respectively.

생약은 수많은 성분의 혼합물로 주로 육안 또는 현미경에 의한 형태학적 방법에 의해 분류되고 있다. 그러나 이 방법은 객관화하기 어려우므로 비전문가의 경우 사용하기 곤란하고, 분말이나 엑스처럼 형태가 바뀌면 적용하기 어렵다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 열분해 질량스펙트럼으로부터 얻어지는 화학적 분석자료들에 통계학적인 다변략 분석법을 적용하여 생약의 분류를 시도하였다. 여러 장소에서 수집한 당귀, 천궁, 백출, 정향, 반하, 소회향, 후박, 향부자, 석창포, 강활, 지실, 목향, 건강의 13종 생약 170여 시료에 대하여 화학통계적 방법을 적용하여 본 결과, 모든 시료를 정확하게 동정할 수 있었다. 이 방법은 질량분석기를 이용하기 때문에 미량의 시료(수 ㎎이하)를 이용하여 쉽고 빠르게 생약을 분류할 수 있으며, 거의 모든 생약에 확대 적용할 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

Two compounds were newly isolated from the leaf exudates of Aloe capensis and identified as 10-C-rhamnosyl aloe-emodin anthrone and aloenin B, on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidences.
