The gymnastic system of a country is formed depending upon the Background of its national character this study aims at inquiring the necessity of physical education through on examination of the Difference between a military nation and a Democratic nation in applying physical education for their national deffense Characteristics of physical education in such societies is ancient Sparta and ancient Shinla, and so on are taken as examples in order to emphasize the importance of physical education for national deffense. measures for strengthening Korea's physical education (for national deffense) are suggested bu studying the influences of the national structure upon the physical education for national deffense in countries such as North Korea and Germany. The destinies of a country may depend on its gymnastic policy. There ofre a new age's "image" must be inspired through training in national deffense gymnastics in order not to ignore gymnastic activities conscious of the sense of national defense and our identity as ardent workers for it.

The discharge coefficients of critical sonic nozzles were obtained in a high pressure gas flow standard system, which was a gravitational weighing system. The discharge coefficients of critical sonic nozzle farbricated according to ISO specifications are in good agreement with ISO correlation. The discharge coefficients for small inlet radius decrease significantly as the inlet length become short due3 to separation at the sharp-edged inlet. For nozzles having long inlet radius, the effects of inlet length on the discharge coefficients were relatively small, but the effects become significant at the short inlet length. The effect of separation at the sharp-edged inlet is stronger than that of the boundary layer growth. The experimental results support that the shape of critical sonic nozzles suggested by ISO specifications is excellent.

유량측정 정확도를 1-2% 정도 원하는 경우 ISO, AGA 등 규격서에 제시한 직관부 길이나 flow strainer를 설치하면 얻을 수 있으나 측정 정확도를 더욱 향상시키기 위해서 최소 직관부길이, straightener의 설계 개선과 최적설치 위치에 관한 연구와 규격보완을 위한 연구가 진행중이다. 현장에서 유량계를 교정할 수 있는 검증시스템으로 석유특유의 경우에 푸루버가 사용되고 있으나 현장 검증시스템의 용량과 측정 정확도의 향상을 위한 연구가 진행중이고, 천연가스의 경우에는 EC에서 소닉노즐 뱅크를 제작하여 시험중에 있다.

The fluidic flow meter detects the gas flow rate based on the principle of fluidic oscillation instead of the conventional displacement method. It has many merits: wide rangeability, no moving mechanical parts and calibration insensitive to physical properties of fluids. The width of nozzle, size of oscillation chamber, size of target, width of outlet are tested to obtain the effects of jet oscillation on the fluidic flow meter. As the width of nozzle is too wide compared with the size of target, jet oscillation is unstable. The oscillation frequency decreases as the distance between the nozzle and target increases and also as the distance between target and outlet contraction increases. Two different vortexes exist in the front and the rear regions of the target, and they affect the oscillation frequency. The outlet contraction is very important, because the feedback flow is generated by the blocking of the flow. As the width of outlet increases, the jet oscillation frequency decreases. The linearity of this tested flow meter is quite good.
