        현대화폐이론(MMT)의재구성을통해본비트코인의 설계사상과 그 한계

        현대화폐이론(MMT)에 대한 본고의 재구성에 따르면 현대 자본주의 화폐는 국가가 발행한 법정화폐와 은행 시스템이 창출한 신용화폐가 제도적으로 결합함으로써 성립한다. 한편 비트코인을 비롯한 각종 암호화폐는 본래 신용화폐를 독점한 통화당국 및 은행 시스템에 대한 비판에서 출발했음에도 불구하고 화폐제도를 둘러싼 유기적인 사회적 신용관계를 결여하고 있기 때 문에 가격의 불안정성과 투기라는 문제뿐만 아니라 경제력 집중과 암호화폐커뮤니티 내의 정치적 분열 등의 문제가 나타났다. 따라서 암호화폐가 기존화폐제도에 대한 경쟁력 있는 대안이 되기 위해서는 블록체인 등의 기술적개선을 추구할 뿐만 아니라 화폐를 둘러싼 새로운 사회적 관계 및 대안적인 사회적 신용 시스템 구축이 선행되어야 할 것이다. This study critically examines the potential and limitations of bitcoin in terms of the Modern Monetary Theory(MMT). According to the MMT, the modern capitalist currency is formed by the systematic combination of the credit money created by the banking system for the purpose of lending to firms and the fiat money issued by the state for fiscal expenditure purposes. And also the institutional combination of two currencies is the product of political and social relations. Such organic social relationship is absent in bitcoin. The absence of such relationship has led to extreme inelasticity of the supply in bitcoin and hence caused speculation and price instability. Therefore, in order to pursue alternative monetary order in accordance with the ideological advocate of bitcoin, not only the technical advance based on the block chain but also the changes in social relations that can replace the current monetary system and a new social credit system(regional money, time bank, bancor, etc.) is needed.

      • 사이버보안 위협 변화에 따른 취약점 분석 방안

        각종 악성코드와 취약점이 하루가 다르게 출현하고 있다. 주기적인 취약점 분석·평가는 새로운 사이버보안 위협에 신속하게 대응하고 지속적으로 사이버보안을 강화하는 중요한 활동이다. 그러나 최근 스마트폰 이용 확산에 따른 모바일 보안위협 증가와 기반시설 제어시스템에 대한 보안위협 증가는 기존 취약점 분석·평가 방법의 구조적인 변화를 요구하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 테더링과 같은 모바일 보안위협에 따른 취약점 분석·평가 시의 고려사항과 시스템 영향을 최소화 할 수 있는 분석 절차와 방안을 제시하고 있다. BYOD를 사용한 모바일 인터넷 사용은 내·외부 네트워크 구분을 무의미하게 만들고 있기 때문에 다양한 침입경로에 대한 분석이 필요하다. 또한 제어시스템과 같이 높은 가용성이 요구되는 시스템에 대해서는 유휴시간 점검, 백업 시스템 점검, 테스트 베드 등을 사용한 취약점 점검 방법의 도입이 필요하다.

        포스트케인즈학파 내생화폐이론과 은행의 이중 기능

        포스트케인즈학파(PK) 내생화폐이론에 따르면, 기업은 신규투자를 수행하기 위해 은행에 대한 대부수요를 만들고, 이에 대한 은행의 대출공급으로 예금화폐가 창조된다. 은행의 자산 측면에서의 신용창조가 부채 측면에서 화폐창조로 이어지면서 은행의 대차대조표에서 실물과 화폐가 연결된다. 이 글은 은행의 기능을 중심으로 황재홍(2005)에 대한 비판적 고찰을 통하여 케인즈와 PK 내생화폐이론을 살펴보고자 한다. 이로써 다음과 같은 결론이 도출된다. 첫째, PK 내생화폐이론의 기반을 케인즈에게서 찾을 수 있다. 둘째, 케인즈의 화폐내생성과 빅셀의 그것은 본질적 측면에서 서로 다르다. 마지막으로, PK 내부의 수평주의자와 구조주의자의 논쟁을 이들의 논의의 결론이 아닌 분석상의 차이점에 초점을 두고 보면, 내생화폐이론과 유동성 선호이론은 케인즈 이론 체계에서 양립가능한 이론이 될 수 있다. According to the Post Keynesian endogenous money theory, money is created by the bank deposit which is dependent on the banks’ supply of loan. And the demand for loans is dependent on investment by firms. In the money creating process, real value(or investment) and money are connected with banks’ credit. In this paper, we investigated Keynes and Post Keynesian endogenous money theory with critical reviews of Hwang (2005). We came to three conclusions. First, Post Keynesian endogenous money theory is based on Keynes’ theory. Second, Keynes’ endogeneity of money is essentially different from that of Wicksellian. Third, focusing on the differences of the starting point of the arguments not on the conclusions, two Post Keynesian views, namely horizontalists and structuralists are compatible with liquidity preference theory in the Keynes’ system.

      • 초.중학생의 척추비틀림과 통증과의 관계고찰 - 경근무늬(모아레) 측정법과 설문지 조사를 통해 -

        Objectives : The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between spinal distortion and pain in elementary and middle school students. Methods : Using the phase-shifting moire developed by KAIST(Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology) we measured the back surface distortion, and using questionnaire investigation, we investigated the partial pain in 1008 elementary and middle school students(532 boy students(52.8%), 476 girl students(47.2%)) in Seoul in 1999. And, we statistically analyzed the relationship between spinal distortion and partial body pain Results : This study show that the more age increase, the more the pain in head, neck, shoulder, back and low back Increase considerably among the students aged 9 to 15. The ratio of each partial body pain was 28.4%, 19.7%, 18.2%, 18.7%. 16.0% at the age of 9 and 59.7%, 67.4%, 51.8%, 51.8%, 64.4% at the age of 15 respectively. And, it was shown there was a significant correlation between spine distortion and partial body pain area. When the spinal distortion was found at the upper thoracic and cervical area, the students complained the more pain on head, neck and shoulder(p<0.05) and when the spinal distortion was found at the sacral base, the more headache(p<0.05) Conclusions : It is suggested that the significant correlation exist between the spinal distortion and pain and the pain related to spine disorder get more increase as students grow. We have to study further more about Juvenile postural distortion and it's prevention.

        Poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole)/Single-walled Carbon Nanotube (SWNT) 복합섬유의 모폴로지에 관한 연구

        Poly(p-phenylene benzobisoxazole) (PBO) was synthesized in the presence of single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNTs) in poly(phosphoric acid) (PPA) using typical PBO polymerization conditions. PBO and PBO/SWNT composite fibers were prepared by spinning liquid crystalline solutions in PPA. The morphology and properties of PBO/SWNT composite fibers was investigated. The fibril structure was well developed in PBO/SWNT fibers as well as PBO fiber. However, the SWNT rope was not observed in the inner structure of the peeled fibers, implying that SWNT ropes are exfoliated into the individual nanotube in the solution. After tensile fracture the kink bands are observed in the composite fibers similar to PBO fibers. The observation is consistent with the insignificant effect of SWNT on the compressive strength of PBO fiber.

        Lyocell 섬유소재의 알칼리 팽윤과 피브릴화 거동

        Swelling and fibrillation of two kinds of lyocell, $Tencel^{(R)}$ and $Lyocell^{(R)}$, were investigated using polarizing and scanning electron microscope (SEM). $Tencel^{(R)}$ of a representative lyocell showed that loop tenacity which is related to wrinkle and resilience of fiber does not show significant reduction in wet state. Two kinds of lyocell exhibited surprising degree of swelling in aqueous NaOH solution under free tension. Diameters of $Tencel^{(R)}$ and $Lyocell^{(R)}$ swelled up to 670% and 830%, respectively in the range of around 10% NaOH concentration. Molecular orientation estimated by birefringence also reduced remarkably in alkaline solution. Moreover, diameter and birefringence which changed in alkaline solution did not recovered to original level even after washing and drying. Fibrillation of $Lyocell^{(R)}$ fiber observed by SEM seems to be easier than that of $Tencel^{(R)}$. In order to understand the difference between $Tencel^{(R)}$ and $LyoceJl^{(R)}$, further study on the structure of the two fibers will be followed.

        수화용융체를 이용한 아크릴섬유의 제조와 특성에 관한 연구(I) -폴리아크릴로니트릴 수화용융체의 등온결정화 거동-

        Melting and isothermal crystallization behaviors of plasticized polyacrylonitrile (PAN) on adding water in a sealed state were studied. As water was added, the melting point of PAN was depressed sharply to reach a plateau region in which all the nitrile groups of the polymer were hydrated. The crystallization exotherms of PAN/water mixture showed complex profiles. On DSC analysis, it was found that the exotherm from the crystallization (dehydration) heat of the hydrated PAN was overlapped with the latent heats by the neat PAN and water which was not evolved during quenching. Thus, in order to investigate the dehydration kinetics of PAN/water mixture, it was required to separate the exothermic peak by the isothermal crystallization from the peaks by the evolution of latent heats of the each component, i.e., PAN and water. By subtraction of the latent heat contributed by neat PAN and water from the all isothermal exothermic heat of PAN/water mixture, the isothermal crystallization peak of PAN/water mixture was successfully obtained according to various crystallization temperature ($T_c$).
