Lateral-load resisting systems of many reinforced concrete buildings are comprised of members failing in both shear and flexure such as shear walls and frames. The main purpose of this study is to develop a hysteresis model of reinforced concrete members controlled by both shear and flexure. In this paper, the structural nonlinear behavior including relationships between lateral load and deflection of reinforced concrete members controlled by both shear and flexure is investigated based on a laboratory test. The result of this paper will provide fundamental information in proposal of hysteresis characteristics to evaluate seismic capacity of reinforced concrete buildings comprised of members failing in both shear and flexure.

GIS(Geographical Information System) is a combination of geographic spacial information with non spacial information which displays the right information that the user requests through a visual map. There are growing needs for practical usage of the GIS data from various industries and the construction industry is one of them. However it has been difficult for a practical implementation of the GIS in the construction industry due to its complicated application and limited access to the information for non professionals. The purpose of this study is examine how GIS data could be generated and used simply and interactively and therefore Google Earth, which has dominated the global users, was applied. Also two softwares, Sketch up and Shape2Earth, were adopted to investigate the interoperability with google, to generate the user definition data, and how this can be put into usage in the construction industry especially in the early stage of process. Lastly we have discussed on the integration of GIS and 3D CAD, an on going issue for both the construction and GIS industry, and listed some of the contemporary problems and future work that needs to be done.

BIM(Building Information Modeling) has been the key issue in the construction industry nowadays. Since BIM is considered to be a supportive factor to manage a building information throughout the lifecycle of the project, a development of a virtual construction system for a pre-design stage seems to be essential. Therefore, we present a strategic approach for developing a pre-design virtual construction system using the SWOT analysis and extract the functions of such system that is te be developed. In the process, we examined the external and internal factors which would influence a pre-design stage of the construction industry.

Students are getting more opportunities to use the internet at school and home with the development of information & communication technology and the spread of computers. It can be used for education; otherwise, it also has some negative side effects, such as, the circulation of unsound information, game addiction, the misuse and overuse of information. Information communication ethics education is needed to protect students from those negative side effects in cyber space. This paper presents the systematic education contents and ways to teach correct information communication ethics education form the results of questionaires to students, teachers and parents, and other related study. 정보통신 기술의 발달과 컴퓨터 보급의 확대 등으로 가정과 학교에서 학생들이 인터넷을 접할 기회가 많아졌다. 인터넷의 이용은 교육적 활용에 따라 많은 가치를 지니고 있는 반면 불건전 정보의 유통, 게임 통신 중독, 정보의 오 남용 등의 정보화의 역기능 또한 가지고 있다. 최근 사이버 공간에서의 역기능에서 학생을 보호할 수 있는 정보통신윤리교육에 대한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 학생의 올바른 정보통신윤리교육을 위해 학생, 교사, 학부모를 대상으로 설문 조사를 실시하고, 관련연구와 설문결과를 바탕으로 학생을 대상으로 한 정보통신윤리교육의 체계적인 교육 내용과 방법을 제시하였다.
옥상 도시농업에서 메리골드의 동반식재 비율이 배추의 생육 및 해충방제에 미치는 영향

This study aimed to explore companion planting to improve vegetable productivity on extensive green roofs through urban agriculture with limited substrate depth. From May to July 2021, the study conducted on the rooftop to evaluate the effects of marigold (Tagetes patula) planting ratio on the growth and pest control of cabbage (Brassica campestris). The experiment plot measured 1 m in width × 1 m in length × 0.25 m in height and 0.2 m in substrate depth. Fifteen plots were planted in varying proportions of cabbage and marigold for three repetitions per treatment: cabbage control (CC), 2:1(C<sub>2</sub>M<sub>1</sub>), 1:1(C<sub>1</sub>M<sub>1</sub>), 1:2(C<sub>1</sub>M<sub>2</sub>), and marigold control (MC). We found that companion planting marigolds with cabbage significantly increased cabbage growth and reduced pest infestation. The study revealed that C<sub>1</sub>M<sub>1</sub>, when cabbage and marigold have the same proportion, is an efficient companion planting ratio. Companion planting, in which non-crop vegetation manages pests and increases crop productivity, improves natural pest control and preserves biodiversity on rooftop urban agriculture.

Architectural competition is widely used to obtain a ideal proposal about construction project. But there are many conflicts about competition result after architectural competition because guideline which is to select design proposal is ambiguous. Also construction market is change by BIM. Thus BIM design apply to architectural competition. The purpose of this study is making out indices to estimate objectively with when we progress design competition by BIM system. This study has been carried out limiting estimation indices within design competition for community housing, and the methods of this research are classifying estimation factors for activity categories in 81M competition. This study material is expected to be used as a good indicators to select the designer, and to improve the architectural industry in quality as well as the architectural design by selecting designer and design plan for community house and BIM design competition.
