N/A New post plasma nitriding can achieve a high uniformity that have been difficult in DC nitriding and have a high productivity comparable to gas nitriding. However, it has not a enough high nitriding potential for a rapid nitriding, because surface activation or ion etching in the general plasma nitriding cannot be expected. Thus, in this study, the effects of pre-treatments with oxidation and reduction gas have been investigated to improve the nitriding kinetics of post plasma nitriding. An effective pre-treatment consisting of oxidation and reduction resulted in the increase of surface energy of STD 11. This induced the surface hardness and the effective nitriding depth of STD 11. It is thought that the increase of the surface energy and the surface area with pre-treatment promote the nucleation of nitriding layer.

유신운동의 실패 후, 1898년 일본으로 망명한 양계초는 일본의 근대화를 목도하고 상무정신의 중요성을 인식하게 되었다. 그는 文弱한 사회적 기풍을 청산시키고 상무정신을 고양시킬 수 있는 글을 써 보급하였고, 1905년 을사늑약과 1910년 한일병탄으로 인해 일제의 식민지로 전락한 한국의 애국계몽지사들에게 많은 영향을 미쳤다. 특히, 박은식과 신채호는 그 당시 신문⋅잡지사의 주필을 맡으며 양계초의 글을 섭렵하였고 그의 글을 번역문, 편역문, 역술문 등의 형식으로 게재하였다. 이러한 과정에서 그들은 자연스럽게 양계초의 ‘상무정신론’을 수용하게 되었으며, 이를 기반으로 한국의 상무정신에 관한 논설, 비평문, 문학작품 등을 집필하여 민중에게 전파하였다. 박은식은 양계초의 ‘상무정신론’을 발전시켜 ‘文弱論’를 제기하였으며, 양계초의 《論尙武》에서 주장한 崇文輕武의 내용을 받아들여, 《弱之弊는 必喪其國》를 집필하였다. 신채호 역시 한국이 문약해진 이유를 고려시대부터 이어진 崇文抑武 정책에서 찾고, 국가를 復興시키기 위해서는 본디 우리민족이 가지고 있던 상무정신인 ‘화랑정신’을 회복해야 한다고 주장하며 《꿈하늘》을 통해 한국의 화랑정신에 대해 구체적으로 설명하였다. 또한, 양계초는 효용론적 문학관에 입각하여 ‘상무정신론’을 민중에게 효과적으로 전파하기 위한 수단으로 소설, 시가 등의 문학 작품을 활용하기도 하였다. 이러한 그의 생각은 박은식과 신채호를 비롯한 한국 문인들에게 영향을 미쳤다. 박은식은 《明臨答夫傳》, 《夢拜金太祖》, 《安重根傳》 등 역사적 영웅의 상무정신을 담은 작품을 창작함으로서 강성한 국가를 이룩하기 위해 武의 중요성을 강조해야 하며 文弱함을 경계해야 할 것을 주장하였다. 또한 작품을 통해 新民의 모습과 신민이 되기 위해 갖추어야 할 조건 등을 자세히 설명함으로서 민중들을 교화시키고자 하였다. 신채호 역시 《乙支文德》, 《水軍第壹偉人李舜臣傳》, 《東國巨傑崔都統傳》과 같은 영웅⋅전기소설을 창작하였다. 또한 《天喜堂詩話》를 통해 기존의 漢詩가 지닌 文弱함을 강력히 비판하며 상무정신이 담긴 詩歌를 창작하여 전파할 것을 강조하였다. 양계초, 박은식, 신채호는 효용론적 문학관에 입각하여 문학을 사상 선전의 도구로 사용하였다. 비록, 이는 현대적 관점에서 보면 문학의 심미적 기능을 약화시키는 것이라 할 수 있으나, 존망의 위기에 처한 국가를 부흥시키고 우매한 민중을 계몽시켜야 하는 당시 상황에서 그들의 문학관은 그 가치가 매우 크다고 할 수 있다. After the failure of Yushin reformation, Liang Qi Chao who took asylum to Japan in 1898 witnessed the modernization of Japan and realized the importance of matialism. He disseminated the literature which he wrote to settle the effeminacy social ethos and boost the matialism, and it had effect on many patriotic enlightenment governors of Korea that became a colony of Japanese empire after the Korea-Japan annexation in 1905. Liang Qi Chao used form of literature like novel and poetry as a mean of more effective dissemination of the idea of matialism to the public, based on The literary view of utility theory. His way of thinking had effect on many different Korean literary men including Park Eun-sik and Shin Chaeho. Liang Qi Chao, Park Eun-sik and Shin Chaeho used literature as a tool for the ideology propaganda based on The literary view of utility theory. This could be interpreted as weakening of aesthetic functions of literature in modern point of view, however in the situation where the country is in its crisis of life or death and enlightenment of ignorant was desperate, the value of The standpoint of literature can be quite large.

논문(論文) : 옌롄커의 ≪정장몽(丁莊夢)≫를 읽는 몇 가지 독해법(讀解法)

Yan Lianke is one of the most popular writers in the twenty-first century. Many of his literary works have won many awards and also have been translated and introduced into more than 20 countries and areas, such as Korea, Europe, and Japan. Having seen the realistic problems in rural areas, most of his works are based on his own personal experience. Expounds the unique insights. And this king of theme is mainly reflected in the novel Dingzhuangmeng(丁莊夢). Dingzhuangmeng is the first novel in China which uses AIDS as the theme of the novel, so it is of historical significance. The author describes AIDS and the psychological process of death caused by selling blood through this work. In particular, various desires coming from the condition of despair of the characters are displayed by his “神實主義” narration. His “神實主義” is mainly reflected in the narration of “dreams” and “deceased ghost”. Therefore, this thesis mainly uses “dreams” and “deceased ghost” as the clue. In addition, Dingzhuangmeng focuses on describing the various desires of human beings. Therefore, from the “interdisciplinary” perspective from the comparative literature, I use Maslow`s “hierarchy of needs theory” to reveal its main connotation, mainly focusing on “material desires” and “lust for power” in the work as the research subjects. Specifically, because of the basic psychological needs those who get the disease after selling their blood still hold on to pursuing material. On the other hand, the buyers of the blood pursue fame and power, at all costs, longing for a higher level of life. I hope that this article can provide a new perspective for reading Dingzhuangmeng.

O-GlcNAc 화(O-GlcNAcylation)는 단백질의 serine이나 threonine에 N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) 분자가 결합하는 것으로, 기존의 당단백질과 달리 세포질 및 핵단백질 모두에 일어난다. 또한 수정의 속도가 빠르고 가역적으로 일어남이 인산화 수식과 유사하다. 그러나 수많은 인산화효소와 탈인산화효소가 관여하는 것과 달리 O-GlcNAc 수식은 O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT)와 O-GlcNAcase (OGA) 단 두 개의 효소에 의하여 이루어진다. 이러한 단순한 조절기전은 세포가 내외환경에 즉시 적응할 수 있도록 진화한 것으로 해석된다. 즉, O-GlcNAc 수식은 특정한 단백질 하나 하나의 활성을 켜거나 끄는 것이 아니라, 세포의 신호전달과정의 효율을 전반적으로 조절하는 ‘가변저항기(rheostat)’ 역할을 한다. O-GlcNAc 수식은 흔히 같은 아미노산 혹은 그 주변의 아미노산이 인산화되는 것을 수반하는데, 이는 인산화와 함께 서로 조화를 이루어 세포활성을 조절하는 것으로 해석된다. 최근 O-GlcNAc이 더 나아가 O-GlcNAc-P로 인산화될 가능성이 제시되고 있는 바, 본 총설에서는 이의 가능성을 이론적으로 설명하고, 실제 실험결과를 소개한다. The addition and removal of N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) molecules on serine or threonine residues of a protein is called O-GlcNAcylation. This post-translational modification occurs on both cytoplasmic and nuclear protein, and is fast and reversible as comparable to phosphorylation. In contrast to the phospho-signaling cycles, this emerging moon-lightening signaling is cycled by only two enzymes, O-GlcNAc transferase (OGT) and O-GlcNAcase (OGA). The simple machinery is a good evolutionary adaptation of a cell for quick accommodation to continuously fluctuating intra- and extracellular microenvironments. Rather than “switching” on or off a specific proteins ? this would be done by phosphorylation where numerous specific kinases and phosphatases are involved - O-GlcNAcylation would play a “rheostat” which would be much more delicately increase or decrease the efficacy of signal transductions in response to cellular nutrient and stress conditions. Interestingly, recent evidence indicates that O-GlcNAc is further modified by phosphorylation. The O-GlcNAc-P will upgrade the modulation efficiency of cellular processes to continuous ‘analogue’ level. So far, only one protein AP180 was reported to have O-GlcNAc-P on Thr310. But, proteomic data from our laboratory indicate that there are multiple O-GlcNAc-P proteins, constituting “O-GlcNAc-P’om”. This will focus on the possibility of existence of “O-GlcNAc-P’om”.

This study develops a high power LED optical system without reflecting. This system was designed by OSLO and was simulated by LightTools. The result of simulation comes to have the intensity chart of angle of around 25° and light uniformity with respect to distance. Now we are developing Mock-up and are going to analyze feature using illumination measurement.
