통일과정에서의 한류의 의미와 가치

지금까지의 통일에 대한 접근은 정치 · 경제 · 군사 · 외교를 통한 국가통일과 민족중심의 통일로 나누어 국가 정책적인 차원에서 이루어졌다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지금까지의 통일에 대한 진전은 보이지 못한다고 하겠다. 여기에 본 연구자는 지금까지의 통일에 대한 성찰을 통해 문화적 접근을 통한 통일을 병행할 필요가 있다고 보여진다. 특히 통일을 위한 다양한 의미와 가치를 담아내고 있는 한류는 한국의 대중문화로서 아시아를 넘어 전 세계로 그 영역이 확장되어 가고 있다. 이러한 상황에 북한도 예외일 수 없는 것이다. 그러므로 통일을 위한 한류의 가치와 의미를 통해 그 가능성을 살펴보는 것도 의미 있을 것이라 본다. 먼저 한류에 대한 남북한의 공유와 향유는 통일에 대한 새로운 동력으로 작용할 수 있을 것이다. 이러한 기저에는 한류가 가지고 있는 동력으로서 민족적 정서가 남북한 사람들에게 문화적 공감대를 형성하게 해준다. 다음으로 민족적 정서가 반영된 한류의 문화는 치유의 역할을 할 수 있을 것이다. 남북한의 한류 공감은 서로에 대한 민족적 자긍심을 높이고, 남북한의 분단된 상처를 치유하는 역할을 가능하게 할 수 있을 것이다. 이를 통한 공감은 통일에 대한 역량을 높인다고 하겠다. 마지막으로 한류는 남북한이 서로 공유하고 향유하면서 통일의 촉매제 역할을 할 수 있는 것이다. 한류의 경험을 통한 통일에 대한 역량을 높이는 계기가 되어 인류의 보편적인 행복을 지향하는 삶으로의 전환을 꿈꾸게 한다. 결국 통일은 사람을 위한 통일이어야 한다. 사람을 위한 통일은 누구나가 행복 할 수 있다는 인류 보편적인 정서를 내포하는 문화를 의미한다. 이러한 것을 가능성을 담아내고 있는 것이 한류인 것이다. A variety of the approaches to the unification of the South Korea and North Korea have been implemented based on both the view of the national-centered unification and that of the reunification of the South and North Korea as a unit of nation through political, economic, military and diplomatics. A culture itself plays a significant role for people to understand one another through communicating and sharing cultural values. At this point, Korean-Wave called ‘Hallyu’ should have various meanings and values for the reunification of South and North Korea. It has been expanded to the world beyond Asia as an icon of the culture. In this situation, North Korea is not exceptional. In other words, North Korea should be influenced by the Korean wave. Sharing a cultural value about Korean-Wave between South and North Koreans would be a way to speed up the reunification by having a common sense about the national identifications. The culture of Hallyu reflecting on the national identification could be helpful to enhance national pride and play a part for curing for the scarlet letters that they have got since the Korea was divided by two parts. The North Korean government’s distorted policy to have blamed for the South Korean governing would be challenged if the Korean-wave would be epidemic in the Korean peninsular. In addition, if the North Koreans would be perceptive to the real freedom and universal value for the humanity, it would be more feasible for two Koreas to be reunified than before. In fact, it must serve as a catalyst for the reunification, two Koreas experiencing the Korean wave as a cultural value. As a result, the reunification for the people should have a meaning of the universal value as like everyone in the world can pursue for their own happiness. Through the Hallyu, That is, the change of the people’s perception to the reunification will facilitate the reunification of two Koreas more than we expected.

한류는 보이지 않는 산업으로 엄청난 부가가치를 창출하고 있다. 이러한 한류가 지금은 세계인이 공감하고 즐기는 하나의 문화로 자리잡아가고 있다. 이러한 가운데 간과하지 말아야 할 것이 반(反)한류의 흐름이다. 이러한 반한류의 흐름에는 민족주의적 입장이 반영된 부산물이라고 해도 무방할 것이다. 이러한 입장의 한류는 일방적인 수출에 의한 문화제국주의로 낙인찍힐 수 있을 것이다. 여기에 한류를 문화적인 접근으로 한국이라는 정서를 반영한 특수성과 문화라는 보편성을 가진 것 현지화 전략에 계획을 세워야 할 것이다. 대순사상의 민족주의 사상은 특수성과 보편성을 가지고 있다. 그 특수성은 인신강세와 동토라는 입장이고, 보편성은 천지공사를 통한 인류 구원의 의지를 반영한 입장인 것이다. 이를 통해 대순사상은 반(反)한류가 극복해야 하는 대안을 제시하고 있다 하겠다. 이는 결국 증산의 시대정신에 입각한 것으로 인류가 상생(相生) 할 수 있는 삶의 틀을 제시해 준다 하겠다. 이를 통해 대순사상은 반(反)한류가 극복해야 하는 대안을 제시하고 있다 하겠다. 이는 결국 증산의 시대정신에 입각한 것으로 인류가 상생(相生) 할 수 있는 삶의 틀을 제시해 준다 하겠다. The tendency to anti-Korean Wave could be a by-product that the democratic stance of the people is reflected. In other words, The Korean Wave could be misunderstood as a cultural imperialism because it is brought into the world only one way, from Korea to other countries. In this situation, we have to design a new strategy to reflect the distinct characteristics of Korean culture and the universality that all of the culture on the world has. It also means to have a plan letting the Korean Wave localized on the World. The distinct characteristics stated above means that Jeung-san Kang(姜甑山) had an advent as human body in the eastern area while the universality means that he has shown his will of a great salvation for the people through his sacred behavior called Cheojigongsa(천지공사(天地公事)). Daesoon ideology which involves his great thought, accomplishment and contribution for all of the people on the world could be an alternative that anti-Korean Wave should consider. Through Sang-saeng(상생(相生)), a main principle of his thoughts which means all of the people can live with harmonious and peaceful life, the anti-Korean wave could not be a subject that we have to keep away but we have to embrace for all of the people to have a harmonious and peaceful life.

한국 엔터테인먼트 산업은 국가의 무한동력으로 뚜렷한 성장세를 이어갔다. 그럼에도 불구하고 최근 한국 엔터테인먼트관련 연구보고서에 따르면 한국엔터테인먼트 산업이 정체기에 머무르고 있는 상황이다. 이는 한국 엔터테인먼트산업의 다각적 검토가 필요하다본다. 여기에 논자는 한국전통문화의 연장선상에 있는, 한국의 신종교사상인 대순사상을 통해 찾고자했다. 그래서 한국 전통문화 속에 나타난 ‘한’과 한(恨)을 살펴보고, 이를 통해 나타난 어우름(融化)과 민족적 역동성을 찾을 수 있었다. 더욱이 한국의 전통문화 맥을 계승 하고 있는 한국의 대표적인 신종교(新宗敎) 사상인 대순사상(大巡思想)의 해원상생(解?相生)이념을 통해 또 다른 한(恨)의 해석을 해보았다. 특히 여기서 나타난 원(?)은 인간의 마음에서 시작해 사회로 확대되는 측면에서 해원(解?)의 과정을 필요로 한다. 이는 인간의 마음에서 시작되는 것으로 이는 결국 한국의 기층적 심성을 이어받고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 나아가 이는 한국적 심성의 새로운 역동적 가치를 지니고 있었다. 결국 한국인의 심성은 한국 전통문화를 반영하고, 대순사상의 해원 상생이념은 그 가치를 이어받아 한국인의 역동성을 나타내는 소프트파워의 문화사상을 내포하고 있다. 이는 엔터테인먼트가 지향하는 세계와 다르지 않으며, 이를 현실에 적용한다면 한국적 콘텐츠로서의 새로운 힘을 부여해주리라 본다. 이를 통해 감성의 즐거움, 기억이 오래되는 한국적인 특색으로 세계인의 보편적 문화로서 신선한 자극에 되리라 본다. Especially it is appear here in the concept of grude begin with person’s mind after all expand to the society, grude needs a process of Haewon. This eventually has inherited Korea’s cultural substratum mind. Furthermore, this has a new dynamic value of the concept of sang-saeng. Eventually, about Korean’s heart, there is no difference in culture of religion and furthermore no different from entertainment’s pleasure. But in Korea’s traditional culture and Daesoon thoughts, it has difference in the process of turn into sublimate a dynamic value. Now if this supplement is come true, The sensitivity of pleasure, in other words growth as The old memory or Korean features. Through this, Korea entertainment suppose to give a new type of power to the south Korea’s entertainment industry.

신한류와 다문화 현상에 대한 대순사상의 문화적 접근

지금의 한류는 한국 정부의 전폭적인 지원과 글로벌 문화생산 시스템의 국내도입에 힘입어 신한류로 성장을 도모하고 있다. 이러한 연장선상에서 신한류는 한층 강화된 문화적 욕구와 각종 대중매체의 급성장과 국가적으로 추진된 여러 가지 요인들이 크게 작용하여 문화의 경계를 넓히는 패러다임의 변화를 가져왔다. 신한류가 세계의 문화 중심으로 성장하기 위해서는 한류에 대한 반성을 극복할 때 가능하다고 하겠다. 이러한 극복의 대안으로 활용 될 수 있는 것이 한국의 다문화 현상이다. 무엇보다 그 안에 내재하고 있는 종교적인 요소를 무시할 수 없을 것이다. 종교는 문화적 다양성의 지표를 드러내는 핵심적 요소이기 때문이다. 특히 한국의 다문화 현상 속에서 내재된 다양한 종교문화는 신한류와 연관되었을 때 시사하는 바가 크다 하겠다. 오늘날의 다문화사회에서 제시 될 수 있는 과제는 상대방에 대한 ‘이해’와‘존중’그리고 ‘평등’의 가치일 것이다. 이는 신한류가 지향하는 바와 다르지 않다. 다문화사회에서 신한류가 성장 하려면 서로가 존중하는 보편적 가치와 윤리적 규범이 있어야만 한다. 이를 논자는 대순사상에서 찾고자 한다. Korean Wave called "Hallyu(한류)" has promoted New Korean Wave, "Shin-Hallyu(신한류)" under Korean Government big support and acceptance of the global standard for culture generating system. To the extend New Korean Wave brings about the change of paradigm to broaden cultural boundary in the world through the new cultural desire for the new culture, the explosive growth of mass-media industry and some of the factors which Korean government has pushed forward for Korean Wave. Considering this, it is necessary to approach various culture in order to promote New Korean Wave. Through some of the conditions we have to reflect on for the New Korean Wave in multi-cultural phenomenon we can represent its culture which all of the people on world can share. Especially, when a variety of religious cultures represented in multi-culture of Korea is connected with New Korean Wave, its impact on the cultural trend of the world will be tremendous because the cultural fundamentals where Korean multi-cultural phenomenon promotes New Korean Wave are established. The universal and ethical values that all of the people on the world can accept should be represented to promote the Korean New Wave. I"d like to find those values in Daesoon"s Thought.

워라밸의 인문학적 성찰

‘워라밸’이란 ‘Work-Life Balance’의 줄임말로 ‘일과 삶의 균형’을 의미한다. 이는 요즘 세태를 반영하는 용어로서 행복한 삶의 가치를 반영하고 있다. 즉,‘워라밸’ 현대사회의 문제를 반영한 라이프 스타일의 개념으로 일상생활에서의 삶의 질이 중요한 것이다. 이러한 라이프 스타일은 현대사회의 경제적 경기불황, 높아진 청년실업, 고령화 문제, 저출산에 따른 노동 생산성 저하 등이 반영되어 이에 대한 대안으로 워라밸이 등장하였다. 이에 워라밸의 문화가 정착되기 위해서는 사회 전체적인 입장과 개인의 입장에서 고려되어야 할 것이다. 그러므로 전체적 입장에서는 문화산업 육성 차원의 사회 정책적인 입장이 반영되고, 실행되어야 할 것이다. 더욱이 빠르게 변화하는 현대에서 개인의 입장에서는 지금 이 시대에 맞는 일과 삶의 질에 대한 인식의 전환이 더욱 중요하다 하겠다. 이러한 입장에 있어서 노동과 여가의 관계에 주목할 필요가 있다. 특히 노동과 여가의 관계를 통해서 이 둘이 대립적인 관계가 아닌 상생적으로 관계를 맺고 있으면서 워라밸의 문화가 성장하고 발전하는데 중요한 핵심이기도 하다. 과거로부터 이어져 내려오는 일(노동)에 대한 인식은 이제 생존을 넘어 이 시대를 살아가는 실존적 삶의 의미를 부여해준다. 그럼에도 불구하고 현대사회는 과도한 대량생산체제와 성공에 대한 부담이 장기적인 경기 침체로 이어져 내려오면서 진정한 노동의 가치를 퇴색하게 만들었다. 이러한 과정에 인간은 소외되기에 이르렀고, 자신을 돌아보게 되었으며 나아가 삶의 진정한 가치를 추구하고자 하였다. A term ‘Wolabal’ which is an abbreviation of the words, in South Korea means the balance between work and life. The term reflects on people’s thoughts to seek for their happiness these days. In fact, they think that the quality of the life is more valuable than any other things on their lives, reflecting on the issues caused by modern societies. ‘Wolabal’ has emerged as an alternatives to solve the social issues like economic recession, high unemployment rate, aging society, low birth rate and etc. However, in order to establish ‘Wolabal’ as a culture the comprehensive agreement between an individual and society should be considered first. In society, the system or policies to forster cultural business should be settled while in individual, it is necessary to change the way they think about their work and the qualities of their lives. From this view we have to focus on the relationship between their work and leisure. On the relationship between their work and leisure we should understand that the relationship is not conflicted but co-exists and understanding the real meaning of the relationship is critical in balancing between work and life. The recognition to the labor which has been from the past would give not only the meaning of individual survival but the one of their whole lives. Despite this, modern society has faded away the real meaning of labor because it has focused on the mass manufacturing and sometimes the long-termed economic sluggish has emerged. This trend has made people think about their lives and seek for their lives’ real value.
