최근에 업무효율성 향상에 대한 요구가 정보관리기술 분야의 핵심이슈로 대두되면서 많은 기업들이 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 도입을 통한 업무프로세스 자동화에 주력해 오고 있다. 특히, 기업내부 업무프로세스 즉 워크플로우 프로세스에 대한 자동화에 이어 기업간의 업무프로세스 상호연동을 필요로 하는 비즈니스 모델이 전자상거래, 전자무역 등의 급속한 확산과 더불어 활성화되면서 새로운 형태의 워크플로우 프로세스인 기업간 글로벌 워크플로우 모델을 위한 워크플로우 관리 시스템의 확장을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기업간 글로벌 워크플로우 모델을 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 새로운 형태의 기업간 워크플로우 모델링 방법론으로서 Fragrment-driven 워크플로우 모델링 방법론을 제안한다. Fragment-Driven 워크플로우 모델링 방법론은 실제 조직에서 엑티비티를 수행하게 될 각 참여자가 자신의 조직에 연관된 엑티비티들만을 정의하게 한 후에 그들의 통합을 통해하나의 기업간 글로벌 워크플로우 프로세스의 모델링을 가능하게 하는 Bottom-Up방식이다. 이 방식은 각 조직의 참여자들이 자신들의 정보만을 이용하여 모델링하는 방법이기 때문에 각 조직의 독립성을 유지하면서도 모델링 작업을 단순화 시킬 수 있는 장점을 기대할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 Fragment-driven 워크플로우 모델링 방법론의 이론적 배경과 내용을 기술하며, 이 방법론을 기반으로 하는 협업적 스림레인 워크플로우 모델링 시스템을 구현한다. Many organizations have been recognizing the necessity of workflow automation technologies according to the rapid expansion of business process oriented applications, such as enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, electronic approval management, and so on. Thus, they have started adopting workflow management systems as an essential technological solution for their workflow processes. However, we need some technological extensions and improvements on them in order to accommodate a new type of workflow processes, which is called cross-organizational global workflow processes that require a certain level of collaborations between the organizations engaged in the global workflow processes. Fragment-driven workflow modeling methodology is a Bottom-Up methodology composing a global workflow by defining each organization`s own activities, which is called a fragment, through a realtime cooperative system. The approach is able to not only simplify the modeling work but also keep each organization`s independence in modeling a global workflow. In this paper, we describe the fragment-driven workflow modeling methodology and realize the methodology through the implementation of a cooperative swimlane workflow modeling system.

e-Commerce와 가상 조직의 확산으로 e-비즈니스 활성화에 따른 기업 환경의 변화로 인해 기업간의 협업이 증가하면서 수많은 비즈니스 프로세스들의 범위는 기업 내부가 아닌 기업과 기업간으로 확대되었다. 기업간 거래는 서로 다른 시스템과 서로 다른 비즈니스 프로세스 모델을 가지고 있으므로 상호운용성에 대한 문제점이 존재하기 때문에 기업간 협업을 위한 비즈니스 프로세스 모델을 위해 표준화된 스키마가 제공되어야 한다. ebXML은 그 규모나 위치와 관계없이 각 기업들로 전 세계 전자상거래 시장을 형성하며 XML 기반 메시지 교환을 통하여 각 비즈니스들을 실행한다. 따라서 ebXML을 기반으로 거래 기업간의 비즈니스 프로세스 자동화를 목적으로 e-비즈니스를 위한 거래 기업간 협업 모델링 시스템을 설계 및 구현한다. According to the cooperation between organizations increases, e-Commerce and virtual organizaions spread, because of IT development, the number of business processes increased from bounds of an organization to crossing organizational boundaries. In order to support dynamic setup of business processes among independent organizations, a formal standard schema of describing the business processes is basically required because of business process models over multiple organizations, which are defined in different fromat by business process modeling systems their own business process modeling systems. The vision of ebXML is to create a single global electronic marketplace where enterprises, without any concerns about size and geographical location, can meet and conduct their businesses with each other through the exchanges of XML-based messages. Therefore, this thesis also analyzes and implements an ebXML based choreography modeling system for supporting collaborations between organizations.

워크플로우 관리 시스템은 모델링에서 비즈니스 프로세스 정의 데이터를 엔진으로 전송하기 위한 방법으로 정적 저장소와 동적 저장소 방식을 이용한다. 정적 저장소를 통한 데이터 전송은 로컬간 데이터 교환에 장점이 있지만 유연성과 확장성의 문제점을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 유연성과 확장성 문제 해결 방법으로 동적 저장소 방식을 이용하여 알려지지 않는 외부 데이터의 신뢰성을 체크하기 위하여 WIMC 표준에서 제정한 XPDL를 사용함으로써 문법적, 의미적 타당성을 검증한다. 즉 XPDL 기반의 동적 저장소 전송 메커니즘을 설계하고 신뢰성 있는 데이터 전송을 위하여 문법적, 의미적 타당성 검증에 필요한 컴포넌트를 제시하고자 한다.

우심부전을 동반하지 않은 66세 Ebstein 기형 1례

Ebstein's anomaly of the tricuspid valve is a rare congenital malformation, which has a wide spectrum of morphologic abnormalities. Varying, both as to nature and degree, from minimal displacement of the adjacent parts of the septal and inferior leaflets of the tricuspid valve to presence of an imperporate membrane or muscle shelf between the inlet and trabecular zones of the right ventricle. The clinical manifestations of Ebstein anomaly are also quite variable, depending upon the spectrum of pathology and the presence of associated malformations, It is well documented that a considerable proportion of these patients are able to survive into adult life. However, the patient who survives into the seventh decade without a sign of heart failure is extremely rare. We speculate that this patient had not developed right heart failure until her seventh decade because she had a milder form of Ebstein's anomaly and did not have any other congenital heart disease. As we experienced an Ebstein's anomaly which was confirmed by echocardiogram, we presented a 66-year-o1d female case with the literature review.
