ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) film with thickness of 1500.angs. was prepared by an e-beam evaporator onto a glass and a p-type InP wafer (100) LEC grown Zn-doped p=2.3*10$\^$16/cm$\^$-3/), in which the components of ITO used for evaporation source were hot pressed pellets 1 mole% ln$\_$2/O$\_$3/+9 mole% SnO$\_$2/, and evaporated in O$\_$2/ ambient. The optimum conditions to preparation of ITO thin film were the substrate temperature of 350.deg. C, the injected oxygen pressure of 2*10$\^$-4/ torr, and the evaporation speed of 0.2-0.3.angs./sec, respectively. In these optimum conditions, the resistivity and the carrier concentration were 5.3*10$\^$-3/ .ohm.-cm, 6.5*10$\^$20/cm$\^$-3/, and the transmittance was over 80%. From the results of J-V measurements in ITO/p-InP structure solar cells, the higher pressure of injected oxygen, the more open circuit voltage. The efficiency of ITO/p-InP solar cell without the grid line contact, prepared by the optimum evaporation conditions, was 7.19%. By using the grid line contact, the efficiency, the open circuit voltage, the short circuit current density, the fill factor, the series resistance, and the shunt resistance were 8.5%, 0.47V, 29.48 mAcm$\^$-2/ , 61.35%, 3.ohm., and 26.6k.ohm., respectively.

This study aims to evaluate the satisfaction and the surrounding recognition of guest room remodeling in hotel and to suggest the planning direction of hotel remodeling. This study is composed of four main parts. In the first part as a theoretical review, the concept and the patterns of hotel remodeling, the planning elements which compose hotel guest rooms and the characteristics of the surrounding recognition are reviewed. In the second part as a case-study, 1 type(1Bay Twin) of old guest room and 4 types(1BT, 1BD, 1.5BD, 2BD) of rooms which are renovated in L Hotel, Seoul are selected and the satisfaction and the surrounding recognition of the guest room remodeling by SD(Semantic Differential) method are analyzed. Finally, the correlation analysis between the planning elements and the surrounding recognitions through the synthesis of the analysis are carried out. The following, as a conclusion, should be considered in the planning of guest room remodeling: ①consideration of the guest room's design including the place of indoor equipments in hotel remodeling ②construction of various types' mock-up rooms to reflect of guest's opinion ③installation of a indirect ceiling lighting for solving the guest's dissatisfaction ④harmony of a indoor furniture design and color adapted to various room's sizes.

In the recent years a lot of electrical motors has been developed for their purpose. Their requirements are high efficiency, less cogging torque, long life and high speed etc. The conventional DC and normal BLDC motors cannot fill the requirement for special purpose. For high speed and high efficiency and no torque ripple is a Double Cylinder Motor suggested which has an air-gap-winding and rotating yoke with magnet. Because Airgap winding needs no slot and no iron-loss is made with rotating yoke. In this paper, A design, construction, theoretical and experimental investigation of a Double Cylinder Motor are described.

In recent years for propulsion of cooling fan in cars are more used electrical motors than the engine direct coupled type. But the electrical dc -motor has brushes and commutators. Because of the brush and the commutator the electrical motor has short life time, low efficiency and mechanical electrical noise. Therefore it is tried to develope brushless dc motor. The cooling fan motor is relative small in size and input voltage is low. For 300W output power must be the current of the motor high which causes high copper loss. In this paper will be tested and analysed characteristics of a dc motor which is now used for cooling fan and a BLDC motor will be designed with the same performance and considered an improvement of the efficiency. After design the motor should be analysed and tested whether the design is correct.

Mushroom consumption is gradually growing annually worldwide for many centuries. Oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus), button mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), and enokitake (Flammulina filiformis) are mainly consumed in Korea. However, mushrooms can be contaminated with pathogenic microorganisms, such as Listeria monocytogenes, because antibacterial treatment during mushroom cultivation and processing is insufficient. Therefore, many cases of mushroom contamination-related foodborne illnesses and food recalls have been reported. Three representative treatments are used to prevent microbial contamination in mushrooms: chemical, physical, and combination treatments. Among the chemical treatments, chlorine compounds, peroxyacetic acid, and quaternary ammonium compounds are commercially used and ozone and electrolyzed water has recently been used. Additionally, physical treatments, including ultrasound, irradiation, and cold plasma, are being developed. Combination techniques include ultraviolet/chlorine compounds, ozone/organic acid, and ultrasound/organic acid. This review describes the domestically consumed mushroom types and their characteristics, and investigates the mushroom contamination levels. Additionally, effective antibacterial technologies for reducing microbial contamination in mushrooms are also discussed.
