It's the nineteen sixties times that the social back-up system for sexual violence and domestic violence had been established and the women's movement is active in western block. Beginning that people is understanding the infringement of women's rights for violence against women, Consul Service and Roost is operating in the pivot of organization of women-movement and is activating the study and the legislating for preventing from domestic violence and sexual maltreatment and giving the more effectual service for the casualty in each region. These days, the problems of violence against women hold relative importance in women-policy of every nations. Leading by UN in 2000, the realization of the equality of the sexes and the guarantee of the women's rights are important subject of development-strategy of nations in 21century as the civilization and the competitive power of nations. The social concern for sexual violence and domestic violence from nineteen eighties times is culminating, the sexual violence is embossed in 1980 and the domestic violence is embossed in 1990. Rising as the violence against women is the important subject in the cosmopolitan women conference 1995, the sexual violence and the domestic violence together treat as the category of violence against women. Therefore, I in this thesis do away with the discrimination and the violence to women and do guarantee the women's rights and do promote the social participation. Thus, I approach to the domestic violence and the concerned laws of sexual violence as an important point of the application object, public service and communication system as women service system, will promote the validity and efficiency as laws that do living function In society through this comprehensive study.
中国电影《九层妖塔》与 韩国电影《汉江怪物》的 ‘怪兽片’叙事比较 - 以好莱坞 fantasy 叙事为基础的借鉴与创新

Creature movie, a well positioned genre in movie, has been loved by moviegoers worldwide. This genre, which belongs to fantasy category, is a unique brain child of commercial movie production in Hollywood. Recently as their movie industry has been booming Korea and China has been challenging this genre which needs a high level of technology, capital and production management. Korean movie "The Host" and Chinese movie "Chronicles of the Ghostly Tribe" are the two most representative examples. This essay tries to explain how these blockbuster movies were created in two countries by looking at the industrial background, and also analyze narrative structure of these movies by resorting to narratological and semiological method. It postulates the followings by analyzing and comparing major spaces, symbols, and cultural codes appearing in two movies. "The Host" made a successful local application of the classic Hollywood narrative formula. Opposed to that, "Chronicles of the Ghostly Tribe" was focusing too much on explaining the structure between reality and surreal, becoming a naive narrative as the heroic characters were disappearing. This essay is provided as a reference with a purpose to facilitate international, commercial, and cultural engagement between two nations even when it points out the difference in degree of quality perfection of two movies.

As the automation system in manufacturing field works more efficientely, the automation scheme is applied to many areas. In order to reduce the entire manufacturing, cost the design process must be automated. However, design process is so complicated, it is very difficult to construct the design automation system. The axiomatic approach to design provides a general theoretical framework for all design fields, including mechanical design. The key concepts of axiomatic design are : the existence of domains, the characteristic vectors within the domains that can be decomposed into hierarchies through zigzagging between the domains, and the design axioms. Using this approach, the glass bulb design process was analyzed and the design automation software was developed. Through menu display, a user can select or furnish the design input and generate the drawing with ease.

21세기에 들어서 전개된 중국 영화산업의 구조개혁 이후, 중국 영화계에 다양한 장르영화에 대한 수요가 발생했다. 이에 기존 선전영화 외에도 사회비판적 현실주의 영화, 화려한 신기술을 선보인 상업영화, 장르 시스템 안에서 작가적 개성을 발휘한 영화 등 다양한 형식과 주제의 영화들이 시장에 등장했다. 이 논문에서는 이 중 특히 범죄영화를 대상으로 그 의미를 살핀다. 중국 내 범죄영화의 등장 과정과 유형에 대한 고찰을 통해 의미를 알아보는 것은 곧 변혁기 중국의 다양한 관점과 주장이 충돌하는 현장을 목격하는 것과 같다. 특히 디아오이난(刁亦男) 감독의《백일염화》는 상징적 수법과 은유로 중국사회의 주류-이데올로기인 불멸, 영웅주의, 도덕, 확실한 질서 등에 의문을 제기하는 작품이다. 이는 국가-이데올로기 기제의 매개로 작용하는 중국영화에 대한 반성이자, 대변혁기를 맞은 중국 현대사회의 혼돈과 불안에 대한 작가의 실존주의적 재현이다. As the structural reform of the Chinese film industry progressed in the 21st century, demand for various genre films arose in the Chinese film market. Accordingly, films of various new formats and themes appeared on the market, which are critical-realistic films, commercial films with advanced techniques, and films that shows the director's individuality within the genre system. Examining the process of emerging and types of Chinese crime films, we can witness the clash of various perspectives and claims arisen in China during the period. Director Diao Yinan's 《White Flame》is a work that questions the mainstream ideologies of Chinese society such as immortality, heroism, morality, and certain order through symbolic techniques and metaphors. Representing the chaos and anxiety of modern Chinese society on the film, he shows reflections on Chinese filmdom that has been acting as one of the media that serves the national ideological mechanism.
