        본 연구는 고령자 맞춤형 사이클 운동과 고관절 내전 및 외전 운동 재활기기 대해서 한국산업표준을 기준으로 고령자를 위한 하지 재활기기의 개발, 설계요소에 대한 기초 연구를 진행하고자 하였다. 고령자와 장애인의 요구를 반영하기 위한 규격 개발자 지침(KSA ISO/E Guide 71)과 고정식 운동기구에 대한 일반안전 요구사항 및 시험방법(KS G ISO 20957:1), 근력강화 운동기구에서 부가적인 특정 안전 요구사항 및 시험 방법(KS G ISO 20957-2), 고정식 운동 기구-고정식 자전거 에르고미터-부가적인 특정 안전요구사항 및 시험방법(KS G ISO 20957-5) 등을 토대로 개발하고자 하는 하지재활기기에 적용해야 하는 설계 요소에 대한 기초연구를 진행하였다.

        한 초등학교 여교사의 체육수업에 관한 자문화기술지

        본 연구의 목적은 자문화기술지를 통해 한 초등학교 여교사의 체육수업 운영에 관한 경험과 의미를 탐색하는 것이다. 체육수업 운영에 관한 연구자의 기억자료 및 자기 성찰 내용, 교사의 체육수업일지, 학생들의 체육일기 그리고 인터뷰를 통해 자료를 수집하였고 귀납적 범주 분석 방법으로 자료를 분석하였다. 자료의 진실성을 확보하기 위해 인터뷰, 전문가 협의, 동료 간 협의 등을 활용하였다. 첫째, ‘나’ 자신이 체육수업 전부터 겪었던 딜레마에서는 초등학교의 독특한 교직문화, 체육 또는 수업을 다른 용도로 활용하는 현실의 문제점 등이 도출되었다. 둘째, ‘나’ 자신의 체육수업 운영에서 겪는 딜레마는 체육 환경의 어려움과 체육수업을 운영하는 여교사로서의 정체성 인식의 혼돈이 표출되었다. 셋째, 수업 운영을 통한 ‘나’의 성장은 교과 전문가로 거듭나기, 학생과의 소통에 관한 중요성 인식 그리고 학생의 체육수업에 관한 긍정적 태도의 형성 등이 도출되었다. 넷째, ‘나’ 자신의 체육수업에 관한 자문화기술지를 통해 올바른 체육수업에 대한 가치관이 형성되었다. The purpose of this study was, using an autoethnography of a female teacher, to explore the alternative ways to improve the quality of elementary physical education lessons. Data were obtained from the teacher s journals and students physical education journals, and students interviews. Inductive category analysis was used on the collected data. Interviews, specialist meeting, and peer debriefing were used to secure trustworthiness. The results were as follows. First, the research contains different sorts of dilemma which ‘I’, myself, already have experienced before the starting of physical education classes. Second, there were dilemmas which occurred while managing classes, troublesome conditions for teaching physical education, and identity confusion between a female classroom teacher and a physical education specialist. Third, I had grown up during the research not only by realizing the importance of conversation between a female physical education specialist and students, but also by providing quality lessons for students’ positive changes during quality lessons. Fourth, autoethnography helped me to form self-efficacy and beliefs on teaching physical education classes.

        루이체치매에서 도네페질 투여 후 발생한 신경이완제악성증후군

        신경이완제악성증후군은 항정신병약물에 의한 치명적 합병증으로 고열, 근육경직, 의식변화 및 자율신경계장애 등의 증상을 보인다. 도네페질의 부작용은 소화기계 증상이 흔한데 항정신병 약물 투약 없이도 신경이완제악성증후군이 드물게 나타날 수 있다. 항정신병약물에 취약성이 있는 루이체치매에서 아세틸콜린에스터라제 억제제를 투여시 신경이완제악성증후군과 같은 치명적인 부작용이 나타날 수 있으므로 이에 대한 고려가 필요할 것이다. Neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS) refers to the combination of hyperthermia, extrapyramidal symptoms, altered consciousness and autonomic symptoms that can occur as a serious complication of the use of antipsychotic drugs. Donepezil-related NMS was rarely reported. We report a patient with dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB) who developed NMS following donepezil monotherapy. A 74-year-old female with DLB visited to our hospital with confusion, fever and severe muscle stiffness for 2 days. Four days before admission, she was started on donepezil to treat dementia. This report suggests that caution should be used when starting donepezil in patients DLB.

        고령자의 내외전 운동에서 등받이 각도가 근활성도 및 신체적 안락감에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide a guide for the seat back design by studying the effects of seat back angle on muscle activity and subjective physical comfort in rehabilitation equipment for the aged. Background: While there is a lot of research on rehabilitation equipment for the elderly, there is a lack of research on chair design suitable for rehabilitation equipment. However, rehabilitation requires a chair to support the user’s body, while the chair of the rehabilitation device determines his or her posture and has a significant impact on the effectiveness of the exercise and user satisfaction. The backrest angle of chair is an important factor in determining the posture, efficiency, and physical comfort while exercising rehabilitation. Method: In order to study the effect of the seat back angle on muscle activity and physical comfort in the adduction and abduction rehabilitation exercise of the aged, this study conducted some adduction and abduction movements experiment with 12 people aged 65 or older. EMG signals and subjective comforts were measured under five backrest angle (90°, 100°, 110°, 120°, and 130°). Results: For the hip adduction movement, the backrest angle of the rehabilitation device did significantly affect the muscle activity of the adductor longus and showed an increased muscle activity as the angle increased. For the abduction movement, the back rest angle had a significant effect on the muscle activity of the tensor fascia latae, and the muscle activity tended to increase as the angle increased. There was no significant impact on the muscle activity of gluteus medius, but muscle activity tended to decrease with increasing angles. The subjective comfort during the adduction and abduction movements was shown to be significantly different with the backrest angle. Subjects felt comfortable with a backrest of 100° to 120°. Conclusion: This study identified how the backrest angle of chair in hip rehabilitation equipment for the elderly affected muscle activity and subjective comfort. The subjective evaluation of physical comfort was significantly affected by the angle of the backrest. The muscle activity showed significant differences in both adduction and abduction movements (except gluteus medius) and that overall the muscle activity varied with the back rest angle. Application: This study could serve as a basis for designing the seat of hip rehabilitation equipment for adduction and abduction exercise.

        고관절 내전 및 외전 운동에서 청년층과 고령층의 근활성도 비교 분석

        Objective: The purpose of this study is to compare the muscle activity of the young and the elderly in hip adduction and abduction movement. Background: While muscle strength is an essential factor for stable and efficient walking, older people aged 65 or older have significantly reduced muscle strength characteristics compared to the young. The adductor and abductor muscles of hip are closely related to the physical balance of walking. Although the main user of hip rehabilitation equipment is an elderly person, young people are often forced to rehabilitate hip joints due to physical accident. In this regard, the need for a comparative analysis of how the muscle activity of the young and the elderly differs is raised in the hip rehabilitation movement. Method: EMG signals were measured while exercising hip adduction and abduction movement under five backrest angle; 90°, 100°, 110°, 120°, and 130°. Fourteen young subjects and twelve senior subjects participated in the experiment. EMG data were normalized using a 10~350Hz FIR bandpass filter to eliminate noise. The significance of %MVC difference between young and senior group was analyzed using t-test. Results: The muscle activity of the adductor longus with the backrest angle in hip adduction movement is not significantly different between the elderly and the young. However, both groups tended to have a higher value for muscular activity as the back angle increased. The muscle activity of the tensor fascia latae with the backrest angle in hip abduction movement is significantly different between the elderly and the young. It is also significantly different for gluteus medius. Both groups tended to have a higher value for muscular activity of the tensor fascia latae as the backrest angle increased. On the other side, both groups tended to have a lower value for muscular activity of the gluteus medius as the backrest angle increased. Conclusion: This study identified the significance of difference between the elderly and the young"s muscle activity of hip adduction and abduction movement with the backrest angle of chair in hip rehabilitation equipment. The difference between the elderly"s and the young"s muscle activity is not significant in adduction movement, but significant in abduction movement. Application: This study could serve as a basis for designing the chair backrest of hip rehabilitation equipment.
