자율지능 로봇의 경로 계획 및 설명을 위한 거대 언어 모델 적용 방안 연구

Focusing on the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) in robotics, this research examines their role in path planning and providing linguistic explanations for autonomous intelligent robots. LLMs have demonstrated superior performance in natural language processing and problem-solving abilities, and various attempts are being made in the robotics field to utilize them in path planning. In this study, we propose a framework that enables LLMs to understand map data, plan paths, and provide linguistic explanations for decision-making processes. To achieve this, we enhance the performance of LLMs using incontext learning and fine-tuning methods and verify their performance through various evaluation metrics. Experimental results indicate that LLMs can perform more accurate path planning by providing time-aware path explanations. Future research will design a framework that integrates with ROS (Robot Operating System) and explore methods to condition LLMs to operate on map forms that reflect linguistic context and spatial experience.

DWP401, a recombinant human epidermal growth factor, was subcutaneously administered to ICR mice at the dose levels of 0, 0.04, 0.2 and 1.0 ㎎/㎏/day (15rats/sex/group) in order to evaluate the subchronic toxicity. General observations, examinations for food and water consumption, ophthalmoscopy and urinalysis were carried out during the study. For the complete gross and microscopic examinations, 10 mice/ sex/group were sacrificed at the ends of the dosing period, and the remaining animals were sacrificed with a 5 week recovery period. Examinations for hematology and blood biochemistry were also carried out at the time of recovery period. Based on the results, it was thought that the target tissue or organs were mesothelial cell, injection site, spleen, adrenal gland, ovary and transitional epithelial cell of urinary tract, and no observed toxic level of DWP401 was 0.04 ㎎/㎏ while definite toxic dose level might be 0.2 ㎎/㎏.

55종의 식품뭔재료 및 90중의 한약재에서 보존찰성물질을 얻기 위하여 MeDH로 추출하였다. 이 추출물이 식품의 부패, 변질에 관여한다고 알려진 그람양성세균인 Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus stearother mophilus, micrococcus luteus, 그람음성세균인 Escherichia coli, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella typhimurum 및 효모인 Candida albicarls, Saccharoinyces cerevisiae을 사용하적 천연보존활성 물질을 탐색하였다. 산수유, 오수유, 감초, 단삼, 오미자, 황련, 명일엾 , aroma hoP 및 bitter hoP의 MeOH 추출물은 실험한 그람양성세균제 보존 활성을 나타내었다. aroma hop 및 bitter hop의 MeOH 추출물은 그람음선세균에 보존활성을 라타내었다. 그러냐 식품원재료와 한약재떼서 쵸모에 보존활성을 나타내는 것은 없었다. 한편, 탐색과정에서 강한 보존될성을 나티낸 단삼을 분리, 정제 및 구조결정을 하였다. 단삼을 MeOH로 추출한 뒤 농축하여 ethfl acetate로 ertraction,씨icagel column chroinatogfaBhy, Prep.7LC, Prep. HPLC등을 통하여 보존촹성물질 (T-1)을 분리 , 정제하고 UV,'H-NMR.'f-NMR, .DEPT 및 El-M르등웨 기기분석한 결과 Cryptotanshinone을 얻었으며, 이물질은 그람 양성균에 대하여 MIC는 3.91"62.50fe/m1범위에서 강한 보존활성글 나타내었고 특히 Bac기us subtilis에 대하여 MIC는 3.91r8/m1로 가장 각한 보존활성을 나타내었다. 따라서 본 조사연구사업에서 밝혀진 항균성을 갖은 물질들은 그람양살센균 및 그람음성·제균이 문제시 되는 식품에서 천연보존로_3. 이용 가능할 것.B_T_ 생각되며, 특허 CryptotanshiBone은 그람양성세균중 Bacillus subtilis에 가장 강한 보존활성을 나타내었다. Certain parts of 90 kinds of medicinal herbs and 55 kinds of original materials of food were extracted by methanol. The extracts were tested their microbial inhibition activites against several food spoilage microorganism, Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus sterothemophilus, Micrococcus luteus, Escherichia celi, Proteus mirabilis, Salmonella typhimurium, Candida albicans and Saccharornyces cerevisiae. The methanol extract of Cornus of officinalis, Evodia officinalis. Glycyrrhiza glabra, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Schizandrae fructus, Coptidis rhizoma, aroma hop and bitter hop were shown inhibitory effect on certain species of gram( + ) bacteria. Aroma hop and bitter hop were shown inhibitory effect on certain species of graln( - ) bacteria. In order to isolate and purify of antimicrobial substance ertracted from the Salvia miltiorrhiza, the antimicrobial substance from the methanol extract which erhibited a strong antimicrobial activity was purified by solvent fractionation, silicagel column chromatography, Prep.TLC, Prep. HPLC. The purified active substance was identified as cryptotanshinone by El-MS, HNMR, ^(13)C-NMR and DEPT. The activity of cryptotanshinone had strong antibacterial activity against gram positive bacteria (MIC : 3.91~62.50㎍/m1). Especially, cryptotanshinone was the most strong activity agaiHst Bacillus subtilis (MIC .3.91㎍/m1).
