가상대학 지원을 위한 도서관의 역할

캠퍼스에는 물리적으로 참석하지 않는 학생들에게 전자적 매체를 통하여 교육을 제공함으로써 급변하고 있는 정보화 사회에서의 정규 교육, 계속적인 전문성 개발, 그리고 고용자의 재훈련의 해결 방안이 되고 있는 원격 교육 또는 혹은 가상 대학은 계속적인 성장 산업이 될 것이며 이를 지원하기 위한 도서관의 역할과 서비스에 대한 인식이 확산되어야 한다. 본 연구는 이 인식의 재고를 위하여 가상 대학의 개념, 발전 및 문제점들을 검토하였으며 원격 교육을 위한 도서관 서비스의 발잔 이용자 조사에 근거한 도서관 서비스의 유형 개발, 그리고 미래의 도서관 서비스 방향들을 살펴보았고 앞으로 가상 대학 지원을 위한 도서관 역할 정립을 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. This study aims to provide some rosie material for the libraries to improve its role for supporting the virtual university by recognizing the changing roles to have to support the distance education which is becoming a growing area in the coming new century due to the necessity of continuing renewal and the retaining of the information related workers. Through the study, a few conclusions were derived. (1) To support the virtual university, the library services should be directed toward the operation of the full access - philosophy and should reflect the information needs of the off-campus students. The librarians should be equipped with the ability to make use of networked resources and to provide the document delivery services together with the ability to develop the web-based user training programs. The department of library and Information Science should educate the future librarian for the purpose of supporting the virtual university. (2) A written and agreed guidelines should be established to specify the philosophy, management, facilities, resources and services to support the virtual university. And it is desirable that in the near future the department and a librarian responsible for the supporting the distance education should be established.

Sulfamethoxypyridazine의 결정 및 분자구조

Sulfamethoxypyridazine, $C_{11}H_{12}N_4O_3S$의 결정 및 분자구조를 X-선 사진 회절법으로 구성하였다. 결정구조는 직접법으로 밝혀 최소자승법으로 정밀화 하였으며 2615개의 회절 반점에 대한 최종 R값은 0.085이었다. 비대칭단위내의 분자 두개 A와 B는 S-N(2) 결합에 대한 형태가 서로 다른 형태 이성질체를 이루며, N(2A)H${\ldots}$N(3B)와 N(2B)H${\ldotst}$O(1A) 수소 결합으로 연결되어 있다. 벤젠과 피리다진 고리의 면들이 이루는 각은 분자 A에서는 $89^{\circ}$, 분자 B에서는 $77^{\circ}$이다. The crystal structure of sulfamethoxypyridazine has been solved by the direct method and refined by least squares methods from three-dimensional data collected by the multiple-film technique to a final residual of 8.5%. Two molecules (A and B) in one asymmetric unit are different each other in the conformation about S-N(2) bond, and are linked together by N(2A)H${\ldots}$N(3B) and N(2B)H${\ldots}$O(1A)S hydrogen bonds. Benzene and pyridazine rings make the angles of $89^{\circ}$ and $77^{\circ}$ for molecules A and B respectively.

現代社會와 老人問題에 따른 對策

In order that an individual adapt satisfactorily in rapidly changing society, it cannot be emphasized too much on necessities of old man because of limitations of the existing formal system of education and Alienation. Under such circumstances, awordingly the objectives of this study were to the contemporary society and old man problems and related over all status. This study was poceeded in the order of liteature review, collection and classification of data and preparation of report. The educational topics/contents in old man problem consisted of following variables : old man welfare policy, old man welfare measures. Each of these was again sub-divided by 3 measures as "for self-improvement", "for self-fulfilment" and "for adjustment to and participation in social activitives". Based on the results of this research the following suggestions are made for educators/facilitators, administrators and policy makers for old man problems. First, besides providing wilder public information base on the man welfare problems, the educational opportunity for continuing education should be provided to more adult, particularly for the female, the aged the rual residents and the group with lower income and educational attainment levels. Second, the old man's educational needs on the management and methods in continuing education, should be considered in the practices of education and in policy-making particulary for designing educational programs.

행인반하탕(杏仁半夏湯)이 GUINEA PIG의 기관지평활근(氣管支平滑筋)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Effects of Haenginbanhatang Extract on the Contraction of Isolated Guinea Pig Trachea Smooth Muscle. This study was carried out to investigate the effect of Haenginbanhatang extract on the contractile force of the isolated guinea pig trachea smooth muscle and elucidate its mechanism. The results were obtained as follows: 1. The contratile response of the trachea smooth muscle of the guinea pig to histamine was significantly inhibited by Haenginbanhatang. 2. Effects of Haenginbanhatang extract on the contractile response of the isolated guinea pig smooth muscle pretreated propranolol was not significant. 3. The contractile response of isolated guinea pig smooth muscle pretreated methylene blue was significantly inhibited by Haenginbanhatang, 4. The contractile response of the trachea smooth muscle of the guinea pig to prostaglandin F2a was significantly inhibited by Haenginbanhatang. 5. Effect of prostaglandin F2a on the contractile response of guinea pig smooth muscle pretreated Haenginbanhatang was not significant. According to the above results, it was suggested that the contractile response mechanism of the guinea pig smooth muscle to Haenginbanhatang was related to cyclic GMP.

운동성(運動性) 실어증(失語症)환자 치험 1례

Aphasia is a dysfunction in recognition and communication, Most instances of aphasia are caused by cerebral disease, especially when a dominant hemisphere is injured. It brings about serious problem in treatment and in directing a therapeutic course for return to social community. A stroke patient who was adimitted Dongguk Bundang Oriental hospital was treated. This subject was diagnosed with Broca Aphasia and Flaccid Tongue(舌?) induced by Yang-deficiency of Kidney(腎陽虛). She was adiministered Jiwhangeumja(地黃飮子) and Scalp acupuncture, and the degree of her aphsia was measured with the Western Aphasia Battery. After three weeks, The patient improved in speaking and general depressed condition.

The Crystal and Molecular Structure of Salicylaldehyde-4-piperidinothiosemicarbazone

살리실알데히드-4-피페리디노티오세미카르바죤의 분잠 및 결정구조를 X-선 회절법으로 밝혔다. 이 화합물의 결정은 직각비등축정계에 속하며 공간군은 $P2_12_12_1$이다. 단위세포상수는 a = 6.52(2), b = 13.42(4), c = 14.92(4)${\AA}$으로서 4개 분자를 포함하고 있다. 원자의 좌표는 중원자법을 이용하여 결정하였고 최소자승법으로 정밀화하였다. 1019개의 구조인자에 대한 최종 R값은 0.10이다. 티오세미카르바죤 화합물에서 C=S결합은 N-NH 결합에 대해 트랜스 위치에 존재하는 경우가 많은데 살리실알데히드-4-피페리디노티오세미카르바죤에서는 시스위치에 있다. 히드록실기의 산소원자는 O-H${\cdots}$O의 분자내수소결합과 N-H${\cdots}$O의 분자간수소결합에 참여하는데 그 수소결합길이는 각각 2.56${\AA}$과 3.00${\AA}$이다. 분자간에는 N-H${\cdot}{\cdot}{\cdot}$O 수소결합에 의하여 a축에 평행한 나선축을 따라 나선형 분자띠를 이루고 있으며 이들 분자띠는 반데르왈스힘으로 결합되어 있다. The crystal structure of alicylaldehyde-4-piperidinothiosemicarbazone, $C_{13}H_{l7}N_3OS$, has been determined by single crystal X-ray analysis. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group $P2_12_12_1$, with unit cell dimensions a = 6.52(2), b = 13.42(4), c = 14.92(4)${\AA}$. There are four formular units in a unit cell. The structure was solved by the heavy atom method and refined by isotropic block diagonal least-squares methods to a final R value of 0.10 for 1019 observed reflections. The oxygen atom of the hydroxyl group is involved in two hydrogen bonds, one as donor in the intramolecular O-H${\cdots}$N hydrogen bond and the other as acceptor in the intermolecular N-H${\cdots}$O hydrogen bond, the distances of the hydrogen bonds 2.56 and 3.00${\AA}$ respectively.The molecules are joined into infinite columns by the N-H${\cdots}o$O hydrogen bonds which form spirals along the two fold screw axis parallel to the a axis. The molecular columns are held together by van der Waals forces.

Studies on Simultaneous Determination of Chlorophyll a and b, Pheophorbide a, and $\beta-Carotene$ in Chlorella and Spirulina Products

역상 컬럼을 이용하여 건강기능식품 중 클로렐라 및 스피루리나제품에 함유되어 있는 엽록소 a, b,페오포르바이드 a 및 $\beta$-카로틴의 HPLC동시분석법을 확립하였으며, 첨가농도 $50\;\mug/ml$에서 엽록소 a, b, 페오포르바이드 a 및 $\beta$-카로틴에 대한 회수율시험결과, 각각 2.8, 6.0, 10.6 및 $10.4\%$의 상대표준편차와 70.3, 71.6, 60.1 및 $90.5\%$의 회수율을 각각 나타냈다. 이때 검출한계는 $0.1\sim1.0\;\mug/ml$, 정량한계는 $0.2\sim2.0\;\mug/ml$이었으며 검량선 상관계수도 0.995 이상의 직선성을 보여주었다. 국내유통 클로렐라 및 스피루리나제품에 대한 엽록소 a, b,페오포르바이드 a및 $\beta$-카로틴의 함유량을 분석한 결과 엽록소 a $121.g\sim543$, 엽록소 b $0.6\sim160.0$, 페오포르바이드 a 및 P-카로틴 $383.6\sim1713.7mg/ml$ 수준으로 나타났다. 엽록소 b의 함유량은 클로렐라제품에서 평균 374.0 mg/100 g 으로 스피루리나제품의 평균 10.5 mg/100 g 보다 30배 이상 함유하고 있는 것으로 확인되었다. 그러나 $\beta$-카로틴의 함유량은 스피루리나제품이 평균 1335.4 mg/100 g 로 클로렐라제품의 평균 495.0 mg/100 g 보다 평균 함유량에서 2.7배 높은 것으로 나타났다. 국내 건강기능식품공전 중 클로렐라 및 스피루리나제품의 엽록소 a b, 및 페오포르바이드 항목의 규격검사를 본 연구의 동시분석법으로 개정함으로써 각 성분 함량의 정량, 분석시간의 단축 및 비용절감 둥 시험방법을 크게 개선할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. A simple and sensitive analysis method based on reverse phase (RP) HPLC with UV detector was developed for simultaneous determination of chlorophyll a and b, pheophorbide a and $\beta-Carotene$ in Chlorella and Spirulina products. For added concentration $(50\;\mug/ml)$ of chlorophyll a and b, pheophorbide a and $\beta-Carotene$, recoveries of those were 70.3, 71.6, 60.1 and $90.5\%$, respectively, with relative standard deviations of 2.8,6.0, 10.6 and $10.4\%$. Limit of detection and quantification had ranges of $0.1\sim1.0\;\mug/ml$ and $0.2\sim2.0\;\mug/ml$, respectively. Calibration curve was linear with correlation coefficient of 0.995 for chlorophyll a and b, pheophorbide a and $\beta-Carotene$. Results of simultaneous determination in Chlorella and Spirulina products were showed ranges of $121.g\sim543.0\;\mug/ml$ for chlorophyll a,$0.6\sim160.0\;\mug/ml$ for chlorophyll b, $19.2\sim60.3\;\mug/ml$ for pheophorbide a and $383.6\sim1713.7\;\mug/ml$ for $\beta-Carotene$, respectively. Chlorophyll b contents in Chlorella products were detected above 30 times level to those in Spirulina products. $\beta-Carotene$ contents in Spirulina products were detected 2.7 times level to those in Chlorella products.

According to the results of the studies on 29 references, the orders in the cause of Spleen- Exhaustion (脾勞) were as follows ; 1) The Orders in the cases of Spleen-exhaustion (脾勞) were Naesangeomsik (內傷飮食), Daeposangbi (大飽傷脾), Gipokwado (飢飽過度), Sikson (食損) 2) The symptom of Spille-exhaustion were Giyuksosu (肌肉消瘦), Changmansosik (脹滿少食), 飮食不能爲肌 舌本苦直不得咽唾 面黃.

The Crystal and Molecular Structure of N-Acetyl-L-cysteine

N-Acetyl-L-cysteine, $C_5H_9NO_3S,$의 결정 및 분자구조를 X-선 회절법으로 연구하였다. 이 화합물의 결정은 삼사비등축정계에 속하며 공간군은 $P_1$이다. 단위세포상수는 a = 7.04(3), b = 5.14(2), c = 8.25(3)${\AA}$, ${\alpha}$ = 106(2), ${\beta}$ = 51(1), ${\gamma}$ = 124(2)$^{\circ}$이고, 단위세포는 분자 한개만을 포함하고 있다. Weissenberg 사진촬영으로 얻은 회절반점의 총수는 629개이며 direct method를 적용하여 구조해명을 한 후 full matrix least-squares method로 정밀화하였으며 최종 R값은 0.12이다. C-카르복실기 및 N-아세틸기의 원자들은 각각 평면을 이루고 있다. 카르복실기의 산소원자 O(1)은 이웃분자의 아세틸기의 산소원자 O(3)와 $O-H{\cdot}{\cdot}{\cdot}O$ 수소결합을 하며 그 길이는 2.59${\AA}$이다. The crystal structure of N-acetyl-L-cysteine, $C_5H_9NO_3S,$ has been determined from three dimensional photographic intensity data $(CuK{\alpha}$ radiation) by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. There is one formula unit in the triclinic unit cell with a = 7.04(3), b = 5.14(2), c = 8.25(3) ${\AA}$, ${\alpha}$ = 106(2), ${\beta}$ = 51(1), ${\gamma}$ = 124(2)$^{\circ}$ and space group P$_1$, The structure was solved by the direct method and refined by the full matrix least-squares method. The final R value is 12.3% for 629 observed reflections. The C-carboxyl group and the N-acetyl group are very neary planar. The molecule appears to form with neighboring molecules a hydrogen bond, $O-H{\cdot}{\cdot}{\cdot}O(3)$ of length 2.59${\AA}$.

한국의 군대 생활과 남성 주체 형성

이 연구는 한국 군대가 남성 주체 생산에서 중요한 기능을 담당한다는 문제 인식에서 출발하여 이에 관한 이론적 고찰과 사례연구를 시도하였다. 연구 내용은 남성 군인의 호명을 통해 헤게모니적 남성성과 군사주의적 사회성이 형성되는 측면과 신체 권력을 통해 남성 군인으로 하여금 무저항을 체화하게 하고 계급적, 성적 폭력의 주체가 되도록 만드는 측면을 다루는 한편, 이 과정에서 가부장제, 군사주의, 국가주의가 상호 선택적 친화력을 가지고 작용하는 부분과 특히 젠더 정치학이 핵심 기제로 작용하는 부분에 초점을 맞추었다. This study examines how the military experience plays an important role in the formation of the male subject in the Korean context where the elective affinity between statism, militarism, and patriarchy is particularly strong.<br/> This paper consists of three parts. The first part elaborates the theoretical framework of how the male subject's formation in the military is involved in gender politics as well as bio-power politics. The second part examines how the Korean military establishes the militaristic masculinity as the dominant sociality in Korea, and how patriarchy's gender politics functions as the dominant mechanism in soldier forming. The third part explores how the Korean male-soldier incorporates a bio-power through the dual process of objectification and subjectification of his body. The prevalence of physical violence as well as sexual violence in the Korean military is also a phenomenon that demonstrates this polarization of bio-power.
