        외식 브랜드신뢰가 브랜드관계 품질에 미치는 영향 - 브랜드 약속의 매개효과를 중심으로 -

        This study examined the effect of the trust of a restaurant brand on the quality of brand relations centered on the mediating effect of brand promise. The survey was conducted on September 18, 2018 to October 2, 2018, with a total of 707 end users, who are under the age of 19~59, using the restaurant brand for the last six months. The panel survey was conducted by distributing a questionnaire address (URL) email through an online questionnaire. As a result, if you apply the parameters of brand commitment between brand trust and brand relationship quality, brand promise an important role and influence. In particular, only one of the three elements of differentiation, consistency and continue, which are sub-dimensions of brand promise, was continue. This means that consistently long term continue are paramount between brand trust and the quality of brand relationships. These results can be applied to the brand marketing and operations of catering companies.

        문법과 읽기의 통합을 위한 제재 활용 방안

        The purpose of this study is to find out a possibility of integration “grammar” and “reading” in Korean language education based on Critical Discourse Analysis(CDA), through recognizing that Korean subject materials could be used for domain integration. Concretely, this study focuses on the utility of materials to get over the limits of the current subject, “reading and grammar”, and finds out to draw various values and meanings in materials through the theoretical applying of CDA. And then this study watches the possibility of grammar and reading integration through CDA, because CDA has a deep consideration of linguistic features for the discourse analysis, and the linguistic features connect to the grammar domain in Korean language education which is a basis knowledge system for correct, efficient, and creative using Korean language. A chain of discourses have a meaning to widen the study of Korean subject materials, and to give a new perspective for the “grammar” and “reading” domain integration study which are just depending on contents elements currently.

        생태언어학 관점의 국어사 교육 방향 모색

        이 연구는 현행 국어사 교육에 대한 비판적 인식을 바탕으로 하여 생태언어학 관점의 국어사 교육의 방향을 모색하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위해 먼저 국어사 교육의 주요 논의를 정리하여 국어사 교육이 국어에 대한 구조적 지식뿐만 아니라 생활문화의 측면을 포괄하여 나가고 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 국어사 교육 담론과 동궤를 형성하면서 보다 실질적인 교육 내용의 전환을 가능하게 하기 위하여 생태언어학의 관점을 도입하였다. 생태언어학은 인간과 환경의 관계 속에서 언어의 통시적이고 공시적인 작용 양상을 균형성의 관점에서 탐구하는 학문이다. 생태언어학의 세부 연구 영역 가운데 ‘언어의 생태학’은 언어생성, 언어소멸, 언어접촉 등과 같은 언어 변이의 생태를 연구한다. ‘언어 변이의 생태’는 언어를 살아 숨 쉬는 유기체와 같이 인식하며, 언어의 모습이 ‘언어’를 둘러싼 ‘사용자’와 ‘환경’의 맥락적 관여와 긴밀한 관계에 놓여 있음에 주목하는 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 기존 국어사 교육의 내용 범주, ‘한글의 창제원리와 가치, 국어의 변천, 국어 수난과 발전’을 생태언어학적으로 전환할 수 있다. 그 결과, ‘한글의 창제 원리와 가치’에서는 ‘한글 창제를 둘러싼 시대적 환경’과 ‘한글이라는 문자’의 상관관계를, ‘국어의 변천’에서는 ‘당대 언중의 특성’과 ‘집단의 국어 사용’의 관련성을, ‘국어 수난과 발전’에서는 ‘피지배의 역사적 환경’과 ‘지배 언어의 압력’, 그리고 ‘당대 민중의 삶’에 대한 관계성을 중심으로 기존의 내용 요소를 생태적으로 구성해 볼 수 있다. 이는 국어사 교육의 본연적 성격을 되살려 국어와 삶의 생태를 총체적으로 교수-학습하는 국어사 교육의 내용을 고민해 본다는 점에서 의의가 있다. This study aims at finding a way of Korean language history education on ecolinguistics perspective. It has a basis of critical awareness of the current Korean language history education. First of all, this study looks at major discussions about Korean language history education, and finds out that Korean language history education includes not only structural knowledges of Korean language but also features of Korean living-culture. This study adopts ecolinguistics to recover essence of Korean language history education. Ecolinguistics is a study to inquiry diachronic and synchronic using aspects of language in a relationship with humans and environments. “The ecology of language”, which is a detailed domain of ecolinguistics, discusses an ecology of language variations like language creation, language extinction, and language contact. “An ecology of language variations” realizes a language as an organism, and it emphasizes that language is related closely on participants and environments. Based on these, the current contents categories of Korean language history education, which are “Hangeul’s creating principles and values, Transition of Korean language, Suffering and developing of Korean language”, could be converted into getting the nature of ecolinguistics. As a result, this study suggests a way to construct contents of Korean language history education ecologically. It suggests an interrelationship with “Hangeul’s creating principles and values” and “timely environments surrounding Hangeul’s creation”, an understanding “Korean language change” through “language use groups of Korean language”, and a relationship in “historical environments of subordinates”, “a dominant language pressure” and “the public’s contemporary life”. This study has a meaning to agonize educational contents of Korean language history, which are connecting the ecology of Korean language and Korean living-culture.

        `비판적 담화 분석`의 문법교육적 적용 가능성

        The purpose of this study is to find out a grammar educational application possibility of the critical discourse analysis(CDA). Especially this study focuses on the discourse education in the grammar education, it would suggest a way of the grammar discourse education design applied by CDA. To establish this purpose, it looks at concepts of CDA, arranges arguments about Korean educational application of this theory. It finds out that arguments about contents and methods of the critical reading education are centralized from CDA. But this study realizes a starting point of these application is the grammar education. So it pays attention to the discourse education which are emphasizing “contextuality” in grammar education, considers contents of the discourse education reflectively. As a result, it determines that there are two aspects could be complemented by CDA. Those are “Concepts and characteristics of a discourse”, “Appropriate and efficient Korean language life”, it suggests aways of contents design in the discourse education from CDA: “Discourse analysis method(Fairclough, 1992)”, “Critical Language Awareness (Fairclough, 1995)”. Concretely, in “Concepts and characteristics of a discourse”, the “Discourse analysis method” could give a sociocultural practicality of a discourse to this aspect, the following examples of theses could be emphasized: “A discourse connotes the power of sociocultural practice”, “A meaning of a discourse is constructed by functionally, and critically”. And the “Critical language awareness” could give the value of language use to the “Appropriate and efficient Korean language life”, so “the valuable Korean language life”, “language and power in a discourse communication”, “language and identity (awareness)”, and “language and human relationships” could be designed in this aspect. This study has a meaning that it opens to inquire various sociocultural meanings in the grammar discourse education applying CDA, ultimately it lays foundation stone to apply CDA to Korean language education expansively.

        국내 커버드본드(Covered Bond) 법률의 제정과 검토 과제

        Recently, the Government introduced legislative draft for Korea Covered Bond Act of 2013 to the National Assembly on February 5, 2013. This aims at continuous financial stability that qualified bank can easily raise money through issuing covered bond even though financial crisis. In other words, this will enable credit to flow more readily from the capital markets to households, small business, and the Government in a way that enhances the stability of th broader financial system. In Korea, households debt is threatening financial stability. Especially, residential mortgage loan, which covers more than 50% of households debt, is severe and serious in terms of its sizable increase and structural risks. Short-term, variable, nonamortizing(straight) mortgages are representing 90% shares of all residential loans. This structure are very vulnerable to external variability. Therefore we should try to convert current mortgage structure into long-term, fixed-rate, amortizing structure. For extended loan structure, legislation of covered bond act is imperative. Korean banks and loan credit companies are mainly raising fund from short-term market. By raising long-term fund through covered bond, credit institutions are enable to serve long-term mortgage loan. There are several legislative and policy issues regarding this bill. The core elements of the legislative framework are legal certainty for covered bond programs and public supervision by financial authorities. The legal status of covered bond is established by specifying the catagories of eligible issuers and eligible cover-pool assets, mandating an asset coverage test for cover pools and audits by an independent asset monitor, and clarifying applicable securities. Most important, since covered bonds are distinguished from other pool forms of secured debt by a mechanism for managing (rather than liquidating) the cover pool upon the issuer`s default or insolvency and continuing scheduled (rather than accelerated) payments, the framework created a separate resolution process for covered bond programs. Here, covered bond is similar to secured bond, which current “the Secured Bond Trust Act” regulates and its mechanism is restricted to trust scheme. In order to steer an issuance of covered bond, legislative draft needs to be modified and added some clauses. To change mortgage loan maturity into longer term, eligible asset test needs to include DTI ratio and KDIC(Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation)`s control right to covered assets upon the issuer`s default or insolvency. Furthermore, mortgage debtor` right or protection should be taken into consideration.

      • 대학생의 자아존중감과 재무스트레스가 경제적 자립도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 제주도내 대학생들을 대상으로 대학생의 자아존중감과 재무스트레스가 경제적 자립도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고, 경제적 자립도에 영향을 미치는 요인들의 상대적 영향력과 인과적 관계를 분석하는 것이다. 제주도내 대학생 469명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집된 자료는 t-test, 일원배치분산분석, Sheffe의 다중범위검증, 다중회귀분석, 경로분석 방법이 이용되었다. 연구의 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자아존중감은 등록금 자립도와 기타생활비 자립도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 재무스트레스는 등록금 자립도와 휴대폰비 자립도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 경제적 자립도에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 분석한 결과 등록금 자립도는 장학금 수혜, 부교육수준, 재무스트레스 등의 순으로 유의한 영향이 있었으며, 휴대폰비 자립도는 연령, 월평균용돈이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 등록금 자립도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인들의 인과적 관계에서는 성별은 자아존중감을 통해, 자아존중감은 재무스트레스를 통하여 간접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 장학금 수혜는 직접적으로뿐만 아니라 자아존중감을 통하여 간접적으로도 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. 장학금 수혜와 성별은 자아존중감을 통해 부직업1, 월평균가계소득, 자아존중감은 재무스트레스를 통하여 간접적으로 휴대폰비 자립도에 유의한 영향을 미치고 있었다. This study aims to analyze the effect of university students` self-esteem and financial stress on financial independence, relative influence and causal relationships amongst factors affecting financial independence targeting university students in Jeju Special Self-Governing Province. This study collected data targeting 469 university students in Jeju, and analyzed collected data using SPSS Window 18.0 Program. T-tast, Anova, Scheffe`s multiple range test, multiple repression analysis and path analysis method were used for data analysis. Key results of analysis of this study are as follows. First, self-esteem affectstuition independence and other living expenses independence, tuition independence and mobile phone bill independence differ significantly according to financial stress. Second, Result of analysis of relative influence amongst factors affecting financial independence, tuition independence was affected significantly by receiving a scholarship and father`s education level financial stress in order, and mobile phone bill independence was influenced significantly by age, monthly average pocket money and financial stress in order. Monthly average pocket money exerted a significant influence on other living expenses independence. Third, with respect to the causal relationships amongst factors exerting a significant influence on tuition independence, gender exerts indirectly through self-esteem and self-esteem through financial stress, and receiving a scholarship affects both directly and indirectly through self-esteem. Study results also show that receiving a scholarship and gender affect mobile phone bill independence significantly through self-esteem, whereas father`s occupation, monthly average household income and self-esteem exert a significant influence through financial stress.
