해외OTT 서비스 이용자의 성향에 따른 만족과 지속사용의도간의 관계 연구

This study aims to study the effect and role of OTT service user tendencies on satisfaction and intention to continue using them. An online survey was conducted to verify the research model and hypothesis set in this study, and 280 valid responses were collected, and the responses were used to verify the hypothesis. The analysis results showed that user propensity consisted of four dimensions, functional pursuit, pleasure pursuit, social value pursuit, and cost reduction pursuit, and user propensity had a positive effect on satisfaction and continuous use intention. Among user tendencies, function-seeking tendencies showed the greatest influence on satisfaction, while reduction-seeking showed the weakest influence. Research results provided strategic implications for academic contributions and video service competition in that they identified differences in user tendencies in the field of OTT service-related research.

급성골수구성백혈병의 미세잔존질환 추적관찰을 위한 정량적 WT1 유전자측정의 유용성

배경 : 급성골수구성백혈병 환자는 완전관해 후 재발을 조기에검출할 수 있는 민감한 미세잔존병 검사가 필수적이다. 본 연구는 급성골수구성백혈병 환자의 경과 관찰 중 정량적WT 1 유전자 발현 측정의 미세잔존병 표지자로서의 유용성을 알아보고자하였다방법 : 31명의 급성골수구성백혈병 환자를 대상으로 진단 당시(27명)와 경과 관찰 중(29명) WT 1 유전자 발현을 정량적 실시간 중합효소연쇄반응을 이용하여 측정하였으며 모두 ABL 유전자와 동시에 측정하여 보정하였다. 4명의 환자는 PML-RARA융합 유전자의 정량적 발현을 동시에 측정하여 WT 1 유전자와비교하였다. 진단 당시와 관해유도 화학요법 후 처음으로 완전관해를 평가할 때WT 1 유전자 발현와 예후와의 관계를 분석하였다. 17명의 환자에 대하여 WT 1 유전자 발현의 변화를 개인별로추적하여 임상 경과와 비교하였다. 결과 : 진단 당시 모든 환자의 WT 1 유전자 발현이 정상 대조군보다 높은 수준으로 측정되었다. 진단 당시의 WT 1 유전자 발현과 무병생존율이나 전체생존율은 관계가 없었다. 관해유도 화학요법 후WT 1 유전자 발현이 높은 환자군은 무병생존율이 의미있게 짧았다. 개인별로 경과 추적한 17명 중 8명의 환자가 재발하였고 이중 4명의 환자에서는 형태학적 재발에 앞서WT 1 유전자 발현의 증가가 선행되었으며 모두 융합 유전자를 가지고 있지 않았던 환자들이었다. 경과 관찰 중WT 1 유전자와 동시에측정했던 PML-RARA 융합 유전자 발현 사이에는 유의한 상관성이 관찰되지 않았다.

채널 서비스 품질이 고객지불의도와 재방문의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증적 연구: 무인점포서비스를 중심으로

최근 소비자들의 개인화 성향과 더불어 코로나19의 감염확산방지를 위하여 유통산업과 서비스산업에서는 사람 간 접촉을 최소화하기 위한 비대면 서비스, 무인서비스 등을 소비자들에게 다양한 형태로 선보이고 있다. 특히, 무인점포서비스의 등장은 소비자들에게 새로운 경험과 즐거움을 제시하였고, 최근 추세에 맞물려 소비자들의 관심과 이용률이 급증하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 무인점포서비스에 대해 고객들이 중요하게 여기는 서비스 품질이 무엇인지 확인해보고, 채널서비스 품질요인들이 향후 고객들의 행동의도인 고객의 지불의도와 재방문의도에 영향을 주는지, 그리고 소비자들의 비대면 선호에 따라 채널서비스품질요인들과 향후 행동의도간 관계가 달라지는지를 분석하였다. 이론고찰을 통해 제시된 연구모형을 검증하기 위해 145부의 유효한 설문응답을 수집하였고 이를 분석한 결과, 무인점포서비스의 채널서비스품질요인으로 기술용이성, 공간기능성, 신뢰성의 3가지요인이 확인되었고, 위 3가지의 요인들은 고객들의 향후 지불의도와 재방문의도에 정의영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 정의 영향에는 소비자의 비대면 선호도에 따라 달라지는 것도 확인되었다. 연구결과는 비대면 서비스, 무인서비스품질 등에 대한 통합적 연구가 부족한 연구실정에서 매우 이론적 의미가 있으며, 인건비 절감, 고객접근성 확보, 새로운 고객경험 및 가치 등을 추구하는 기업체의 무인서비스 전략 개발에 도움이 될 뿐만 아니라 실무적 기여도 할 것으로 보인다.

A Study of Jesus as Teacher: Insights for Campus Ministry

The purpose of this study is to examine both the methods and the contents of Jesus’ teaching in order to demonstrate that his teaching is still important for contemporary Campus ministry. The study begins with an understanding of Jesus as a historical figure who communicated with his people. It follows with a discussion identifying the contexts in which Jesus was taught and in which he taught people. The Gospel of Mark is a relevant Gospel in this study since it portrays Jesus as a historical figure and reveals several features derived from both Jewish and Greco-Roman contexts.This study, then, examines the methods of his teaching by drawing attention to his use of parables and dialogue. While using concrete examples and telling culturally and socially appropriate stories through parables and proverbs, Jesus teaches us to keep our teaching practices from being too abstract and academic to touch people’s daily lives and experiences. As well, the study explores the contents of his teaching such as love, forgiveness, and the Reign of God. These contents are well integrated with his teaching methods. Finally, it attempts to demonstrate that Jesus was not only a teacher but also was a learner through a study of his conversation with a Syro- Phoenician woman. The study argues that Jesus ultimately reveals himself as a learner by ascribing his teaching authority only to God. Therefore, the biased image of Jesus as an omniscient teacher needs to be challenged and deconstructed. The study concludes with a claim that a reconstructed understanding of Jesus as a teacher and at the same time a learner can empower us as teachers as we seek to build an openminded and democratic University community.

본 연구는 최근 확산되고 있는 미술치료(Art Therapy)의 개요를 살펴보고 미술, 공예가 가지고 있는 창조적인 재료와 기법의 전개가 심리 치료적 가능성을 내포하고 있음을 지적하였다. 특히 바느질이라는 섬유공예기법을 사용한 본인의 섬유조형작업을 중심으로 상징성을 분석하였다. 이를 통해 행위와 조형적 결과물이 주는 개인의 심리적 변화를 관찰하면서 작업한 결과를 제시하였다. 공예가 지닌 창조적인 요소들이 미술치료라는 또 하나의 새로운 접근 틀로 조명되었을 때 공예의 기능과 형식에 밀착된 정서적 친밀도를 기반으로 일상의 감정을 표현할 수 있는 통로로서 기여할 것을 기대하는 바이다. This research explained an synopsis of Art Therapy which is diffused recently and indicated development of the creative material and technique of Art & Craft was containing a psychical cure possibility. Especially it analyzed the symbolic characteristic of my work which uses a stitch-work.So I have offered as a result of my works and observed individual psychological change by stitch-work and results. If the creative elements of Craft were introduced newly approach by Art Therapy, I expect that Craft will make a significant contribution to become a method of sentimental expression with sticked function and form in craft based on human being.
