Piezoelectric energy harvesting from our surrounding vibration has been studied for driving the wireless sensor node. To change the vibration energy into the electric-energy efficiently, the natural frequency of cantilever needs to be adjusted to that of a vibration source. When adding 6.80g mass on the end of the fabricated cantilever, a natural frequency shifts from 136 Hz into 49.5 Hz. In addition, electro-mechanical coupling factor increased from 10.20% to 11.90% and resulted in the 1.18 times increase of maximum output power.

As a participant taking part in the ITER TF conductor R&D program, we developed two toroidal field conductors with variations of conduit thickness resulting in the different void fraction of the conductors. The estimated void fractions of the conductors are 31% and 33%. In this paper we present the details of the TF conductor development and performance test results of them carried out by the measurement of current sharing temperature under cyclic loading. Regarding the conductor development, the internal-Sn-processed $Nb_3Sn$ strand characteristics, strand cabling, twist pitch and characteristics of the conduit materials are presented. For the understanding of the conductor design and performance, the conductor test results are presented and the effect of the conductor design parameters such as void fraction and twist pitch is discussed based on the results.

Energy harvesting from the vibration through the piezoelectric effect has been studied for powering the wireless sensor node. As piezoelectric unimorph cantilever structure can transfer low vibration to large displacement, this structure was commonly deployed to harvest electric energy from vibrations. Piezoelectric unimorph structure was composed of small stiff piezoelectric ceramic on the large flexible substrate. As there is the large Young's modulus difference between the flexible substrate and stiff piezoelectric ceramic, flexible substrate could not homogeneously transfer the vibration to stiff piezoelectric ceramic. As a result, most piezoelectric ceramics had been broken at the certain point. We measured and analyzed the stress distribution on the piezoelectric ceramic on the cantilever.
사문난적(斯文亂賊) 논난(論難)과 사서(四書)의 재해석(再解釋) : 박세당(朴世堂)의 『사변록(思辨錄)』과 김창협(金昌協)의 批判을 중심으로

This paper aims at comparing and reviewing Pak Se-dang"s Sabyeon-nok (Thoughtful Elucidations) and Kim Chang-hyeop"s point of view that criticized it, focusing on their interpretations on Four Books. I examined Pak"s critical mind on Zhu Xi"s philosophy and his alternative ideas, and threw light on the viewpoint of Noron (Patriarch"s faction) of Seoin (Westerner) including Kim Cahang-hyeop that raised a question to Pak. The points at issue in this paper are three. The first one is the basic position that Pak criticized Zhu Xi"s philosophy in reviewing Four Books. Pak criticized the tendency of Zhu Xi"s philosophy giving weight to metaphysics and proposed the practical method of learning that is studying from below and getting through to what is up above. However, Kim censured that Pak didn’t understand Zhu Xi’s explanation. Next two points are the problems of understandings about ‘nature (性) and li (理) are the same’(性卽理) and ‘investigating things and extending knowledge’ (格物致知), which were the points at issue that Kim gave attention to in Pak’s criticism on Zhu Xi’s philosophy. Pak distinguished nature from li considering nature as ‘li in gi (氣)’, and expounded that investigation (格) included the meaning of correction (正). Moreover, he prescribed that the moral nature is a kind of virtue obtained by practice, and explained that goodness and badness were distinguished by an ethical judgment or action in the phenomenal world. Kim criticized that it was not only Pak"s misunderstanding of Zhu Xi"s philosophy but also an injury to Zhu Xi. 朴世堂의 『思辨錄』과 그를 비판했던 金昌協의 입장을 四書에 대한 해석 논의를 중심으로 비교·검토하였다. 이를 통해 박세당이 주자학에 대해 가졌던 문제의식과 그 대안은 무엇이었는지 검토하고, 이를 공격했던 西人 老論이 문제시했던 점은 무엇이었는지 밝혔다. 본 논문에서 주목하는 논점은 세 가지이다. 첫째는 박세당이 四書를 재검토하며 주자학을 비판한 기본적인 입장이다. 박세당은 주자학의 형이상학화를 비판하며 下學而上達의 실질적인 공부방식을 제안하였고, 이에 대해 김창협은 주자학에 대한 박세당의 공부가 부족하다고 비판하였다. 다음 두 가지는 박세당의 주자학 비판 중 김창협이 특히 문제 삼았던 쟁점으로서, ‘性卽理’와 ‘格物致知’에 관한 이해의 문제였다. 박세당은 性을 ‘氣中之理’로 보아 理와 구분하였고, 格物致知의 해석에서는 格의 해석에 ‘正’이라는 양명학적 해석을 도입하였다. 나아가 도덕성을 실천에 의해 획득되는 덕목이라고 규정하고, 善惡의 구분을 현상적인 실천의 차원에서 설명하였다. 김창협은 이를 주자학에 대한 그릇된 이해이며, 나아가 주자학을 해치는 것으로 규정하며 비판하였다.
