대화 문맥과 DB 제약 사항을 이용한 연속음성인식

특정 영역의 작업 수행을 위한 목적 지향적인 음성 언어 대화 시스템에서 상위 레벨의 영역 지식들은 음성 인식 과정에서 단어 후보열의 수를 제한시켜 주는 정보로 사용될 수 있다. 본 논문은 사무자동화 영역의 대화 시스템에서 음성 인식률 향상을 위해 대화 문맥 정보를 반영한 음성 인식과 DB 제약사항을 이용한 후처리 방안을 제안한다. 먼저 대화 문맥 파악을 위해 시스템과 사용자 발화에 대응되는 Dialogue Act를 통해 전체적인 대화 흐름을 Dialogue Act로 표현하고, 인식에 영향을 미치는 대화 문맥을 분류한 후, 문맥별로 특화된 언어 모델을 구성하여 인식에 적용하였다. 또한 오인식 문장에 대한 후처리로서 DB 제약사항을 정의하고, N-Best 인식 문장에 대한 분석 결과와 DB 제약 사항의 일치 여부를 검사하여 N-Best 문장의 순위를 조정하였다. 본 논문에서는 독립적인 세부 영역으로 구성된 사무자동화 영역을 대상으로 HMM에 기반한 연속 음성 인식기를 사용하였고, 대화 문맥과 데이터베이스 제약사항을 반영한 실험을 통해 약 10%의 문장 인식률 향상을 얻을 수 있었다.

시대착오적 방어와 자기기만으로서의 낭만주의

This essay investigates the processes of change in J. M. Coetzee’s Disgrace as they are articulated through the degradation of the characters’ physical and social status, for which the sociopolitical shifts underway in post-Apartheid South Africa is largely responsible. Through David Lurie, the protagonist, Coetzee situates both the factors of romanticism and retrospective desire, which are betrayed in anachronistic self-deception and sentimental evocation. Romanticism, just like it had contributed to the mystification of the Colonialism, this time, is manipulated by Lurie as a means of justification. Disgrace has enjoyed numerous criticisms since it provokes festering debates on the racial history of The Republic of South Africa, providing critical perspectives on the influence of Romanticism upon general field of literature and Colonialism. When the issue of racial history is South Africa-exclusive, the one on romanticism is applicable to the world history which has maintained itself within the principle of colonialism, which romanticism endows with a fair justification. On the conduct of Lurie, critics point out that he displays the typical way of thinking as a white-descendant who reminds us of the colonial history of exploitation. Especially the anachronistic self-deception and sentimental evocation he shows in Disgrace distorts the core of romanticism in that his attitude toward the racial other and women is profoundly self-centered and equivocal. This suggests that Lurie be examined as a negative romanticist which adorns colonialism through mystification. Having gone through disgrace throughout the novel, Lurie and his daughter, Lucy come to realize the order of Eastern Cape, the area of the black, which they moved into, is governed by completely new order of post-Apartheid era. Lurie and Lucy, after finding themselves in the realm of others, respectively as a dog-man and a victim of rape, are forced to encounter the abjection. After the rude awakening of the circumstances surrounding them and a complete loss of the privilege once held by the white, they decided to accept the reality and proceed to the forthcoming new era.

다이아몬드를 둘러싼 폭력과 빈곤의 비극적 메커니즘 -[블러드 다이아몬드(Blood Diamond)]

이 글의 목적은 영화 [블러드 다이아몬드]를 중심으로 소위 ‘분쟁 다이아몬드’와 관련된 아프리카의 비극을 살펴보는 데 있다. ‘분쟁 다이아몬드’로 통하는 ‘블러드 다이아몬드’는 아프리카 분쟁지역에서 채굴된 후미국과 유럽 등 선진국에서 불법적으로 거래되는 다이아몬드를 지칭하며 무엇보다도 다이아몬드 유통과정 뒤에 희생양으로 전락한 원주민의 비극과 깊은 관련을 맺는다. ‘블러드 다이아몬드’는 자원 채굴권과 판매권의 배후에 독재정권의 비리와 횡포, 이에 대립되는 반군의 폭력과 비윤리적인 행위, 그리고 원주민의 기본적인 휴머니티의 파괴라는 비극이 있다. 이러한 맥락을 바탕으로 본 논문은 남녀의 ‘변함없는 사랑’을 서약하는 증표로서의 다이아몬드가 터무니없게도 아프리카인들의 비극과 복잡하게 연루되어 작게는 부족간에서부터 크게는 국가 간에 이르기까지 연쇄적이고도 거대한 착취를 담보하고 있음을 밝히고자 한다. This paper seeks to explore the illegal transaction of Afica``s blood diamond and its bad effect throughout Edward Zwig``s film, Blood Diamond released in 2006. This film emphasizes Africa``s illegal diamond has caused violent conflicts and civil wars in various African nations, including Sierra Leone. Zwig intends to inform that how the world powers with bargain related to these diamonds attained immense wealth and made natives miserable through his film. In Sierra Leone, spatial background of Blood Diamond, RUF group known as the Revolutionary United Front cut off the arms of natives including young boys and killed them to occupy diamond mines and control them effectively, threatening innocent people. And RUF utilizes help of other Africa countries and rich Europe countries to fulfill its purpose. In other words, it means more native``s sacrifice. Based on these tragic circumstances, this paper examines the ways ``conflict diamonds`` fuel African``s sacrifice.

혐오와 배반을 이해하는 다양한 방식들 - 닐 조던의 『크라잉 게임』

이 연구는 『크라잉 게임』을 중심으로 닐 조던의 영화가 아일랜드와 영국의 대립적 관계를 토대로 하면서도 배반, 천성, 인종, 환대, 젠더, 섹슈얼리티 등 복잡다단한 주제를 함축하고 있음을 설명한다. 영화에서 IRA(아일랜드 공화국군)가 영국에 붙잡힌 자신들의 요원을 구하기 위해 영국인 병사를 인질로 삼은 설정은 양국의 대립관계를 환기시킨다. 그러나 이야기가 전개되면서 주인공들이 어느 국가에 소속되는가의 문제는 차츰 희미해지고 대신 대두되는 성적 정체성, 신념, 휴머니티, 환대 등의 문제는 예기치 못한 성찰의 과정으로 소환된다. 본 연구는 이 과정을 부각시켜 대립되는 상황이 인간이 직면한 본질적인 문제들을 끄집어내는 것으로 응집되고 있음을 논의한다. 더불어 이 연구에서는 ‘정해진’ 또는 보편화 된 기준을 정상으로 치부하면서 정반대에 놓인 대상을 혐오하는 것이야말로 집단적인 자기기만일 수 있음을 이야기한다. 나아가 대립되는 국가, 성정체성, 인종, 신념 사이에서 흔하게 발생하는 혐오, 폭력, 배반의 상황 앞에서 주인공이 환대와 휴머니티로 그러한 대립에 맞서가는 과정을 상세히 한다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 『크라잉 게임』이 영국과 아일랜드의 관계를 이해하는 근간이지만 감독이 주인공들을 둘러싼 갈등과 딜레마를 중심으로 혐오에 저항하는 것의 중요성과 민족적 신념을 배반함으로써 실현하는 환대의 의미를 어떻게 환기시키는지를 정리한다. This study explains that Neil Jordan's film, centered on The Crying game, is based on the confrontational relationship between Ireland and England, but it implies complex topics such as betrayal, nature, race, hospitality, gender, and sexuality. In the film, the setting of the IRA(Republican Army of Ireland) holding British soldiers to save their hostages captured by the England evokes confrontation between the two countries. However, as the story develops, the question of which country the main characters belong to gradually fades and the problems such as sexual identity, belief, humanity, hospitality that emerge instead are summoned as unexpected reflection process. In addition, this study suggests that it is collective self-deception to hate the opposite object while dismissing the standard of ‘defined’ or universalized standard as normal. Based on this arguments, this study is the basis for understanding the relationship between England and Ireland, but it summarizes how the director reminds the meaning of hospitality, importance of resisting hatred.

Water splitting is regarded as one of the most environmentally benign routes for hydrogen production. Nevertheless, the low energy efficiency to produce the hydrogen has been a critical bottleneck, which is attributable to the multielectron and multi-step reactions during water splitting reaction. In this respect, the development of efficient, durable, and inexpensive catalysts that can promote the reaction is indispensable. Extensive searching for new catalysts has been carried out for past decades, identifying several promising catalysts. Recently, researchers have found that conventional battery materials; particularly high-voltage intercalation-based cathode materials, could exhibit remarkable performance in catalyzing the water splitting process. One of the unique capabilities in this class of materials is that the valency state of metals and the atomic arrangement of the structure can be easily tailored, based on simple intercalation chemistry. Moreover, taking advantage of the rich prior knowledge on the intercalation compounds can offer the unexplored path to identify new water splitting catalysts.

국내 1인 가구의 상담 및 심리 연구동향 분석

본 연구는 국내 1인 가구의 상담 및 심리연구가 시작된 2002년부터 최근 20년간의 연구동향을 살펴봄으로써 추후 1인 가구 심리지원 방안을 모색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 국내 연구 총 109편으로, 연구방법은 문헌분석, 연구내용은 연도별 동향, 연구대상별 연구방법과 연구주제의 동향 분석이었다. 연구결과 첫째, 논문편수는 2013년부터 증가하였고, 연구대상별로는 노인에 편중, 중년, 청장년, 청년 순이었다. 둘째, 연구방법은 양적연구가 가장 많았고, 연구대상별 연구방법으로는 청년과 청장년대상이 양적 연구, 중년은 질적 연구, 노인은 양적 연구와 혼합연구였다. 셋째, 연구대상별 연구주제로는 청년 대상은 부정정서와 세계관, 청장년은 불안과 생활만족도, 노인은 우울, 자아존중감, 고독, 상담프로그램, 사회적 지지, 자살사고 순이었고, 노인 대상 예술치료 및 회상요법 프로그램이 주를 이루었다. 향후 청년ㆍ청장년과 중년 1인 가구를 위한 다양한 상담 프로그램 개발 방안을 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to seek psychological support system for single-person households in the future by analyzing the trends of counseling and psychological research in single-person households in Korea over the last 20 years since 2002. There were a total of 109 research subjects in Korea, and the research method was systematic literature review, the research content was yearly trend, and the research method and subject trend analysis. As a result of the study, first, the number of papers has been increasing from 2013, subject was in the order of the elderly, middle-aged, late adolescents and youth individuals. Second, quantitative research was the main research method, and late adolescents and youth individuals showed quantitative analysis, middle-aged qualitative research, and the elderly showed quantitative and mixed research. Third, research topic trends by subject were negative emotions and worldviews for youth, anxiety and life satisfaction for late adolescents, depression, self-esteem, loneliness, counseling programs, social support, and suicide accidents for the elderly. Future research discussed the need to diversify counseling programs for young, young, and middle-aged single-person households.

남아공 샤퍼빌 대학살 사건과 로버트 소북웨 ―베시 헤드의 「아기 예수의 도래」

This thesis aims to examine the life of Robert Sobukwe, who devoted himself to black people, by reading the problems of the apartheid era in South Africa through the novel “The Coming of the Christ-Child” by an African mixed-race female writer, Bessie Head. In addition, this discussion emphasizes that Head’s narrative is an important text that redefines the identity of black and mixed-race people and ultimately diagnoses the conflicting views of violence/non-violence resistance surrounding the passage law. The novel focuses on the life of Sobukwe, a black activist who lived a life of hardship, classified as a “dangerous” person from the South African government in the process of dedicating himself to abolish the apartheid policy. Based on the life of the protagonist, Head embodies the journey and dilemma in which blacks are reborn as subjects of creating a new history of South Africa with resistance and solidarity. This paper will discuss the important reasons for listening to the narratives of the first generation of African female mixed-race writers through the violence in the apartheid era and the response of black people.

‘다수’를 향한 ‘소수’의 박해와 남아공의 인종적 곤경 : 안드레 브링크의 『메마른 백색 계절』

본 논문은 안드레 브링크의 메마른 백색 계절 을 통해 남아공 정부가 비백인은 물론 심지어 곤경에 처한 비백인을 도운 백인까지 어떻게 조직적으로 감시하고 처벌하는가에 관한 문제를 논의의 중심에 두고 있다. 이 소설은 다수의 흑인들이 처참한 대우를 받는 상황에 이어 이들의 입장에 선 백인 역시 박해의 대상으로 포섭됨으로써흑백을 가리지 않는 전방위적인 폭력이 남아공에서 어떻게 자행되었는지를 전면으로 재현한다. 브링크가 인종차별에서 비롯된 흑인들의 비극을 쟁점화 한 과정은 아파르트헤이트 제도에 반기를 든 여느 남아공 작가들과 비슷하다. 그러나 작가는 이 소설에서 백인의 고난 역시 초점화 해 아프리카 문단의 정형화 된 주제였던 흑인에 대한 백인의 차별과 폭력이라는 이분화 된 주제로부터 벗어나 흑백 모두의 고난을 이야기 하고 있다. 이 논문이 강조하는 사안이 바로 이것이다. This paper focuses on how the South African government systematically monitors and punishes non-whites as well as even whites who have helped the troubled non-whites through Andre Brink’s A Dry White Season. This novel reproduces how all-round violence, which is black and white, was committed in South Africa by the inclusion of white people in their positions as targets of persecution following the situation where many black people are treated with terrible treatment. The process of Brink’s controversial tragedy of black people stemming from racism is similar to that of any South African author who has rebelled against the apartheid system. However, the writer focuses on the suffering of white people in this novel, and tells the suffering of both black and white, away from the dichotomous theme of white discrimination and violence against black people, which was the stereotyped theme of African paragraphs. This is the issue that this paper emphasizes.

대형마트 폐점이 주변 상권 및 고용에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 다양한 규제 정책의 대상이 되어 온 대형 유통업체가 최근 잇따라 폐점하는 상황에 놓이면서 이로 인해 주변 상권에 미치는 영향들에 대해 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대형마트 폐점 후 주변 점포 매출액의 변화를 1차적으로 분석하였고, 폐점의 영향으로 인한 주변 상권의 고용효과를 2차적으로 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 폐점으로 인해 주번 상권 반경 2km까지 매출액이 감소하는 부정적인 영향이 있는 것으로 확인하였고 반경 2km 이상도 매출액 증가율이 감소하는 추세를 보여 대형마트의 영업을 축소하거나 제한하는 규제가 주변 상권의 매출액을 상승할 것이라는 기대와는 다른 결과를 보여주었다. 결과적으로 본 연구를 통해 지역 내 상권 활성화에 기여하며 상권을 형성하여 주도하는 대형 유통시설의 역할에 대해 다시금 살펴보고, 이에 따른 규제 정책에 대해 개정되어야 함을 제시하는 바이다.
