        열간 압연용 고속도강 롤의 고온 특성

        N/A High temperature properties such as hot hardness and thermal fatigue resistance of high speed steel roll of hot finishing mill have been investigated. Two kinds of roll having compositions, Fe-1.75%C-5.9%Cr-1.74%Mo-4.94%V-2.03%W(A specimen) and Fe-2.27%C-8.86%Cr-2.91%Mo-3.92%V-1.86%W(B specimen)were prepared for investigating the microstructure and crack propagation mode. A specimen has greater amounts of M_7C₃type carbides and less amounts of MC type carbides in comparison with B specimen. Hot hardness showed sudden decrease over 400℃, resulting in the hardness decrease of 50% at the temperature of 600℃, and showed little variation with time at 500℃ and 800℃. Thermal crack was developed at 550℃ in A specimen and 600℃ in B specimen.

      • Acanthamoeba culbertsoni에서 분리한 세포독성 물질의 특성연구

        병원성 자유생활 아메바인 Acanthamoeba culbertsoni에서 순수 분리한 세포독성 물질 (cytolytic substance)을 가지고 몇 가지 특성을 알아보았다. 세포독성 물질의 아미노산 조성을 분석한 결과 serine이 26개로 비교적 많이 존재하는 것을 알 수 있었으며, 면역시켜 얻은 immune serum은 표적세포에 대한 세포독성 물질의 cytolytic activity를 억제하는 효과를 보였고 세포독성 물질이 이 병원성 아메바의 세포막에 존재하는 것을 간접형광 항체법으로 관찰하였다. 전자현미경으로 관찰한 결과 표적세포에 아메바가 filopodia를 내어 접촉하는 것을 관찰할 수 있었으며, 표적세포에 세포독성 물질의 처리시 3시간 후에는 표적세포의 microvilli가 점차로 감소하고 많은 수포가 생겼으며 24시간 후에는 세포막이 pore가 생기면서 녹아버리는 현상을 관찰할 수 있어 표적세포와의 접촉시 세포독성 물질을 분비하여 세포를 사멸시킨다는 작용 mechanism을 제시할 수 있었다. The cytolytic substance of the pathogenic free living amoeba, Acanthamoeba culbertsoni, has been claimed to be closely related to meningoencephalitis. Amino acids composition of the purified cytolytic substance revealed relatively high content of serine. The cytolytic activity on target CHO cells by the cytolytic substance was greatly decreased when rabbit immune serum added. The cytolytic substance proved to be present on the surface membrane of A. culbertsoni, which was demonstrated by indirect immunofluorescent assay. And electron microscopic observation showed the filopodia of the amoeba contacting with the target cell, decrease in the number of microvilli in the target cells and degeneration of the cell membrane and organelles 24 h after the cytolytic substance treatment, causing the death of the target cells. These results suggest such an action mechanism that the pathogenic amoeba might damage the target cell membrane through the proteinase activity of the cytolytic substance on contact resion of the target cells when the amoeba attacks the mammalian target cells.

        동씨침을 시술한 안면경련의 치험 3례

        Objective : Hemifacial spasm is painless uncommon disorder characterized by involuntary paroxysmal movement of one side of face, In this study, the effect of Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for three patients with hemifacial spasm were evaluated. Methods : We have treated them with acupuncture treatment of Dong-Si acupuncture points(Cheuk-Samni and Cheuk-ha-Samni) and evaluated the effect by Scott's scale, For the first two weeks, it was dine once a day, and after two weeks, the other day. Results : Before therapy, the grades of spasm intensity classified by Scott's description in three cases were 3. And after Dong-Si acupuncture therapy, the grade of one case was 0, and two cases were 1. Conclusion : The Dong-Si acupuncture therapy for hemifacial spasm was effective and will be attempted to the patients with it.

        PubMed 검색을 이용한 관절염 관련 봉독 연구에 대한 고찰

        Objective : To research the trends of the study related to bee venom and arthritis, and to establish the hereafter direction of the study on bee venom herval acupuncture. Method : We searched in PubMed, with bee venom and arthritis (with abstract). Results : 1. We searched15 Papers, and the pattern of the was as fallows: Experimental study(13 Papers), Epidemiologic study(2), Review study(1). 2. The type of the experimental studies(12 Papers) was as follows: In vivo(6 Paper), In vitro(6). And the involved components of bee venom were as follows: Bee venom itself(6 Papers), Melittin(3), PLAP(1), PLAP & Melittin(1), Adolapin(1). 3. Among the experimental studies(12 Papers), the mechanism of inflammation was 10 papers (Inhibition 7, Inducer 3), and the effect of bee venom herbal acupuncture therapy were 2 papers.

        스테인레스 스틸/질화규소 접합체의 기계적 특성 및 유한요소법에의한 잔류응력 해석

        활성금속 브레이징 방법으로 스테인레스 스틸과 질화규소를 접합하여 기계적 특성 및 유한요소법을 사용하여 접합체에서 발생되는 잔류응력의 크기를 조사하였다. 고강도 접합체를 제조하기 위하여 연성금속인 Cu 및 Cu/Mo 적층체를 중간재로 사용하였으며, 중간재의 두께 및 구조에 따라 접합체에서 발생되는 잔류응력의 크기 및 분포가 접합강도에 미치는 영향에 관하여 조사하였다.중간재인 Cu의 두께가 0.2mm 일대 세라믹스에 발생되는 최대 잔류응력의 크기가 급격히 감소하였으며, 최대 접합강도가 나타났다. Cu/Mo 다층 중간재를 사용한 접합체에서는 Cu/Mo 두께비가 감소할수록 접합강도는 증가되었다. 스테인레스 스틸/질화규소 접합체에서 Cu/Mo 중간재의 사용은 Cu 중간재 사용보다 접합강도를 증가시키는데 효과적이었으며, 최대 접합강도는 450Mpa 정도이었다. Cu/Mo 중간재를 사용한 접합체에서는 Mo에 최대 인장방향의 잔류응력이 발생하여 강도 측정시 Mo의 지배적인 소성변형으로 잔류응력이 감소되어 접합체의 접합강도를 향상시키는 것으로 생각된다.

      • 신생 여아에서 처녀막의 해부학적 구조와 외성기에 발생하는 기형

        The anatomical variations of the external genitalia including the hymen were observed prospectively in 1,500 female infants born between March, 1992 and July, 1992 at the Taegu Fatima Hospital. Careful inspection of the external genitalia was done within 24 hours after birth, and abnormal findings photographed. Almost all hymenal tissue appeared to be redundant. The hymen was annulus in 89.1 % of patients. Ninteen point nine percent had a central orifice and the remainder a ventral orifice. External ridges, intravaginal ridges, and clefts were present in 71.5 %, 50.7 % and 40.5 %, respectively. Congenital anomalies of the external genitalia were found in 20 patients(1.4 %). There were sixteen cases of hymenal cysts, two hymenal polyps, one imperforate hymen, and one Skene's duct cyst. Seven of the 16 hymenal cysts with stalks were excised and those without stalk were aspirated. Hymenal polyps were excised. Imperforate hymen was incised and drained, and Skene's duct cyst was aspirated successfully. The surgical procedure were done without anesthesia, and the results have been good. In conclusion, routine physical examination of the female newborn infant detects frequent developmental anomalies. The significance of those anomalies will be clarified after longitudinal long-term followup studies.

        고정밀 고속 하이브리드 온 칩 온도센서

        본 논문에서는 고정밀 하이브리드 온 칩 온도센서를 제안하였다. 제안된 온도센서에서는 SAR 타입 온도센서와 ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$타입 온도센서를 혼합하였다. SAR 타입 온도센서는 ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$타입 온도센서 보다 온도를 찾아가는 속도가 빠르지만 오차가 발생할 확률이 높은 단점이 있고, ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$ 타입 온도센서는 SAR 타입 온도센서 보다 정확하지만 속도가 느린 단점이 있다. 제안된 온도 센서는 두개의 온도 측정방법을 혼합하여 고정밀 고속 온도측정이 가능하다. 또한, 칩 제작 후 온도 오차 값을 메모리회로에 저장하여 온도 오차를 보상하는 회로를 포함하여 온도센서를 구현하였다. 제안된 온도센서는 $0.35{\mu}m$ CMOS 공정으로 제작되었다. 온도 정확도, 소비 전력, 칩 면적은 각각 $0.15^{\circ}C$, $540{\mu}W$, $1.2mm^2$였다. This paper presents a high accuracy and fast hybrid on-chip temperature sensor. The proposed temperature sensor combines a SAR type temperature sensor with a ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$ type temperature sensor. The SAR type temperature sensor has fast temperature searching time but it has more error than the ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$ type temperature sensor. The ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$ type temperature sensor is accurate but it is slower than the SAR type temperature sensor. The proposed temperature sensor uses both the SAR and ${\Sigma}{\Delta}$ type temperature sensors, so that the proposed temperature sensor has high accuracy and fast temperature searching. Also, the proposed temperature sensor includes a temperature error compensating circuit by storing the temperature errors in a memory circuit after chip fabrication. The proposed temperature sensor was fabricated in 3.3V CMOS $0.35{\mu}m$ process. Its temperature resolution, power consumption, and area are $0.15^{\circ}C$, $540{\mu}W$, and $1.2mm^2$, respectively.

        자전거 대상 자동비상제동장치의 성능평가 시나리오 개발

        This paper presents safety assessment scenarios for cyclist autonomous emergency braking(AEB) system. To assess the safety performance of AEB in real traffic situation with limited number of scenarios, scenario should reflect the characteristics of real traffic collision cases. For this, statistic data of real traffic car-to-cyclist collision in Korea are analyzed. Many types of accidents are listed and categorized based on the movement of vehicle and cycle just before the collision. Then, the characteristics, main issues and limitations of each scenarios are discussed. Not only the test scenario itself but also the cost and time for the test are very important issues for the test scenarios to actually repeat the test for various systems. Also, the performance of AEB can be effected by the algorithm of AEB and the technical limitation of the sensors and hardwares. Therefore, required number of tests, possibility of dummy destruction and other technical issues are discussed for each scenarios. Based on these information, typical scenarios are selected. Also, using this information, vehicle speed range, cyclist speed and collision point are established. Proposed scenarios are verified and modified based on the vehicle test results. vehicle test was evaluated 5 times for each scenarios. Based on this results, final test scenarios are modified and proposed.
