This paper proposed a new control method which is capable of controlling circulating current considering current capacity of switching device. In the unbalanced voltage conditions, active power and reactive power have double line frequency. Thus, in order to provide active power without ripple, it is necessary to inject the negative sequence current components. However, when the negative current components is injected, it increases the total current flowing in the Arm, and in the Sub-module(SM) the current more than rated is impressed, which leads to destroy the system. Also, in impressing the circulating current reference of each arm, conventional control method impressed applicable i<SUB>dck</SUB>/3 in the case of balanced voltage conditions. In the case of unbalanced conditions, as arm circulating current of three phase show difference due to the power impressed to each arm, reference of each arm is not identical. In this study, in the case of unbalanced voltage, within permitted current, the control method to decrease the ripple of active power is proposed, through circulating current control and current limitations. This control method has the advantage that calculates the maximum active power possible to generate capacity and impressed the current reference for that much. Also, in impressing circulating current reference, a new control method proposes to impress the reference from calculating active power of each phase. The proposed control method is verified through the simulation results, using the PSCAD/EMTDC.

본 연구에서는 갈조추출물에 속하는 미역의 피부 보습 인자와 관련한 효능을 확인하고자 유효성분의 추출방법을 선정하였다. 가압가열추출방법(UPAE)으로 얻은 시료의 이화학적 특성과 보습 효과를 조사하였다. 가스 크로마토그래프 질량 분석을 통해 항산화 및 항염에 효능을 가진 성분을 확인하였다. 추출물은 RT-PCR과 ELISA를 사용하여 HaCaT 세포에서 hyaluronic acid synthase 1 (HAS1), HAS2, HAS3, aquaporin 3 (AQP3) 및 filaggrin (FLG) 유전자 발현을 검증하였다. 또한, WST-8 Kit를 사용하여 HaCaT 세포에서 UPAE 소재의 안정성을 확보하였다. 실시간 qPCR을 통해 피부보습 및 피부장벽 기능과 관련된 유전자의 발현에 긍정적인 영향을 확인하였다. 따라서 이러한 결과는 UPAE가 피부 보습 및 장벽 기능 강화를 위한 화장품의 기능성 소재로 사용될 수 있음을 시사한다. In this study, the physicochemical properties and moisturizing effect of extracts from Undaria pinnatifida (UPAE) were investigated. The gas chromatograph mass spectrometer (GCMS) analysis revealed the presence of six chemical compounds from different chemical classes. UPAE showed free radical scavenging activity through in vitro antioxidant assay. We determined hyaluronic acid synthase 1 (HAS1), HAS2, HAS3, and aquaporin 3 (AQP3) and filaggrin (FLG) gene expression in Human keratinocyte (HaCaT) cells by using RT-PCR and ELISA, respectively. We evaluated the cytotoxicity of UPAE in HaCaT cell using WST-8 Kit. Expression levels of genes related to skin moisturizing and skin barrier functions were analyzed by real-time qPCR. These results suggest that UPAE can be used as functional materials for cosmetics for skin moisturizing and barrier function enhancement.
ESS를 활용한 DC-Grid 안정성 기반 MG 운영 기법

This paper presents an operational technique that can secure the stability of DC-Grid centering on MG operated based on ESS in multiple MG where three DC-based microgrid(MG) are interconnected. MG1(PV 600kWp, ESS 1.5MWh) has an 830Vdc grid voltage, MG2(PV 300kWp, ESS 1.1MWh) and MG3(PV 100kWp, ESS 500kWh) are DC-based MG with a 750Vdc grid voltage, and MG1 and MG2, 3 are linked by separate DC/DC converters (BTB). In order to keep different grid voltages stable, the power transmission capacity between MG1 and two MG(MG2, MG3) connected with an independent BTB converter was adjusted to secure the overall stability of the system, and this was verified by confirming that the surplus capacity of ESS was maintained in actual operation.

통신 인프라의 광대역화(고속화)와 더불어 유무선 네트워크, 지상파, 위성 등 다양한 네트워크 환경하에서의 멀티미디어 서비스는 급속한 인터넷 보급과 병행하여, 이전과는 전혀 다른 새로운 멀티미디어 시스템, 네트워킹 인프라를 요구하고 있다. 네트워크와 멀티미디어 시스템 유형에 관계 없이 사용자에게 멀티미디어 서비스를 제공하자는 기술적 요구는 국내외에서 활발한 연구가 진행되고 있으나, 아직 뚜렷한 형상이 완성되지 않은 실정이다. 이종의 멀티미디어 그리고 다양한 이종의 프로토콜이 포함되는 응용 서비스가 상호 투명하게 연결되어야 하는 복잡한 기술적 측면이 있으며, 멀티미디어의 네트워킹은 가장 핵심적인 연구항목이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이종의 멀티미디어 시스템의 상호작용에 대해 논의한다.

Mitomycin C is a clinically used antitumor antibiotic that binds covalently to deoxyribonucleic under reductive or acidic catalysis. We have investigated the confirmation, the determination of thermal melting point(Tm), the inhibition of S1 unclease and exonuclease Ⅲ and the transformation of supercoiled closed circular(SCC) PBR 322 DNA on the Mitomycin C-DNA complex. It was identified that Mitomycin C was reduced by 0.001M HCl pH<4), 0.01M NaBH_4 and ascorbic acid. The alkylation of DNA by Mitomycin C was increased Tm; The Tm of control λDNA was 77.25℃ whereas Tm of Mitomycin C-DNA complex was 80℃. It was founded that Mitomycin C-DNA complex inhibited the activity of the S1 nuclease and exonuclease Ⅲ. The SCC pBR 322 DNA was transformed into more open circular (OC) form by increasing concentration of the Mitomycin C. It is suggested that the interaction of Mitomycin C with DNA effects the conformation of DNA.
