This paper discusses the cause of subprime mortgage crisis and its significant effects on California's fiscal emergency. A subprime mortgage is a type of loan granted to individuals with poor credit histories (often below 600), who, as a result of their deficient credit ratings, would not be able to qualify for conventional mortgages. Because subprime borrowers present a higher risk for lenders, subprime mortgages charge interest rates above the prime lending rate. The rising tide of subprime defaults is raising many questions, not only about the subprime market but also about the ramifications of the market's problems for the near-prime and prime sectors, potential new regulations affecting the mortgage market as a whole, and the timetable for a subprime loan market stabilization. In addition, the subprime mortgages that were originated in late 2005 and in 2006 are experiencing the highest levels of early payment defaults. However, other segments of the subprime mortgage market are to date following more normalized delinquency and loss curves. The paper investigates the cause of California's fiscal crisis and how California government and federal government have responded against such a crisis. Also the paper suggests meaningful policy implications for Korea.

The author introduces various views of reformed and evangelical theologians on YOM like Ordinary Calendar Day Theory, Day Age Theory, Literary Framework Theory, Analogical Days Theory, and finally Indeterminate Period of Days. He supports the Indeterminate Period of Days. But he emphasizes unity in diversity in reformed and evangelical camps.

As the topic implies, this paper attempts to have focuses on (1) Introductory remarks; (2) "what is the Reformed Theology" in terms of seven marks of Reformed Christian life (purpose[Soli Deo Gloria], attitude[Coram Deo], standard[Sola Scriptura], foundation[Sola Fide in Solo Iesu Christo], content[Sola Gratia], power[Solus Spiritus Sanctus], mission[Solus Testis Iesu]) as well as seven covenants of Reformed Theology (Creation, Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, New Covenant); (3) "what is Doxology?" in terms of its definition and its relationship with the purpose of creation, "Soli Deo Gloria"; (4) "what are special emphases by the modifying adjective 'solecistic'?" in terms of (a) miracle of worshipping life, (b) solecistic act of science, (c) ephemeral life of worship, and (d) worship act of cosmic creation as "Army of God"; and (5) the Conclusion and Summary.

정보 사회의 발달과 일반화에 따라 평생 학습이 중요시 되면서 e-Learning 학습 환경에서 자기 조절 학습 전략의 확립과 내재적 동기를 촉진할 수 있는 방법론에 대한 연구가 중요시 되고 있다. 이에 대한 효과적인 해결책으로 주목받고 있는 것이 블로그(Blog) 사이트이다. 블로그는 학습자의 학습 동기 및 상호작용을 촉진시키고, 학습의 효과성을 증진시킬 수 있는 학습 도구로써 그 중요성이 점점 더 증가하고 있다. 그러므로 이 연구에서는 교육대학을 졸업하고 현장에서 직접 학생들을 교육하고 있는 교사들의 재교육과 평생교육을 위한 블로그를 구축하여 그 효과성과 유용성에 대해 검증하고자 한다.

구약성경이 말하는 개혁주의생명신학 -창세기 1:1-2:3을 중심으로

백석학원(백석대학교 및 7개 대학원[기독교전문, 신학, 목회, 교육, 사회 복지, 상담, 음악], 백석문화대학, 백석예술대학, 백석신학교)의 설립자요(1976.11.1), 예장백석 총회의 초대 총회장(l978.9)을 역임한 장종현 박사는 "신학은 학문이 아나다"와 "개혁주의생명신학의 실천"이라는 두 가지 명제를 주장해왔다. 서론에서 "개혁주의생명신학"이란 용어의 타당성을 개혁주의 신학의 신학적 분류, 개혁주의 신학의 ``신학``(theology) 개념, 그리고 개혁주의 신학의 ``개혁정신``과 ``분야주권``(Sphere Sovereignty) 이론에 근거하여 살펴본다. 본론에서 첫째, 구약성경이 말하는 "개혁주의생명신학"의 방법론과 본 논고의 범위를 논한 후, 둘째, 창세기 1:1-2:3(삼위일체 하나님의 우주창조)이 말하는 개혁주의생명신학을 (1) 창조사관(하나님의 우주창조-인간의 타락과 하나님의 구속-하나님의 우주완성)과 그 중심점인 "우리 주 예수 그리스도", (2) 창세기 1:1-3의 문예-신학적 관계, (3) 하나님의 영원과 피조물의 시공간에 나타난 ``생명`` 이해, (4) 하나님의 ``우주`` 창조와 ``생명`` 이해, (5) 우주창조에 나타난 성령님의 ``생명`` 사역의 관점에서 상론한다. 결론에서 본 논고의 논지를 다시 요약한 후, 신앙고백적 "개혁주의생명신학"의 발전을 위한 체언으로 끝맺는다. Dr. Jong Hyun Chang, in 1976 founder of the Baekseok schools (Baekseok University, Baekseok Arts University, Baekseok Culture University, and Baekseok Theological Seminary, and 7 Graduate Schools) as well as in 1978 the first moderator of the General Assembly of the Presbyterian Church in Korea (Baekseok), has recently raised the vital importance of the two propositions. "Theology is more than a science" as well as "Practice of the Reformed Life Theology". In the Introduction the validity of the term, "Reformed Life Theology" is perused with respect to the classification of the Reformed theological disciplines, the concept of "theology", and the "Reformed spirit of Sphere Sovereignty". The Main Body attempts first to explain the methodology of "Reformed Life Theology in the Old Testament" and the limit of our discussion. Then Reformed Life Theology focused on Genesis 1:1-2:3 is demonstrated in relation to the Biblical world view, such as creation-fall-redemption-consummation, literary and theological analysis of Genesis 1:1-3, understanding "1ife" manifested in the eternity of God and time of the creation, understanding life in the creation of the universe, and the "life" work of the Holy Spirit in the creation of the universe. In the Conclusion, our discussion is summarized and a further comment is suggested for the development of a confessional "Reformed Life Theology".

본 연구에서는 미국에서 실제로 있었던 대통령후보의 포스터와 관련한 사진작가와의 지적재산권 분쟁을 협상사례로 설정하고 6시그마 프로세스를 응용하여 바람직한 협상전략을 디자인해보는 새로운 시도를 하고자 한다. 본 연구의 기본 목적은 지적재샨권 사용에 대한 정보가 비대칭적으로 분포한 상황을 가정하고 내쉬균형(Nash Equilibrium)이 존재하는 혼합전략(mixed strategy) 구상에 대해서 6시그마 분석기법을 응용하여 그 전개과정을 디자인하는데 있다. 기존의 게임이론에 대하여 최근 경영효율화를 제고하는데 매우 주요한 개념으로 부각되고 있는 6시그마 개념과 방법을 적용하여 새로운 시각에서 협상프로세스 디자인을 시도하는 것은 매우 의미 있는 연구라 사료된다. 본 연구를 통해 6시그마적 기법이 경영혁신이나 품질 및 공정혁신 뿐만 아니라 각종 협상 및 게임의 과정에서도 유용하게 활용할 수 있는 분석도구가 될 수 있음을 시사해 주고 있음이 성과라고 할 수 있으나 향후 연구에서는 정량적 협상인자를 다양하게 개발하여 모형에 포함시켜 수리적인 접근 방법을 6시그마적 프로세스에 접목시킴으로써 보다 선형적이고(linear) 기제설정적(mechanism design)인 협상전략 수립에 추가적인 연구가 수행되어야 할 것이다. The purpose of this paper is to design a bilateral negotiation game process by application of 6sigma tool under the assumption of information asymmetry. The fundamental objective of the 6Sigma methodology is the implementation of a measurement-based strategy that focuses on process improvement and variation reduction through the application of 6Sigma improvement projects. This is accomplished through the use of DMADV(Define, Measure, Analyze, Design, Verify). This process is an improvement system used to develop new processes or strategy at 6sigma quality levels so far. The fundamental target of 6Sigma is to build and implement strategy based on measurement. By implementing 6Sigma improvement project, we can improve the process and reduce uncertainty and possible variance. For the development of new competitive and feasible process, the DMADV process can make the performance of new strategy and process to 6Sigma level. The Design for Six Sigma(DFSS) is a business process focused on improving profitability. Properly applied, it generates the right strategy at the right time at the right cost. Through its use of process design and team scorecards, it is a powerful program management technique. DFSS is an enhancement to effective strategy development process, not a replacement for it. A documented, well-understood and useful new process is fundamental to a successful DFSS process. Even though this approach does not provides a distinct way of solving strategic negotiation process, it would be very meaningful when we consider it`s testimonial attempt of 6sigma application onto negotiation process.
