이탈된 위루관에 대한 투시경하 변형 Seldinger씨 방법을 이용한 경피적 위루관 재삽입술

This case report describes a baby who received a laparoscopic gastrostomy tube insertion, which was dislodged accidentally at $16^{th}$ postoperative day. After the dislodgement, cutaneous tract rapidly closed, and reinsertion seemed to be impossible. However, gastrostomy tube was reinserted safely with fluoroscopy-guided Seldinger's technique under local anesthesia with sedation. This is the unique method of modified Seldinger's technique for reinsertion of gastrostomy tube under local anesthesia and sedation for accidentally dislodged gastrostomy tube. This method was thought to be safe, easy and useful technique for gastrostomy reinsertion after dislodgement of gastrostomy tube.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to understand the anatomical basis of the facial muscles and to apply this knowledge on the clinical practice of facial acupuncture. Methods : We searched both contemporary and the latest literatures on the practical application of facial muscle anatomy on Facial Acupuncture. Conclusions : Facial Acupuncture improves skin tone, texture and wrinkling by assisting the circulation of Ki. It stimulates the facial muscles directly to undo the stagnation of the meridians. To practice Facial Acupuncture, thorough understanding of facial anatomy is required. In this study the muscles of the head and neck, appropriate depth and angle of acupuncture needle, etc. were reviewed. The upper facial muscles including frontalis, procerus, corrugator supercilii and orbicularis oculi, the mid facial muscles including auricularis, nasalis, levator labii superioris, zygomaticus and so on, and the lower facial muscles including orbicularis oris, depressor labii inferioris, depressor anguli oris, mentalis and platysma etc. were reviewed in this study. For safer and more effective use of Facial Acupuncture, further study on the objective outcome of the technique should be done.

This study was performed to compare the processing aptitudes of the rice muffins produced from the seven rice varieties, including Goami, Goami 2, Deuraechan, Baegjinju, Seolgaeng, Haiami and Hanareum, along with the use of hydroxypropyl methylcelluloses (HPMCs) as a replacement for the egg white. The water binding capacity of rice flours was significantly higher than that of wheat flour, but its fat binding capacity was lower than that of wheat flour (p<0.05). In the viscosity of the batter, Goami and Baegjinju were lower than that of the wheat flour. There was no significant difference in the specific gravity of Seolgaeng and the batter of wheat flour. The pH of all varieties except Goami 2 was higher than batter of wheat flour(p<0.05). Haiami flour produced higher muffin volume and specific volume compared with the wheat flour muffin. The textural characteristics, the muffins produced by Haiami and Hanareum flours had significantly lower hardness than the wheat flour muffin after 30 hours. All rice varieties except Gaomi 2 showed no significant difference compared to the wheat flour muffin in color, taste and texture (p<0.05). Furthermore, flavor of muffins produced from the Seolgaeng, Haiami and Hanareum flours tested higher than the wheat flour muffin. It was concluded that the rice varieties of Seolgaeng, Goami, Haiami and Hanareum were considered to be the most suitable rice cultivars for the rice muffins.

NIL, S-FIL과 같은 각인 기술(Imprinting lithography)를 적용하기 위한 투명하고 단단한 복제 틀(replica hard mold)을 제작하여 고가의 원판(master)와 패턴이 형성되는 기판과의 접촉을 근본적으로 방지해 경제적인 공정이 가능함을 제안한다. 실리콘 웨이퍼(Si wafer)와 같은 원판(master)과 패턴 형성 시 사용되는 기판과 직접적인 접촉을 방지하기 위해 우선 액상 공정을 이용하여 비접착성 표면처리된 고분자 복제(polymer copy)를 매개체(carrier)로 단단한 복제 틀을 제작한다. 이렇게 제작된 단단한 복제 틀(replica hard mold)는 유리와 거의 같은 강도와 투명도를 나타내며, 각인 공정(imprinting process)에서 석영 틀, 실리콘 웨이퍼(quartz mold, Si wafer)과 같이 값비싼 원판(master)의 직접 사용을 대체하여 성공적으로 패턴을 구현할 수 있다. We suggest here a cost-effective replica fabrication method for transparent and hard molds for imprinting lithography such as NIL and S-FIL. The process starts with the use of a replica hard mold from a master, using a polymer copy as a carrier. The polymer copy as a carrier was treated by soluble process for forming anti-adhesion layer. Duplicated hard molds can eliminate direct contact between a hard master and a patterned polymer on a substrate and the generated contamination of a master during the imprinting process. The replica hard mold exhibits the glass-like properties introduced here, such as transparency and hardness, make it appropriate for nanoimprint lithography and step-and-flash imprint lithography.

Body movement program was utilized Berry``s acculturation theory. Assimilation, integration, separation, and marginalization of this type. This type combines the North``s play to fit. Body movement program consisted of six steps. Session 1, Self body find interest. Session 2, Hold the balance of the body. Session 3, Recognize your body, Session 4, The body communication. Session 5, Teamwork and agility. Session 6. combination stage. This study would be meaningful in suggesting school life adaptation method for North Korean defector University Student.

Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) occurring on sun-protected regions is an uncommon phenomenon. BCC of the nipple is an exceedingly rare event, often mistaken for Paget’s disease. BCC is the most common human malignancy of the skin cancer, accounting for approximately 75% of all nonmelanoma skin cancers diagnosed in the United States. Most BCCs are sporadic and occur on the sun-exposed areas of the head and neck. Rarely, these tumors have been reported to develop in non-sun-exposed areas, such as the axilla, perineum, and nipple, in the absence of any known history of exposure to ionizing radiation or arsenic, and without any known alterations in immune surveillance or hereditary disorders that are known to increase one’s risk of BCC. BCC of the nipple-areola complex is very rare. Only 24 cases were reported in the literature and the most of these cases arose in men. Most of the cases were treated with wide excision. We report on a case of BCC of the nipple-areola complex in a 73-year-old man, treated with total mastectomy with low axillary node dissection.

마기 마랭(Maguy Marin)의 「그로스랜드(Groosland)」에 나타난 권력적 시선(gaze)에 관한 연구

This paper aims to examine the meanings of gaze and power in dancing bodies in Maguy Marin`s Groosland (1988). The Bodies in Groosland have three characteristics. First, they make it possible for viewers to focus on the bodies as they really are, without sexuality-based ideological gaze. In short, the work offers an opportunity to reconstruct the traditional understanding of the bodies by representing them other than social gazes on stage. Second, the bodies suggest communicable bodies. They show intertextual bodies that can create sociopolitical discourses by displaying unbalanced fat bodies rather than well-balanced beautiful bodies. The distorted bodies become an independent body by offering an opportunity to communicate autonomously. Third, the stage space which has been seen as an elitist space, is transformed into a democratic space. Groosland challenges to a power-oriented space by displaying the bodies of petit bourgeois, in which democratic appearances are inherent, on stage. This space deconstructs the ideological thoughts, thereby making it possible for viewers to understand the essentials of human beings. Bodies in Groosland does not work as a place for direct power or politics. However, the bodies are represented as strategical bodies which reveal the essence of power by deconstructing the traditional understanding of the bodies and by presenting a new understanding of the bodies.

본 연구는 자유주의 국제질서의 변화를 유발하고 있는 미-중 전략경쟁 속에서 미국과는 전통적 안보 관계를, 중국과는 중국의 경제적 부상과 함께 상당한 수준의 경제적 상호의존 관계를 형성하고 있는 한국과 유럽연합이 경제안보 영역에서 공동 대응을 통해 협력의 가능성을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 미-중 전략 경쟁의 심화와 코로나19 팬데믹으로 인한 2차 세계대전 이후 형성되어온 자유주의 국제경제질서를 흔들고 있다. 그동안 세계화로 인한 상호의존의 확대를 통해 세계경제의 성장을 견인해온 글로벌 공급망은 역으로 상호의존성으로 인한 취약성을 무기로 국가 경쟁력을 약화시키고 국가 안보의 위협요인으로 등장하며 경제안보 논의의 중심에 서고 있다. 이렇게 경제안보의 범위는 글로벌 공급망(supply-chain) 불안, 디지털·기술혁신 분야의 무한 경쟁 등 다양한 영역으로 확산되고 있다. 유럽연합은 개방된 전략적 자율성 개념을 통해 안보와 방위를 넘어서는 무역과 산업, 디지털화, 기후변화, 보건 등의 의제를 우선순위로 설정하며 포괄적으로 접근하고 있다는 점에서 한국과의 협력 가능성을 모색했다. This study examines the possibility of cooperation between ROK and European Union in the area of economic security. They are facing economy-security dilemma given the fact that they share the traditional security relationship with the United States and a significant level of economic interdependence with China along with China's economic rise amidst the US-China strategic competition. The increase in protectionist tendencies due to the intensifying competition between the US and China and the COVID-19 pandemic is threatening the liberal international economic order since World War II. The global supply chain, which has been driving the growth of the world economy through the expansion of interdependence due to globalization, weakens national competitiveness by using vulnerability due to instrumentation of interdependence, and emerges as a threat to national security, standing at the center of economic security discussions. have. In this way, the scope of economic security is spreading to various areas such as global supply-chain instability and unlimited competition in the digital and technological innovation fields. This study identifies the modes and areas of cooperation between ROK and the EU by exploring the concept of open strategic autonomy of the EU‘s prioritizing agendas such as trade and industry, digitalization, climate change, and health that go beyond security and defense.
