      • 기후변화가 감염병 유행에 미치는 영향

        기후위기 대응을 위한 정부간 협의체에서는 기후변화로 인한 극한 기상현상이 인간의 건강에 직접 및 간접적인 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상하고 있다. 기후변동성은 지구 기후 시스템의 자연적인 변동으로, 열대 태평양에서 발생하는 엘니뇨·라니냐 현상은 동남아시아와 서태평양 지역의 기후에 영향을 준다. 엘니뇨 현상은 이 지역에 뎅기열 유행을 증가시키고, 라니냐 현상은 세균성 이질 환자 발생을 증가시킨다. 기후변화로 인한 기상요소의 변동은 모기와 진드기의 서식지 변화에 영향을 준다. 장 감염 질환과 관련해 낮은 온도에서는 바이러스성 감염, 높은 온도에서는 세균성 감염이 증가할 수 있다. 비브리오패혈증은 폭우로 인한 담수 유입으로 염도가 낮아져 발생이 늘어날 수 있다. 기후변화 자체를 억제하는 것이 기후변화 대응에서 이상적인 전략으로 여겨진다. 하지만 국민들이 체감하고 있는 기후변화가 야기하는 감염병 유행을 최소화하기 위한 적응 전략으로 국내외에서의 감염병 감시망 및 담당 인력을 강화하고 확대하는 것이 미래를 위한 최선의 전략이 될 수 있다. The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change predicts that extreme weather events caused by climate change will have direct and indirect effects on human health. Climate variability is a natural fluctuation in the global climate system, and the El Nino-La Nina phenomenon that occurs in the tropical Pacific Ocean affects the climate in Southeast Asia and the western Pacific region. El Nino increases the incidence of dengue in the region, and La Nina increases the incidence of shigellosis. Changes in meteorological factors due to climate change affect the habitat of mosquitoes and ticks. For intestinal infectious diseases, viral infections can increase at lower temperatures, and bacterial infections can increase at higher temperatures. The prevalence of Vibrio vulnificus may rise as a result of freshwater runoff from heavy rainfall, which lowers salinity. Curbing climate change itself is considered an ideal strategy for climate change response. However, strengthening and expanding infectious disease surveillance networks and personnel in charge at home and abroad may be the best option for the future as an adaptation strategy for reducing the spread of infectious diseases caused by climate change that the public is aware of.

      • 鐵骨組 韓屋 驛舍를 위한 디테일 개발 사례 硏究

        This paper was to find out the design methodology for korean railway station of steel structure using by wooden structure system. Traditionally Korean architecture was made by wooden structure system what is called Gong-Po (wooden bracket structure system). The abundant ornament of Korean architecture is resulted from the composition rule of Gong-Po(wooden bracket structure system). But Korean wooden structural system have a limit in constructing large building, for example railway station, airport terminal, convention center etc. It is needed to convert wooden structure system into steel structure system. But there are many differences between wooden structure and steel structure in texture, material strength, joint system of elements etc. In this paper, we will show you how to make a joint system for steel structure of railway station and how to present the traditionality of Korean architecture in railway station.

      • 대한제국기 서양식 등대건축의 도입과정에 있어서 이시바시 아야히코(石橋詢彦)와 하딩(John Reginald Harding)의 역할에 대한 연구

        The objective of this study is to analyze the process of lighthouse in the Daehan Empire. It has been considered that the lighthouse of the Daehan Empire had been built by Japanese lighthouse engineer Ishibashi Ayahico. But in this study, the rule of John Reginald Harding as an light house engineer in Korea from 1899 to 1906 will be said. It was considered that the first lighthouses in Korea were built in Incheon in 1903. But because John Reginald Harding came and designed lighthouse at Mokpo 1899, we need to research more carefully. And also many lighthouses have been placed along the coastline by selection by John Reginald Harding. So Korean Lighthouses had been developed by Ishibashi Ayahico as well as John Reginald Harding. 이 논문은 대한제국기 등대건축의 도입과정에서 이시바시 아야히코(石橋詢彦)와 하딩(John Reginald Harding)의 역할에 대하여 다루고자 한다. 지금까지 하딩에 대한 언급은 간혹 있었지만 G. R. Harding으로 잘못 알려져왔다. 이에 따라 하딩에 대한 행적을 찾는 것도 쉽지 않았고 하딩이 한국에서의 활동을 살펴보는 것도 어려웠다. 본 원고는 하딩의 정확한 이름과 그의 이력을 찾아내어 42개의 등대위치를 선정하는 등 29개의 등대를 디자인하고 컨설팅했다는 기록을 찾아내어 우리나라 등대건축의 기틀을 쌓았다는 사실을 밝히고자 한다.

        만성정신분열병 환자의 흡연후 추적안구운동의 호전

        This study was done to examine whether cigarette smoking improved smooth pursuit eye movement(SPEM) abnormalities in chronic schizophrenic inpatients. Fifteen schizophrenic and twelve alcoholic subjects abstained from their usual cigarette smoking for a minimum of nine hours and their baseline performances during the constant velocity smooth pursuit tasks were assessed. Then, the subjects smoked as much as they desired in a 10 minutes period and were retested immediately after smoking and 15 minutes after smoking. Electrooculographic recordings during the eye movements were converted and saved as digitized files. Power spectral density curves and natural logarithm value of signal/noise(Ln S/N) ratios were computed from them. In the schizophrenic patients, Ln S/N ratios increased significantly immediately after smoking compared to baseline. But, Ln S/N ratios showed no statistically significant changes after 15 minutes compared to baseline. In alcoholic subjects, Ln S/N ratios showed no statistically significant changes immediately after smoking and after 15 minutes compared to baseline. In conclusion, SPEM was improved in schizophrenic patients immediately after smoking and we hypothesized that nicotinic receptor dysfunction maybe a candidate mechanism for smooth pursuit eye movement abnormalities in schizophrenia.

        경의선 신촌역사의 변천 과정에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 1920년 신축되어 등록문화재 제136호로 등록된 경의선 신촌역사의 건축적 특징을 중심으로 1920년 개설이후 현재에 이르기까지의 변천과정을 살펴보고자 한다. 신촌역사는 서울에서 현존하는 가장 오랜 된 역사로 역사적, 문화적 가치를 지니고 있고 그와 동시에 개발에 대한 가능성을 동시에 지니고 있었다. 이에 따라 신촌역사는 도심지 내 개발과 보존에 대한 갈등의 성격을 그대로 보여주고 있다. 본 연구는 신촌역사를 중심으로 철도관련시설의 개발과 보존에 대한 현상과 문제점을 진단하고 이에 대한 방향을 찾고자 하였다. This study examines the change of Shinchon railway station in Kyungui Railway from 1920 up to now. Kyungui Railway was constructed in order to prepare the war against Russia by Japan in 1905. Shinchon station was constructed in 1920 for the sake of convenience of people who lived near Seoul. Recently the development of Shinchon staton was demended because of the possibilities of economic development and the location of Shinchon station. But at the same time there are many opinions against the development of Shinchon station because it has many great memories and it is a kind of symbol of modern life in Shinchon. Even though Shinchon station has developed for a shopping center, the location of the old station has been kept. But the shape had changed because of the new railway station. So the purpose of this paper is considering how to solve the conflicts between the development and the preservation of historic places in the cities which is one of the most serious pending issues.

        워싱턴 D.C 소재 '대됴션쥬미국공사관(美國華盛頓朝鮮公使館)'의 역사적 의미 해석을 통한 복원 및 활용 방안 연구

        The Korean Legation in Washington, D.C., is a proof that Emperor Kojong of Chosun Dynasty tried to establish relationship with the U.S. in 1891, that was before the declaration to establish Korean Empire. In that sense, the building is a historic place. The legation building is a symbolic place attesting to the turbulent history at the time of 1890 to 1910, when Korea had to suffer the forced treaty with Japan in 1905 and the annexation into Japan, and then to the 20th century up to the present time, 2014. The legation building can be turned into a space to host well-planned exhibits to show Korea's history and culture to local residents, foreign visitors to Washington, D.C., and overseas Koreans. The followings are the basic principles for the future use of the legation in line with the basic direction. The building's use should not be limited to museum, but should be flexible to accommodate various different practical usage. It is necessary to make the Korean Legation building that can incorporate the characters and the history through modern interpretation of the historicity of the place, the Korean culture, and historical events. The future usage of the Korean Legation building should enhance the value as a cultural heritage by linking the interpretation of the historical events and real life shown through exhibits, performance and people.
