The highest fatal accident ratio was recorded in the construction industry. According to the industrial insurance premium rate & business type example, among the construction industry, the architectural work has the highest fatal and loss time accident ratio. Previous literature has investigated various aspects of accident occurrence and prevention in architectural work. However, those studied were limited in that they only focused on the fatal accident without considering the loss time accident. But non fatal accidents were recorded more than 50 times of fatal accidents. Therefore non fatal accidents must be controlled to lessen industrial accidents. Based on this, the goal of this study was to investigate the nature of the loss time accident and derive the risk index of work type in architectural work. In this study, opinions of safety experts were gathered and the risk index of work type was derived using AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). And verification was accomplished by comparing the results of this study with the risk index derived by analysis of accident records. Results showed that the risk index of work type was significantly higher in steel frame work, temporary installation work, earth & foundation work, facilities work, concrete work. And statistical analysis for verification showed that coefficient of Pearson correlation was 0.686 and P-value was 0.001.

In this study, the risk level of architectural works was calculated by applying work period and number of input workers based on accidents records from 2012 to 2014 and the architectural works were divided into four groups(High-High, High-Low, Low-High, Low-Low) according to risk levels of fatal accidents and loss time accidents. And then questionnaire on the job stress level of workers was performed for 670 workers working in the architectural work using Korean Occupational Stress Questionnaire Form developed by KOSHA. And then the relationship between the risk level and job stress level of four groups was analyzed. Results showed that 1) risk levels of fatal and loss time accidents applied by work period and input workers were analyzed to be different with those of previous research based on the number of fatal and loss time accidents; 2) job stress level of workers has been analyzed to have a significant relationship with the risk level of fatal and loss time accident; 3) specially, the average of job stress level of 'HH(High-High)' group was higher than those of other groups; 4) among the subfactors of job stress, interpersonal conflict, job insecurity, organizational system and lack of reward were analyzed to be key factors to affect the risk level.

In this paper, power characteristics of the power split HEV for the input split, output split and compound split configurations are investigated. Using the lever analysis, state equations of each power split configuration is obtained and power characteristics such as torque and speed of two motor-generator(MG1, MG2) are obtained. It is found from the simulation results that the input split configuration can carry out electric vehicle mode and regenerative braking mode by the simple motor control, which is connected to the output shaft. The compound split configuration shows some advantages such as relatively smaller electric machine power during hybrid electric vehicle mode, which provides the reduced cost of the electric machines. From the power characteristics and transmission efficiency of each configuration depends on the speed ratio, proper combination of power split configuration considering the operating speed can provide the improved system efficiency with reduced electric machine cost. It is expected that the power characteristics of each power split configuration can be used in development of the power split HEV transmission system.

This study was performed to analyze human gait strategy of tripping over in order to control the robotic ankle prosthetics under amputees tripping over. The subjects were 7 men, who had no serious foot musculoskeletal disease within 1 years prior to study. When tripping over, we found out there were three types of patterns of tripping over, which were classified into type A, type B and type C according to the distance from the obstacle to supporting foot. The distinction between type A and type C was also related to the position of center of mass. A situation of higher risk occurred when center of mass was forward to the supporting foot. At the moment the ankle of tripped foot rapidly acted dorsiflexion. Authors recommend that when an accidental collision with an obstacle occurs during walking, tripped robotic foots ankle should act dorsiflexion immediately.

세계화, 지방자치시대의 도래는 종래의 外來的 開發 이상으로 지역의 내부자원 활용극대화를 통한 內發的 開發의 중요성이 강조되고 있다. 내발적 개발은 지역의 기업, 대학, 자치단체의 협동, 즉 産學官協同을 통하여 효과적으로 달성될 수 있다. 그러나 낙후지역에서는 이와같은 협동이 활성화될 만한 自體力量이 매우 부족하기 때문에 특별한 접근이 요구된다. 본 연구는 국내의 대표적인 낙후지역 중의 하나라 할 수 있는 木浦를 사례로 산학관협동이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위한 지역여건을 실태와 원인으로 나누어 구명한 수 지역여건에 알맞는 산학관협동의 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 시내 173개 제조업 중 접근이 가능한 101개 업체에 대한 설문, 면접조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구에서는 장기간의 중앙집권으로 인하여 우리나라의 낙후지역은 산학관협동을 위한 자체역량이 매우 저조하고 지역내부에서 구성체간 橫的連帶가 매우 취약하기는 하지만 어느 정도의 기업집적, 대학의 전국적 분포, 지방자치제도 시행으로 인한 지역의 자구적인 의욕 등, 산학관협동을 위한 기본적 토대는 마련된 것으로 평가된다. 다만 낙후지역의 현실을 감안, 먼저 산학관협동이 활성화 될 수 있는 지역여건의 조성, 기존 향토산업의 고도화 우선, 지역발전 주체로서 지방대학의 역할강화를 특히 강조하고 있다.

In this paper, braking characteristics of the in-wheel motor driven vehicle are analyzed to reduce the required capability of the friction brake. By braking simulations, it is found that the maximum braking force and power of the in-wheel motor driven vehicle are similar to the conventional vehicle. However, it is also found that the friction brake working number is reduced in normal braking situation. By using above characteristics, the friction brake is re-designed with a smaller brake pad of 42% reduced height and the same clamping force as the conventional friction brake.
