파킨슨병 환자의 유형별 외적 신호의 제공에 따른 협응 운동 수행력의 차이 연구

외적 신호(external cue)의 제공은 파킨슨병 환자들의 운동 이상 증상을 완화시켜 수행의 향상을 유도하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 본 연구에서는 파킨슨병으로 진단은 받았으나 아직 어떠한 약물 치료도 받지 않은 초기(de novo) 파킨슨병 환자들(n=10)과 5년 이상 약물복용의 경험이 있는 중등도 파킨슨병 환자들 (n=10)을 대상으로 양팔 협응 움직임을 수행하는 동안 외적 신호의 제공 유무에 따라 양팔의 협응 수행능력에 어떠한 차이가 나타나는지 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 반대 위상 조건에서 외적 신호를 제공해 주었을 때 정상인 집단과 초기 파킨슨병 집단은 양팔 협응의 상대적 위상 오차값이 감소되어 수행의 향상을 나타내었으나 중등도 파킨슨병 집단의 경우 수행의 변화가 크게 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 결과는 협응동작 과제에서 양팔을 사용하여 비대칭적 동작을 수행하게 한 반대 위상 움직임과 같이 과제의 복잡성이나 난이도가 증가한 상황에서는 약물을 5년 이상 복용한 중등도 파킨슨병 환자의 경우 외적 신호의 제공이 수행 능력에 그리 큰 영향을 미치지 않는다는 것을 의미한다. 외적 신호의 제공에 따른 동작 속도나 거리 조절 능력의 변화는 두 파킨슨병 집단 모두에게 나타났으나, 동작의 연속성 측정에서는 중등도 파킨슨병 환자 집단에서만 이상 증상의 완화가 관찰되었다. 이러한 연구 결과는 외적 신호의 제공에 따른 파킨슨병 환자의 운동 수행의 변화에 대한 기전을 밝히고 이를 근거로 실제적인 측면에서 파킨슨병 환자들의 진단과 치료를 위한 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 본다. It has been suggested that external cues induce a marked improvement in motor performance by reducing movement disorders due to Parkinson`s disease (PD). The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of external cues on the performance of upper-limb bimanual coordination movements using 10 PD patients in advanced stages and 10 early stages of untreated PD patients, and 10 age-matched normal controls. The results demonstrated that normal controls and de novo PD patients exhibited an improved synchronized coordination during the anti-phase mode, while there was not much changes in relative phase for advanced PD patients in the presence of external cues. This fact indicates that in case of advanced PD patients who have taken anti-Parkinson medicine for more than 5 years their performance was not greatly influenced by external cues when the task complexity or difficulty is elevated such as unsymmetrical anti-phase movements. Enhancement in movement speed and amplitude control was observed in both PD groups. However, movement harmonicity was shown improved only in advanced PD group. The results of this study might help understanding the underlying mechanism for the positive effects of external cues on the patient`s capability and could be utilized as a basic index for the diagnosis and treatment for PD patients from the practical standpoint.

In this study, we looked at what healthcare institutions need to achieve effective performance in rapidly changing environments. We analyzed the impact that factors’ relationship such as leadership, internal customer satisfaction, and managerial performance, and how reputation and size of hospitals can affect these relationships. Research shows that transformational leadership and servant leadership have a causal relationship in internal customer satisfaction. Internal customer satisfaction was also confirmed to have a significant influence on hospital managerial performance. It was confirmed that the hospital"s reputation and size (number of beds) have a significant influence on the relationship between internal customer satisfaction and hospital performance. The lower level of the reputation and the smaller the hospital size was, the greater the impact of causal effect of internal customer satisfaction to managerial performance.

본 논문에서는 다양한 사용자 환경에서 비디오의 범용적인 서비스를 위한 다차원 비디오 트랜스코딩의 판단에 관하여 논한다. 효율적인 판단을 위해 여러 영화 비디오 클림들을 비슷한 의미적 개념을 가지는 비디오들과 비슷한 장면 복잡도를 가지는 비디오들로 분류하고, 각 종류별로 주관적인 테스트(subjective test)를 실시하여 비디오 트랜스코딩에 있어서 사용자 인지(perception)의 특성을 분석한다. 이렇게 분석된 인간의 시각 특성들을 이용해 비디오 트랜스코딩 판단 궤적(trajectory)을 만들고 이를 다차원 비디오 트랜스코딩 판단 시에 적용하기 위한 방법을 제안한다.

Services characteristics such as intangibility, heterogeneity, perishability, and variability has large uncertainty. So, Well-established service providing system gives a stable service to customer. Our research is adapt “Collapse” of Jared Diamond to failure service in resort. Through analyzing in real case study, We would know that cause of service failure is due to service providing system or incidental accident. The analyzing process include to failure factor of service providing process, change in market, role of competing company, possibility of collaboration between department, use of organizational culture and authenticity and forgiveness.

건강보험 보장성 강화 및 지속가능성 제고 방안 연구

우리나라는 세계에서 가장 빠른 속도의 저출산·고령화와 저성장·저금리의 시대에 적응해야 하는 직면해 처해있다. 저출산, 고령화로 인하여 건강보험 재정수입 요인은 감소하고 있으며, 국민의 건강에 관한 관심, 고비용 의료기술 및 의약품의 개발은 건강보험 재정 지출은 증가하게 있다. 본 연구에서는 건강보험의 보장성 강화와 재정의 안정화, 의료의 형평성에 대하여 검토해보고자 한다. 첫째, 국내의 정책보고서, 국내외 문헌, 선행연구를 통해 건강보험의 현황과 한계를 파악하였다, 둘째, 외국의 건강보험정책인 재정 안정화 대책에 대하여 구분하여 검토하였다. 이 연구를 근거로 건강보험의 보장성 강화와 재정안정화를 통하여 지속 가능한 건강보험을 유지하기 위해서는 현재 건강보험의 재정수입 구조를 혁신하여야 할 것이다. 또한, 정부지원금의 확대, 새로운 조세 수입을 발굴하여야 할 것이다. 진료비 지불제도, 의료전달체계를 개편하여 재정을 절감하는 정책도 필요할 것이다. Korea is faced with the challenge of adapting to the world s fastest - growing low birthrate, aging society, and low growth with low interest rate era. With low fertility and aging population, the factors of financial income of health insurance are decreasing, and the increase of public interest in health, high cost medical technology and the development of medicine are leading to increase expenditure of health insurance. In this study, I will examine the strengthen protection of health insurance, financial stabilization, and fairness of medical care. First, the present status and limitations of health insurance were identified through domestic policy report, domestic and foreign literature, and precedent research. Second, the foreign health insurance policy measures to stabilize the finances were examined separately. Based on this study, in order to maintain sustainable health insurance through reinforcement and financial stabilization of health insurance, the current financial income structure of health insurance must be renovated. It will be necessary to expand government subsidies and discover new tax revenues. In addition, a policy to save finances by reorganizing the medical bill payment system and medical delivery system will also be needed.

재택근무 제도강화와 테크노스트레스가 업무생산성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 행동통제와 기술준비도의 조절효과를 중심으로

Corna Virus is being widely spreaded across the world and accelerating working environments to home-based telecommuting environments rapidly. Many companies, however, are afraid of decrease in productivities due to insufficient technology readiness by new technology environments. Therefore, finding out the influencing factors which improve the productivities in home-based telecommuting environments is a very important research issue. This study suggests several influencing factors such as technology readiness, technostress, and control behavior and a research model by literature review. To verify the model a total of 204 questionnaires are collected from office workers who are currently utilizing home-based telecommuting. The statistical analysis show that technostress influences negatively to productivities. In addition, moderating effect analysis show that control behavior affects negatively and technostress positively to alleviate the technostress. The result is expected to provide a theocratical framework for further related research and practical guidelines for improving productivities in home-based telecommuting environments.

In this study, poly(ethyleneoxide) and poly(ethylene imine) polymer blends containing fumed silica fillers were studied in order to enhance the ion conductivity and interfacial properties. Lithium perchlorate (LiCIO4) as a salt, and silica(SiO2) as the inorganic filler were introduced into the polymer composite electrolyte composites and the composites were examined to evaluate their ionic conductivity for a possibility test of electrolyte application. As the diameter of semicircle in an impedance test became smaller, ionic conductivity of composite electrolytes had been enhanced by addition of 20 wt% silica filler. However, the conductivity was not greatly changed over 20 wt% content because the silica was sufficiently saturated in the polymer electrolytes. Diffraction peaks of PEO became weaker with the addition of inorganic fillers using XRD analysis. It showed that a crystallinity was proportionally reduced by increasing filler contents. The morphology of composite electrolyte films has been investigated by SEM. The heterogeneous morphology which silica was evenly dispersed by the strong adhesion of PEI was shown at higher contents of silica.
