        아로마테라피용 배초향(Agastache rugosa) 줄기의 방향성 정유 성분

        This study was carried out to investigate the flavoral essential oil components in the stems of Agastache rugosa. These components were analyzed using gas chromatography-mass selective detector (GC-MSD). The stems of Agastache rugosa were contained alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, fatty acid esters, and terpenoids. The peak area (%) of estragole was highest among its oil components and the next were pulegone and menthone. The terpenoid alcohols found were 1-octen-3-ol, chavicol, spatulenol, 3-hexen-1-ol, 2-cyclohexen-1-ol, methyl eugenol, and octaethyllene glycol. The stems also contained ketones such as pulegone, menthone, cis-isopulegone, 2-cyclohexene-1-one, 3-octanone, 1-cyclohexanone, isoindole-1-one, t-ionone, inden-2-one, as well as the aldehydes of 4-methoxycinnam and benzaldehyde. The following esters were also detected 1-isopulegone-3-yl acetate, caryophyllene oxide, acetate and benzendicarboxylic acid ester. The terpenoids in the stems were identified as caryophyllene, limonene, cyclohexasiloxane-D, germacrene-D, anethole, cadinene, muurolene, and bourbonene. Overall Agastache rugosa contained several functional oil components including phenylpropanoids and terpenoids as flavoral essential oil components for natural aromatherapy.

      • 학령전기 말더듬아동의 어머니-아동 상호작용 행동특성

        This study was to examine the relationship between maternal interactive behaviors and stuttering behaviors in preschool children who stutter. Participants were twenty-four children who stutter and their mothers. For the purpose of the current study, 5$\sim$10 minutes of 50 minutes videotaped scenes originally collected to develop fluency assessment instrument were re-videotaped. They included mother-child interactions during playing with toys and reading book situations. Mothers-children interactive behaviors were assessed with Maternal Behavior Rating Sroles(MBRS) and Child Behavior Rating Scales (CBRS). And children's stuttering were assessed with Paradise-Fluency Assessment(P-FA). The results were as follows: 1) the maternal interactive behavior did not significantly differ depending on situations, but scores of maternal responsive factor were higher in the play situation than in the reading situation. 2) Maternal responsiveness might influence on promoting the children's pivotal behavior with children who stutter. And 3) the level of maternal responsiveness was the predictor of children's stuttering behaviors. The therapeutic implication of the results were discussed.

        보리순 분말을 첨가한 쿠키의 품질특성

        This study examined the quality characteristics of cookies comprised of various amounts of barley-sprout powder by analyzing the physico-chemical characteristics of the cookies and investigating a sensory evaluation. For the study, the cookies were cooked with the following levels of barley-sprout powder: 0%, 3%, 6%, 9%, and 12%. The results show that the moisture content of the cookies was increased in accordance with the level of barley-sprout powder and this result is the same as the spreadability factor of the cookies (p<0.001). Also, the pH and brix values of the samples decreased in accordance with the level of barley-sprout powder (p<0.001). Regarding hunter's colors, the values of L (lightness), a (redness), and b (yellowness) are significantly decreased, increasing the quantity of barley-sprout powder (p<0.001). For the textural characteristics, the results show that the hardness of the cookies decreased in accordance with the addition of the barley-sprout powder; furthermore, the results indicate a tendency whereby the DPPH-radical-scavenging activity and the total polyphenol content of the cookies were increased, thereby increasing the quantity of the barley-sprout powder (p<0.001). For the sensory evaluation, the cookies that were made with 6 % barley-sprout powder received the highest scores in terms of appearance, taste, and overall preference (p<0.05, p<0.001). This study suggests that barley-sprout powder is an excellent ingredient for improving the acceptability and functionality of cookies, and that, in relation to the flour quantity the ideal proportion of barley-sprout powder is 6%.

        2분기 DB산업 기업경기가 완만한 회복세를 보일 것으로 전망됐다. 한국데이터베이스진흥센터(KDPC)가 최근 발표한 2분기 DB산 업 기업경기(BSI) 조사결과에 따르면 DB BSI 실적은 지난해 3분기를 최저점으로 확연히 상승세(2003년 3분기 39 → 2003년 4 분기 46 → 2004년 1분기 80)로 돌아섰으며, 2분기 전망 또한 1분기에 이어 평년수준(100)를 넘어설(119) 것으로 전망했다.

        2003년도 국내 DB관련 업체를 대상으로 종합경기, 내수판매, 수출, 투자, 자금사정, 채산성, 고용 등 7영역에 대해 DB산업 경기실사지수(DB_BSI)를 조사한 결과, 1/4분기에 비해 2/4분기 경기실적은 다소 회복된 것으로 조사됐다. 이와 같은 호전세는 3분기에도 지속될 전망이나 세계경제의 부진, 중증급성호흡기증후군(SARS)으로 인한 중국시장 부진, 북핵문제를 둘러싼 지정학적 위협, 가계 부채 증가 등에 따른 시장부진 등의 악재로 인해 보합세(100)에는 미치지 못할 것으로 전망된다.

        청둥오리의 가슴샘 내분비세포에 대한 면역조직화학적 연구

        Endocrine cells in the thymus of duck(Anas platyrhynchos platyrhyncos, Linne) were studied immunohistochemically from 23 days of incubation to 32 weeks of age. Somatostatin-, growth hormone(GH)-, gastrin/cholecystokinin(Gas/CCK)-, polypeptide YY(PYY)-, S-100 protein(S-100 P)-, dopamine-, serotonin(5-HT)-, and bovine chromogranin (BCG)-immunoreactive cells were detected in the duck thymus by the PAP techniques. These immunoreactive cells were observed in the medulla and in the juxtacortical medulla. No immunoreactivity of calcitonin and bovine pancreatic polypeptide(BPP) antiserum were observed. The argyrophil cells by Grimelius techniques were observed from 23 days of incubation to 32 weeks of age and peaked in 5 weeks of age. In the early develpmental stage, the argyrophil cells were distributed only in the medulla, while these cells were distributed mainly in the medulla and a few cells were distributed in the corticomedullary junction from 3 weeks of age. These immunoreactive cells were generally round, oval and elliptical and occasionally spindle, polygonal and polymorphous with the long cytopslasmic processes in shape. The present study suggests that the intrathymic endocrine cells may associate with the functional maturation of T-lymphocytes on the establishment of immunity. The further study will be needed to elucidate the function of these thymic endocrine cells.

        학령기 단순언어장애아동의 이해모니터링 능력

        Comprehension monitoring is a process of message evaluation and a very important skill of communication. Comprehension monitoring is a necessary language skill in classroom, as it is important for children to assess their own understanding of task instructions and teaching content. The present study investigated comprehension monitoring skill of children with Specific Language Impairment(SLI) compared to age-matched children and language-matched children. 18 vignettes and 6 displays were constructed. Children were asked to choose one object or 'DK' card from a display after the children listened to the vignettes. The results showed that children with SLI didn't have problem in comprehending unambiguous utterance and using prior statement. However, they had problem in monitoring comprehending ambiguous utterance compared age-matched children. Their performance were similar to language matched younger children. With respect to their performance, several possible explanations were discussed.

        가물치 위장관 내분비세포에 관한 면역조직학적 관찰

        The regional distribution and relative frequency of occurrence of endocrine cells in nine segments of the gastrointestinal(GI) tract of snakehead(Ophicephalus argus) were investigated by immunohistochemical methods using specific antisera against 5- hydroxyptrytamine(5-HT), somatostatin, gastrin/cholecystokinin(GAS/CCK), glucagon, bovine chromogranin, porcine chromogranin and insulin. Four types of immunoreactive cells for 5-HT, somatostatin, GAS/CCK and glucagon were observed in the GI tract. These cells were generally appeared in the mucosal epithelia or located at the interface of the mucosal epithelial layer and intestinal glandular region. 5-HT-immunoreactive(IR) cells were found in segment II, III, IV, V and VI, and the most numerous in segment IV. Somatostatin-IR cells were found in segment II, III, IV and V, and the most numerous in segment III. GAS/CCK-IR cells in segment VI, VII and glucagon-IR cells in segment III, IV, V were detected but a few in these segments. No bovine chromogranin-, porcine chromogranin- and insulin-IR cells were detected throughout the GI tract of the snakehead.

        오븐을 이용한 단체급식용 반조리식 제육구이 개발

        This study was undertaken to develope a semi-cooked pork using oven to provide a more convenient recipe for food service systems. Pork sliced 2 or 4 mm thick prepared with a Korean traditional kochujang sauce was broiled in an oven, steam oven or on a pan. 4 mm-thick meat that was broiled in oven for 4 min at $170^{\circ}C$, obtained higher scores in sensory and color evaluations. In labor-concentrated food service kitchens, the inner temperature of the pork at $85^{\circ}C$ provoked the highest satisfaction. The assessments of color L was ordered as steam oven, oven and pan broiling. And a- and b-values of oven broiling were higher than those of the steam oven or pan broiling. The color values of the steam oven-broiled pork sliced 4 mm-thick were significantly higher than those of the pan-broiled (p<0.05). In sensory evaluation, the taste score of steam oven was better than other broiling with significant differences. Furthermore pork broiling in oven was tender with low score in cohesiveness and chewiness. Overall acceptability was ordered as pan, steam oven, and oven broiling. Thus it was expectable that international Korean traditional food can be made using oven for food service system. For the diversity of the menu in food service, however it need to develope the more convenient and simpler recipes with semi-cooked Korean food.

        대구지역 초등학교 고학년 학생 및 학부모의 가공식품에 대한 영양표시 인식

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the changes in perception concerning nutrition labeling and students' availability of processed foods and is to investigate parents' awareness of nutrition labeling through the 'Education program on safety management of children's dietary life' conducting directly to the fifth grade elementary school students (4,105 persons) by the nutrition teacher in each school. The part that checked when purchasing processed food before and after the students' education, the name of manufacturer (p<0.05), raw material and content (p<0.001), food additives (p<0.001), nutritive components (p<0.05) etc. were significantly improved. An idea about nutrition labeling has increased after the education, the question items in 'it is reliable' (p<0.001), 'satisfied' (p<0.01) were significantly increased particularly. In spite of one time education, it showed positive changes such as it can be possible to get desired nutrition information. Thus, although it was one time training conducted in the situation that can not be carried out formal education due to school environment, a variety of practical education of children's dietary life is required targeting comprehensive senior students, the education is considered to be conducted for children as well as parents.
