        다양한 조명하에서 웨이블렛 변환과 히스토그램 평활화를 이용한 개선된 물체인식

        There are two problems associated with the existing principal component analysis, which is regarded as the most effective in object recognition technology. First, it brings about an increase in the volume of calculations in proportion to the square of image size. Second, it gives rise to a decrease in accuracy according to illumination changes. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes wavelet transformation and histogram equalization. Wavelet transformation solves the first problem by using the images of low resolution. To solve the second problem the histogram equalization enlarges the contrast of images and widens the distribution of brightness values. The proposed technology improves recognition rate by minimizing the effect of illumination change. It also speeds up the processing and reduces its area by wavelet transformation. 주성분 분석(Principal component hnidvsis : PCA)은 물체 인식 기술에서 가장 효율적인 방법으로 인정되고 있으나 영상 크기의 제곱에 비례하여 계산량이 증가하고 조명의 변화에 따라 정확성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해서 웨이블렛변환(Wavelet Transform)과 히스토그램 평활화(Histogram Equalization)를 사용하였다. 계산량이 증가하는 문제는 웨이블렛 변환으로 낮은 해상도의 영상을 사용하여 해결하였다. 조명의 변화에 따라 정확성이 떨어지는 문제는 히스토그램 평활화를 사용하여 영상의 대조를 크게 하고 휘도치의 분포를 펼침으로써 해결하였다. 제안한 기법으로 실험한 결과 조명변화에 영향을 최소화하여 인식률이 향상되고, 웨이블렛 변환으로 처리할 영역을 줄여 처리 시간이 크게 단축됨을 보여 주었다.

        This study was carried out to investigate agreement, content and demand for home nursing care of hospital inpatients in brain, spain and musculoskeletal diseases. The data was collected by interviewing with 242 patients who were hospitalized in university hospital on Taegu, from September 6,60 October 9, 1993. Of 242 patients, 66.1% agreed to home nursing care system and rate of agreement was highest between 30 years to 49 years of age as 40.4% in general characteristics. The rate of agreement according to type of diagnosis was highest inpatients with spinal diseases as 75.6% according to functional status was the highest in patients who had daily living activity freely as 69.4% according to prognosis in patients at terminal stage as 80.0% and the rate of agreement to home nursing care of patients who wanted early discharge was 73.9% The first-ranking reasons of agreement to home nursing care was asking for continuous relationship with doctor as 37.3% and there was statistically significant difference in reasons of agreement to home nursing care according to functional status of patients. The first-ranking reason of early discharge among patients who wanted early discharge(74.8%) was because of long time stay in hospital. Among 23 items of nursing activity that patient wanted, the first-ranking item was recovery promotion, prevention of complication, education and counseling for health as 76.4%, drug management was 2nd-ranking item as 62.1% and the third was regular checking of vital signs as 55.9%, The lowest item of demand for home nursing care was hospice care(3.9%) and airway keep(9.1%).

        A New Method to Determine Trace Boron Concentration of Iron and Steel by SIMS Direct Ion Image

        Boron is often used as a trace additive in steel in order to control the phase transformation behaviors and improve the interfacial cohesion. The aim of this work is to suggest a method to determine the trace boron concentration of iron and steel by direct ion image. The optimum conditions for direct ion imaging were proposed by means of secondary ion mass spectrometry - resistive anode encorder (SIMS-RAE). A method of quantification was examined using standard reference materials, electrolytic iron, high carbon steel, Cr-V steel and stainless steel. For the best secondary ionization efficiency, O2+ion bombardment and negative secondary ion collection were used. The cluster ions of 11B16O2 and 56Fe 16O were detected and processed to reduce the strong matrix effect. Every pixel, P(i, j) of 50 images was integrated and con-verted to a retrospective depth profile by calculator and profiler. The calibration curve and relative sensi-tivity factor (RSF) approach were considered. Furthermore, reproducibility of the SIMS data depending on the analytical mode was examined.

        YUV컬러 공간변환에 의한 잡음환경의 차량번호판 영역추출

        현재의 차량번호인식 시스템은 외부의 잡음환경 때문에 안정적인 추출이 쉽지 않은 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 YUV컬러 공간변환을 이용하여 잡음환경에서도 인식률과 안정성이 높은 차량번호판 영역추출 방법을 제안한다. 차량번호판 컬러에서 RGB컬러 모델이 처리 시간은 빠르나 잡음환경에서는 인식률이 저조하고 밝기 정보가 별도로 표시되는 인자가 없으므로, RGB형식보다 빛에 둔감하고 데이터 량이 적은 YUV컬러 공간의 U채널과 V채널을 단계별 또는 재조합하는 방법으로 차량번호판 영역을 추출하였다. 차량번호판 영역은 라벨링된 영상의 기하학적 특성인 크기와 위치로 추출하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 알고리즘은 여러 가지 잡음환경에서도 육안으로 구분할 수 있는 차량번호판을 모두 추출할 수 있음을 검증하였다. The existing recognition system of license plates cannot get the satisfactory result in noise environments. The purpose of this paper is to propose an algorithm that can recognize the region of license plates accurately in a noise environment. The algorithm is formulated by reorganizing the U- and V-channels of YUV color space as YUV is insensitive to light and carries less data than RGB color information. The region of license plates has been extracted by the geometric characteristics, sizes, and places of labeling images. The proposed algorithm was found to improve the process of extracting the region of license plates in various noise environments.

        자궁외 임신에 대한 Methotrexate 치료가 차후 임신에 미치는 영향

        Methotrexate is known as one of the most useful drugs in the treatment of unruptured ectopic pregnancy, But little is known on the effect of the later fecundability. So, we had clinical observation on the reproductive outcome of the 97 ectopic pregnancies after MTX treatmrnt at Gill Medical Center Hospital from the period of July 1993 to January 1997, retrospectively. The results were as follows : 1. Overall pregnancy rate was 87.6% with 85 pregnancies among 97patients, spontaneous abortion rate was 9.4%, ectopic pregnancy rate was 3.5%. 2. Overall fallopian tubal patency rate was 90.8% with 173 tubes of 97 patients. 154 tubes in 76 cases of bilateral tubal group patency rate was 92.1%. 21 tubes in 21 cases of unilateral tubal group patency rate was 81.0%. 3. In 61 patients of HSG group, 55 pregnancies was noticed with 90.2% of pregnancy rate. 4. In 24 patients of nonHSG group, 19 pregnancies was noticed with 79.2% of pregnancy rate. 5. In 68 patients of bilateral tubal group, 60 pregnancies were revealed with 88.2% pregnancy rate. 6. In 17 patients of unilateral tubal group, 14 preganacies were revealed with 82.3% pregnancy rate.

        1인가구의 세대별 생활만족도에 관한 종단분석

        본 연구는 한국복지패널(KOWEPS)의 11차 년도(2016년)부터 15차 년도(2020년)까지 조사가 완료된 5개년도 자료를 활용하여 1인 가구 중심으로 세대별 각 개인의 생활만족도를 잠재성장모형을 이용하여 종단으로 분석하는 연구이다. 세대 구분은 사회화 과정, 역사적 사건, 기술의 발달 등을 요소로 하여 결정적 국면의 전환을 가져온 코호트가 경험한 중대한 사건의 분기점을 기준으로 하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 분석 자료는 한국복지패널 15차 년도(2020년) 27,447명 중 지난 5개 년도에서 1차 년도라도 1인 가구였던 2,778명을 대상으로 하여, 5년 동안 지속적으로 1인가구인 1,448명중 1922년생부터 1944년생(843명)을 제외하고 1945년생부터 1996년생까지 605명을 대상으로 하였다. 연구 결과 X세대(신세대)보다는 Y세대(밀레니얼세대), 베이비부머세대 보다는 X세대가 높은 전반적인 생활만족도를 보였으며, 세대별 전반적인 생활만족도가 변화율에는 영향을 미치지 못하기 때문에 각 세대별 모두가 이러한 차이는 지속적으로 동일하게 유지된다는 것을 파악하였다. This study uses data from the 11th year(2016) to the 15th year(2020) of the Korea Welfare Panel(KOWEPS) for the five years that the survey was completed to predict the life satisfaction of each individual by generation, centered on single-person households. This is a longitudinal analysis using a latent growth model. The generational division was based on the turning point of a major event experienced by the cohort that brought about a decisive change in the socialization process, historical event, and technological development as factors. The analysis data used in this study were of 27,447 persons in the 15th year of the Korea Welfare Panel(2020), 2,778 persons who were single-person households even in the first year from the last 5 years, and 1,448 persons who were single-person households continuously for 5 years. Excluding those born in 1922 to 1944(843 persons), 605 persons born between 1945 and 1996 were included. As a result of the study, Generation Y(millennials) than Generation X(new generation) and Generation X generation than Baby Boomers showed higher overall life satisfaction. Since overall life satisfaction by generation does not have an effect on the rate of change, it was found that this difference remains the same for all generations.

        장애인복지 서비스의 인식과 정책 방향에 관한 연구

        This study is a study on the recognition and policy direction of welfare service for the disabled. For this, it aims to draw implications about the policy direction of welfare service for the disabled using basic investigation of welfare for the disabled among 2<SUP>nd</SUP>, 3<SUP>rd</SUP> community social welfare plans of Jeollanam-do. As study results, it was analysed that the demand of welfare service for the disabled is increasing from providing the past livelihood such as establishing the foundation for basic livelihood to customized welfare service such as supplying jobs for enhancing the quality of life of the disabled. That is judged to be caused by needs for human’s basic rights according to economic development and improvement in income level, and it will be appropriate to set up the software-focused policy for the disabled individuals rather than to set up the hardware-focused policy like the past. Despite the implications like these, however, this study has limitation that its subject is restricted to D-gun, so henceforth it needs to draw more general conclusions through comprehensive research about more extensive regions.
