정현 신호 및 zero 평균 정상 정규 잡음의 협대역파 신호를 갖는 n차 반파 zero기억형 비선형 장치의 출력 SN 비 및 m차 고조파 발생의 관계를 밝혔다. 최대 출력 SN비는 소 신호 입력에서 m=n=2 이었으며 대 신호 입력에선 항시 n=2이었다. The relation between output SNR and mth harmonic generation is determined for nonlinear system of zero memory type, half wave and the nth power law devices with narrow band form of the unmodulated sinusoidal wave plus zero mean and stationary gaussian noise input. It is found that the optimum generation condition for harmonic component at a small input of SNR is m and n equal 2, while for large input SNR is always n equals 2.

不規則變調 1階 位相同期系의 位相誤差分布 및 分散을 級數解에 依해 Fokker-Planck方程式을 풀므로써 求하고 理論的으로 考察했다. 位相誤差分布은 SN 比가 클수록 急變하는 正規曲線形이었음에 反해 SN比가 적을 때는 평탄한 曲線으로 되었다. 뿐만아니라 SN 比와 分散値는 逆의 關係임을 밝혔다. Phase locked loops are essentially composed of phase comparator, loop filter,and voltage controlled oscillator. In the analysis and design of phase locked loops, the phase error density and the variance plays on very important role. The necessity of mathematically tractable expression for the phase error density is one of such example. This paper discussed theoretically the phase error density and the variance of first order phase locked loop with random modulation by solving the associated Fokker Planck equation by means of series method. The results show that the phase error density are rapidly decreased with Gaussian form when SN ratio is large, whereas the curves are flat when SN ration is small.

Here, we developed Sol-gel based antibody microarray platform for quantitative detection of five different cancer biomarkers in clinical sample simultaneously. This kit called Ci-5, Multiplex Tumor Marker Quantitative Kit, is developed based on proprietary SG CapTM technology. The Ci-5 has 3×5 format of microarray that contains five different antibodies for capturing multi-targets cancer biomarkers, AFP (Liver cancer), CEA (Colon cancer), PSA (Prostate cancer), CA125 (Ovarian cancer) and CA19-9 (Pancreatic cancer), which are approved by CE (Registration No. HL 60135402 0001). Using the Ci-5 kit, we tested 440 clinical specimens for multiplex detection of five different cancer biomarkers simultaneously. The results show high clinical sensitivity (86.7% for CA19-9, 94.7% for AFP, 97% for CEA, 89.8% for PSA and 69.6% for CA125) and specificity (96.2% for CA19-9, 81.1% for AFP, 92.3% for CEA, 98.4% for PSA and 98.7% for CA125). Additionally, Ci-5 shows strong correlation with state-of-art CLIA methods (R2=0.9282, 0.9718, 0.9847, 0.9707 and 0.9219 for CA19-9, AFP, CEA, PSA and CA125). The highly sensitive and selective multiplex sol-gel microarray platform holds promise for improved accuracy of early cancer stage diagnosis as well as recurrence monitoring of cancer patients. Moreover, Ci-5 is the first approved biochip for tumor marker quantitative detection kit which can be used for both manual and automatic liquid handling system.

In this paper digital filters which can directly process the introduced DM encoded signal is studied and the structure of the filter is proposed. In order to investigate the characteristics of the digital filter structure proposed in this study, artificial speech signal is generrated and then introduced into the digital filter after DM encoding. The results of computer simulation show that the proposed digital filter structure can be used effectively for direct process of DM-encoded signal.

This paper described the computer techniques for medical diagnois and mathematical models of the diagnois. Attention is focused on the method of diagnois and treatments from the symptom data, on line or off line. An exampled pneumonia and some problems in this case was discussed.
Computer Modelling of Electronic Scanning Sonar System

해면과 해저를 수직으로 표현할 수 있도록 하는 Electronic Scanning Sonar 의 컴퓨터 모델링에 관해 검토 하였다. Griffiths-Smith 의 Echo Sounder System의 기본 이론을 확장 응용하였으며, 컴퓨너 모델링에는 75개 소자로 구성된 array 변환기와 각 표시장치 마다 총 300개의 주사선이 사용되었다. 어떤 지역에서 방위와 거리는 극 좌표상의 실제 영상 대신에 B·주사표시장치를 가진 직각 좌표계로 표현했기 때문에 B-주사표시장치에 나타난 정보가 다소 왜곡된 것을 관찰할 수 있었다. 이 왜곡은 목표물이 더 가까워짐에 따라 더 현저하게 나타났다.

조합논리회로를 사용한 고속 RNS 곱셈기의 구성을 제안하였다. 연산시간과 하드웨어 절감을 결정하는 최적 moduti 선택조건에 대해서도 검토하였으며 RRNS에서는 magnitude index를 사용한 변형된 CRT로써 출력 변환하였다. 제안된 곱셈기의 추정시간은 파이프 라인없이 NRNS인 경우 31. 7ns, RRNS인 경우 47.95ns이었다. In this paper, an architecture for high-speed RNS multiplier were proposed by using com-binational logic circuit. The optimum conditions of moduli set which could be saved hardware and operation time were also considered. In the case of RRNS multiplier, output translation could be achieved effectively by means of the modified CRT with magnitude index. It is shown that the estimated multiplication time is about 31.7 ns in NRNS, whereas 47.95 ns in RRNS, respectively.
