역상 액체 크로마토그래피에 의한 Ni(II)-Isonitrosoethylacetoacetate Imine 유도체 킬레이트의 용리 메카니즘에 관한 연구

Liquid Chromatographic behavior of Ni(II) in Isonitrosoethylacetoacetate Imine(IEAA-NR), Ni(IEAA-NH)(IEAA-NR)(R = H, CH_3, C-2H_5, n-C_4H_9, C_6H_5-CH_2) chelates were investigated by reversed-phase HPLC on Micropak MCH-5 column using methanol/water as mobile phase. The optimum conditions for the separation of Ni(IEAA-NH)(IEAA-NR) chelates were examined with respect to the effect of the flow rate, sample solvent, mobile phase strength and column temperature. It was fo$und that metal chelates were properly eluted in an acceptable range of capacity factor value(0{\le}logk'{\le}1). The dependence of the logarithm of capacity factor (k') on the volume fraction of water in the binary mobile phase as well as on the liquid-liquid extraction distribution ratio (Dc) in methanol-water/n-alkane extraction system showed the good linearties, and the dependence of the logarithm of capacity factor (k') on the column temperature and on the enthalpy exhibited the good linearties, and the compensation temperature ({\beta}) from the slope was 773.47{\circ}K. It was suggested that the retention of metal chelates was largely affected by the hydrophobic effect. 역상 액체 크로마토그래피에 의하여 Ni(IEAA-NH)(IEAA-NR)(R = H, $CH_3,\;C_2H_5,\;n-C_3H-7,\;n-C_4H9-,\;CH_5-CH_$) 킬레이트의 동시 분리 및 분석을 위한 최적조건을 Micropak MCH-5 분리관을 사용하여 조사하고, 이들의 용리거동에 대한 인자들과의 관계를 검토하였다. 용리액에서 methanol/water의 이성분 용매를 사용하였으며, 모든 금속 킬레이트의 용매 세기 인자는 $0{\le}logk'{\le}1$의 범위임을 확인하였고, 각 금속 킬레이트의 logk'값과 이성분용매계 중의 물의 부피분율을 도시한 결과 직선 관계가 성립하였다. 또한 뱃치법으로 측정한 분포비(Dc)값과 k'값을 도시하여 본 결과 직선 관계가 성립됨으로써 금속 킬레이트의 용리 메카니즘이 주로 소용매성 효과 즉 소수성효과에 기인함을 확인하였다. 한편 금속 킬레이트의 머무름에 미치는 용량 인자와 온도와의 관계를 조사한 결과 좋은 직선성을 나타내고 있으며, 뿐만 아니라 직선의 기울기로부터 엔탈피(${\delta}H$)와 엔탈피(${\delta}S$)를 구하고, 엔탈피와 용량 인자와의 값을 도시한 결과도 직선관계가 성립하였다. 직선의 기울기로부터 구한 보정 온도(${\beta}$)는 $773.47^{\circ}K$이었다. 이 결과 역상 HPLC에서 Ni(II)-Isonitrosoethylacetoacetate imine 킬레이트의 용리 메카니즘의 주로 소수성 효과에 기인함을 재확인 할 수 있었다.

하나님과 언약관계에 있는 인간의 행복은 물질의 많고 적음에 있는 것이 아니라 창조주시며 구속주이신 성삼위 하나님의 뜻에 따라 이 물질을 활용하여 하나님의 뜻을 이루며 그 하나님을 섬기며 영화롭게 하는데 있다. 하나님은 이를 위해 인간의 삶속에서 시작된 십일조 제도를 언약의 제도로 승화시키고 규범화하여 언약의 백성들로 하여금 철저하게 지키도록 하였다. 성경에 기록된 십일조 제도는 구속역사의 진행과정에서 점진적으로 발전하여 정착되었다. 따라서 성경적 십일조는 성경신학적 안목에서 이해되어지고 성도들의 삶에 적용되어야 한다. 구약의 십일조는 구약의 본질과 상응하여 부분으로 전체를 대표하며, 형식과 절차를 중시하였다. 이를 어김은 결국 하나님과 맺은 언약을 어긴 것으로 간주되었다. 따라서 구약의 십일조는 1/10이라는 수치가 매우 중요시 하였다. 그러나 하나님은 언약의 백성들로 하여금 이러한 십일조를 하나님께 바침으로 그들이 하나님과 맺은 언약의 관계를 유지하고, 하나님 나라의 재정을 책임지며, 하나님 나라의 복지를 증진해야 한다는 언약의 제도의 본질적 기능과 목적을 분명하게 밝혔다. 예수 그리스도의 오심과 사역으로 구약이 성취되었으므로 그리스도와 새언약의 관계를 맺은 성도들은 더 이상 십일조 제도의 형식과 절차에 종속되지 않게 되었지만, 십일조 제도의 본질적 기능과 목적을 더욱 적극적으로 성도들의 삶속에서 구현해야 할 책임을 갖게 되었다. 예수님께서는 그가 사도로 세운 바울을 통하여 정식연보제도를 제정하여 새로운 하나님 나라의 재정 정책으로 세워 모든 새 언약의 백성들로 하여금 시행하도록 하였다. 이 정식연보 제도를 분석해 본 결과 구약의 십일조 제도의 형식과 정신을 반영한 것이며, 십일조 제도가 갖는 본질적 기능과 목적을 계승하게 하였음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 성도들은 이러한 정식연보 제도를 시행하므로 구약의 십일조 제도를 계승하게 되었으며, 성도들은 비록 소득의 1/10이라는 수치를 기본으로 하더라도 더 이상 이러한 수치에 얽매이지 않고 자신의 형편에 따라 자발적이면서도 적극적으로 소득의 1/10 그 이하, 1/10 혹은 그 이상을 가지고 하나님 나라의 재정을 충당해야 책임을 이행한다. Happiness of man under the covenant of God is not determined by the measure of material but by the fact how he serves and glorifies the Triune God, the Creator and Redeemer, in terms of fulfilling His will using the material He has created and given to him. He has adopted and renewed a tithing system developed by the human culture to be his covenant institution by which He stipulates the relationship between man and the materials. The biblical tithing system has been established a permanent system progressively in the process of redemptive history. Hence it must be understood and applied to the life of the people of God by the biblical theological perspective. Tithing in the Old Testament is symbolic and shadowy in the sense that a tithe represents the whole income and it points to an eschatological fulfillment in the coming of Christ, and its formality is crucial in conforming to the nature of the Old Testament. To violate the tithe law is regarded as to break the covenant relationship. Hence exactness of tithing and the person and place in offering the tithe is most important. Nevertheless, God revealed the eternal nature and function of tithing which must be kept by the people of God under the covenant transcending the generation to come in the history of redemption, which is to deepen the covenant relationship between God and His people, to fulfill the financial responsibilities and to promote the welfare of the kingdom of God. As the Old Testament has been fulfilled eschatologically by the finished work of redemption through the person, life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the people of God under the new covenant is no longer bound by the old formalities of tithing in the Old Testament. Therefore, exactness of tithing is meaningless. However, they have responsibilities to fulfill definitively the eternal function and purpose of the tithing in their actual life. Jesus Christ inspired his apostle Paul to institute a systematic giving so that it may be a new financial system for the administration of the kingdom of God he had inaugurated on earth. At the final analysis the Pauline systematic giving is none other than the adaptation of the old tithing system in conforming to the nature of the new era inaugurated by Jesus Christ. Hence, the old tithing system continues in this Pauline systematic giving. We may call it a biblical tithing system. Based on this new biblical tithing, one tenth of income, Christians has to offer less, exact, or more than one tenth of his income according to his financial situation voluntarily, positively, and sacrificially in order that he may fulfill the financial responsibilities for the administration of the kingdom of God. This is the “Beyond the Tithe” in which Christians should practice the tithing.

J. Kristeva s`est fait remarquer par une orientation psychanalytique dans ses travaux de critique litte´raire. Elle se rapproche de Freud quand il s`agit de s`approcher des textes litte´raires en but d`y appliquer les the´ories psychanalytiques. D`ou` une synthe`se des ide´es du Mai^tre de Vienne qui met en relief le fantasme comme une clef majeure pour pe´ne´trer dans les actes de cre´ation litte´raire. Kristeva accorde de l`importance au fantasme en tart qu`il articule les impulsions du sujet. Cependant elle est persuade´e du fait que, face aux artistes ne´vrotiques, la de´pression et la me´lancolie offrent des acce`s plus efficaces. Ainsi c`est avec ces conceptes qu`elle s`approche des artistes aussi diffe´rents que le peintre Holbei¨n, Dostoi¨evsky, M. Duras et Nerval, lequel nous attire en particulier. La de´pression et la me´lancolie ne se distinguent pas clairement. La premie`re est rattache´e a` un narcissisme au sens large du terms, et ells provient non de la perte de l`Objet mais de la Chose. Tandis que la deuxie`me est un phe´nome`ne en alternance avec un moment d`exaitation. Et ces deux maladies de l`a^me ont en commun le deuil d`objet maternel. En ce qui concerns le langage, les depressifs ont un rythme re´pe´titif, une me´lodie monotone et une coupure de la chai^ns parle´e; les me´lancoliques tombent dans une asymbolie et leur esprit se trouve souvent dans une confusion. The purpose of this study is to propose the improvement of regulations through analyzing the regulations and design which is related a flowering plant facility design of balcony in apartment building. Actually, the elevation of balconies which are attached along the whole length of apartment buildings and environmental of outdoor space, is mainly observed by this regulations. To solve the uniformity in apartment buildings' elevation, the new act is legislated in July 2000, however, this act is not propriety applied but eventually expands the floor area ratio. Moreover, the contractors use this act to expand the floor area in respond to the customers.<br/> In this situation, this paper propose the improvement method in a flowing plant facility of balcony. The balcony area will be included the floor area ratio, the regulation will contain the openness, the various form of the flowing plant facility will be developed and the effect of flowing plant facility will be analyzed to elevation of the apartment buildings.
