        비전형적인 증상 발현을 보이는 일측 질폐쇄 및 동측 신기형 증후군

        Most patients with syndrome of obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal anomaly (OHVIRA) were presented with dysmenorrhea, pelvic mass and hematocolpos. These common symptoms of OHVIRA syndrome were aggravated soon after the menarche. Early diagnosis is important to relieve the symptom, to prevent injury of genital tract and to preserve fertility. We have experienced an unusual presentation of OHVIRA syndrome, which were presented with vaginal spotting and diagnosed at age 24. Therefore, we present it with a review of the literature.

        탈질/탈황 폐 세정액으로부터 질산염 추출 및 정제 연구

        전 세계적으로 증가하고 있는 선박 배출가스 규제를 위해 국제해사기구(IMO)는 배출되고 있는 가스의 부정적 환경영향에 대한 부각과 함께 법적인 규제를 강화하고 있다. 국제해사기구(IMO) 규제에 따라, 발트 해 연안을 지나는 모든 배들은 배출가스 제거창치를 장착해야 한다. 다양한 최신 탈황/탈질 장치가 소개되고 있는 가운데, 선박의 제한 된 공간을 활용한 폐 세정액 회수 공정 또한 중요한 기술로 발전 가능하다. 탈황/탈질 장치 후단에서 발생되는 폐 세정액은 질산암모늄, 황산암모늄과 같은 유용부산물을 포함하고 있다. 본 연구는 선택적 유기용매 염석 법, 저온 결정화 추출, 열 감압농축을 이용하여 유용부산물로서 질산암모늄을 추출하였다. 열 감압농축으로 얻어진 부산물을 반복적 유기용매 추출방법으로 정제했을 시 가장 높은 순도의 질산암모늄이 추출 되었다. 분석 장비를 통해 추출 된 유용 부산물의 성분 및 특성을 평가하였다. IMO to issue some restricted maritime legislation for reducing the adverse environmental impacts arising from such ship exhaust emissions. According to the IMO policy, every ship entering the Baltic SECAs has to equip the gas cleaning scrubber. The discharged waste solution by gas cleaning scrubber contains many types of salts, which to recover some valuable materials before disposal. This study try to achieve valuable salts including AN and AS throughout a few process such as selective organic solvents salting out, low temperature extraction and thermal evaporation. Amongst them, Thermal evaporation with repetition extraction using inorganic solvent was the most optimum to purify the extracted AN. This valuable salt was evaluated by Elemental analysis and Differential scanning calorimetry.

        CPT column을 이용한 석탄 품위향상 기술 연구

        Development of commercial technology for expansion in domestic anthracite coal utilization is urgent due to the mass reserves of low grade anthracite in Korea. Therefore, a series of experiments were conducted in this study to resolve this problem using CPT column in order to check the possibility of high-quality production for the fine coal that is impossible to treat by dry separation method. Particle size analysis was conducted for the sample using disk mill and vibro screen, and preliminary experiment was conducted for +100 mesh of the product obtained through this process by batch flotation(Sub-A type). Comparison experiment was conducted for -100 mesh and 100 × 325 mesh by each factor-specific condition applying to CPT Column. The result of CPT column flotation by using the proper reagent confirmed through batch flotation was ash rejection 83.15% and recovery 91.44% under the conditions of pulp density 5%, frother temperature 26°C, Kerosene collector (200mL/ton), Pine oil frother (1L./ton), Lime depressant (3kg/ton), air flow rate (1,400mL/ton) and wash water (300mL/ton).

        스타벅스 커피전문점의 서비스 개선을 위한 마케팅 전략

        The primary purpose of this study was to draw a marketing strategy by the analyzing today's trends and surroundings, and the attitudes of consumer on Starbucks coffeeshop, one of the most rapidly growing specialty coffeeshops, among any other take-out coffeeshop today. For the Starbucks coffeeshop, the survey was carried out with several views such as the experience of using it, the reasons of using specialty coffeeshop, the investigation about it. The main reasons for frequent specialty coffeeshop was reported that Starbuck coffeeshop to be the appropriate place for their meets and own experience of special taste. The taste of Starbucks coffee was evaluated by the degree of satisfaction, but the students needed the better atmosphere and convenient use. The marketing strategy of price is to be closely reconsidered, because most of students and business men responded to the cutdown of the price. Therefore, it was quitely recommended that the marketing strategy of better! service and special atmosphere should be preferred to the strategy of freshness. This study finally came to build up the 4 ps of marketing strategy: product marketing (new set menu), area marketing(place for target customer), promotion and price marketing(coupon, etc), and procedure marketing (reducing the time process).

        여자 농구 숙련자와 비숙련자의 자유투 동작에 대한 운동학적 비교 분석

        The purpose of this study is to find an efficient way to increase the success rate of free-throws which act as a decisive factor in the outcome of a basketball game and provide information to the skilled and unskilled and to provide scientific basic materials necessary for free throw action through comparative analysis on kinematic variables while taking free throw action. First, total duration time when female basketball players shoot a free throw turned out to be 0.32±0.06 s in the case of skilled players and 0.30±0.04 s unskilled players and duration time of skilled players seemed longer than that of unskilled players. Second, in CM(center of mass) position by event during female basketball players’ free throws, left·right axis, vertical axis of skilled and unskilled players did not show statistically significant differences in all events but showed significant difference in front·rear axis (p<.05). Third, in CM velocity by event during female basketball player’ s free throws, there were no statistically significant differences in all events of skilled and unskilled players but skilled players showed smaller variation values of front·rear axis, vertical axis than unskilled players. Fourth, during female basketball players’ free throws, there was no significant difference in upper limb joint, lower limb joint angle factor and angular velocity factor. In the angle factor, skilled players showed larger variation of the mean value in the shoulder joint, wrist joint, hip joint, knee joint and unskilled players showed larger one in the ankle joint. In the angular velocity, skilled players showed larger variation of the mean value in shoulder joint, hip joint, knee joint angular velocity and unskilled players showed larger one in the ankle joint. Taken together, the above conclusions are as follows. Female basketball players during free throws both hands should be noted that the following action points. Do not have a free and quick to throw, not throw it forcefully using the joint. And reliably to throw left without shaking the body center.

        다중비중선별기를 이용한 광물찌꺼기로부터 비소제거 연구

        광물찌꺼기에는 다양한 종류의 중금속이 함유되어 있어, 국내외에서 광물찌꺼기로부터 중금속을 제거하기 위해 많은 연구가 이루어졌으나, 중금속을 제거하기에는 여러 가지 문제점과 제약이 따르기 때문에 한계가 있었다. 따라서 이를 해결하고자 본 연구에서는 미립자의 선별까지도 가능한 다중비중선별기(Multi-gravity separator, MGS)를 사용하여 광물찌꺼기에 함유된 비소를 제거하기 위한 비중선별실험을 수행하였다. MGS를 이용하여 비중선별에 의해 비중이 높은 비소를 함유한 광물을 제거하고자 경사각, 세척수량, 광액농도, 드럼의 회전속도, 급광량에 따른 영향을 확인하였다. 실험결과 최적실험 조건인 MGS의 경사각 $3^{\circ}$, 세척수량 5 l/min., 광액농도 30%, 드럼 회전속도 208 rpm, 그리고 급광량 265.24 g/min. 에서 As 제거율과 산출율이 각각 88.21%와 92.25%인 결과를 얻었다. It comtained various kinds of heavy metal in beneficiatian tailing and in order to eliminate the heavy metals, various technologies have been researched, But there are a limits because many problems and restrictions are accompanied. Therefore, in this study, in order to solve this problem, It was performed gravity separation using melti-gravity seperator (MGS) to remove As contained in tailing, which can sort out even the fine particle. It was attempted a study to remove As, which is a kind of heavy metals, by MGS gravity separation and verified the impact by slope, wash water, pulp density, rotational speed and feed rate. In the results of performing gravity concentration under the condition with the MGS slope of $3^{\circ}$, wash water of 5 l/mm, pulp density of 30%, rotational speed of 208 rpm, and the feed rate of 265.24 g/mm, the As removal rate of 88.21% and yield of 92.25% were obtained.

      • 초고층 건축공사의 적정 거푸집 선정 방안 제시

        초고층 건물은 도시의 인구 밀집 현상으로 인해서 발생하는 지가의 상승과 가용 대지의 부족현상의 해결방법으로써 건설이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 초고층 건물은 일반 건물에 비해서 규모가 크고 시스템이 복잡하다. 이에 따라서 사업성을 확보하기 위해서는 효율적이고 체계적인 공정계획의 수립과 더불어 적절한 공법을 적용하여 공기 단축을 도모해야 한다. 특히 초고층 건축공사의 전체 공기 중 가장 많은 비중을 차지하는 골조공사는 공사의 성패를 좌우하며 이는 거푸집 공사의 중요성으로 이어진다. 그러나 초고층 건축공사에서 거푸집 선정 시에 일관된 프로세스가 부재하며 전반적인 측면에서 거푸집의 종합적인 분석을 통한 합리적이고 효율적인 거푸집 선정이 이루어지지 못하고 있으며, 일부 엔지니어의 경험적 판단에 의해서 선정되어지고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제의 해결을 위하여 본 연구에서는 기존의 실적자료를 바탕으로 하여 초고층 건축공사의 추세와 거푸집의 적용 현황을 분석하여 종합적인 측면에서의 거푸집 선정 기준과 흐름을 제시하고 이를 통해 종합적인 거푸집 선정 방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구에서 제시하는 적정 거푸집 선정 방안은 실적 자료를 토대로 거푸집 선정에 영향을 미치는 정량적·정성적 요소를 종합적으로 분석하여 정확도 및 신뢰성을 확보하였다, 기준과 일관된 프로세스를 제시하여 적정 초고층 거푸집 공사에서 거푸집 선정 시에 경험이 없는 엔지니어의 합리적인 거푸집 선정의 가이드라인과 방안이 되며 일반적인 거푸집 선정 시에도 합리적인 거푸집 선정을 도모하여 프로젝트의 성공적인 수행을 이끌 것이다. To solve the increasing prices of land and dense population problem in urban area, High-rise building construction has been built recently. However, high-rise building construction has the large of scale of project and complicated system so need to reduce the construction duration through a systematic and effective scheduling and appling proper method of construction for project profitability. Especially, construction using the frame is considered important because it has the largest duration of whole construction. The current selection process of proper form work in high-rise Building Construction, however, has not consistent, and has depended on the decisions of few engineers using experienced techniques without reasonable and effective selection of form work through overall analysis. To solve problem, therefore, this study analyzed current status of high-rise construction and present state of application through the performance data of high-rise building construction. Also, this study provide decision process for form work selection, with selection criteria and procedure, reference material for selection of proper form work method. In study provided decision process for proper form work selection guarantee that the accuracy and reliability through a using the performance data of high-rise building construction and comprehensive analyzing quantitative element, qualitative element. Also, proposed process and criteria, procedure in study is expected to help reasonable selection of form work of inexperienced engineers. And, in the generality of cases this study is expected to help reasonable selection of proper form work in high-rise Building Construction with achieving the successful project
