기존의 우편 영상의 인식 연구는 수신인의 주소 정보를 인식하는데 초점이 맞춰 있었다. 상대적으로 발송인의 주소 정보를 인식하려는 연구는 적었다. 다량우편물 발송 업체의 우편물의 인쇄품질 검증 처리 및 반송 처리 등 송신자 정보를 이용한 서비스 및 응용을 위하여 송신자 정보의 인식 연구는 필요하다. 이 논문은 SIFT (Scale Invariant Feature Transform)을 이용하여 우편 영상의 송신자를 인식하는 방법을 제안하고 인식 실험을 하였다. SIFT 방법은 우수한 인식률을 보이나 등록한 모델수에 비례하여 keypoint들을 매칭하는데 소요하는 시간도 증가하는 시간 문제와 우편 영상의 특성상 서로 다른 모델일지라도 유사한 keypoint가 많아 오인식되는 문제가 있었다. 이를 해결하기 위해 거리함수를 추가한 SIFT를 제안하고 시간과 성능을 비교 실험 하였다. 또한 모델을 등록하는 수작업 과정 없이 자동으로 모델을 등록하고 분류하는 방법도 제안한다. Previous post sender recognition study was focused on recognizing the address of receiver. Relatively, there was lack of study to recognize the information of sender's address. Post sender recognition study is necessary for the service and application using sender information such as returning. This paper did the experiment and suggested how to recognize post sender using SIFT. Although SIFT shows great recognition rate, SIFT had problems with time and mis-recognition. One is increased time to match keypoints in proportion as the number of registered model. The other is mis-recognition of many similar keypoints even though they are all different models due to the nature of post sender. To solve the problem, this paper suggested SIFT adding distance function and did the experiment to compare time and function. In addition, it is suggested how to register and classify models automatically without the manual process of registering models.

The purpose of this article is to re?evaluate Barth`s analysis of Anselm`s theological epistemology in Anselm: Fides Quaerens Intellectum. Barth understood Anselm`s theological epistemology embedded in the Proslogion II?IV as a mode of analogia fidei. The essence of the analogia fidei is faithfulness to the biblical revelation, that is, obedience to the Word of God and ultimately to the reality of God. Barth argued that his analysis of Anselm`s theological epistemology was based on his own research and interpretation of almost the entire works of Anselm. However, the Monologion which was written one year before the emergence of the Proslogion did not adopt a mode of the analogia fidei which Barth argued can be applied to the whole context of Anselm`s works. In the Monologion, Anselm did not depend on the authority of the Bible for the validity of his argument. Furthermore, he proved the existence of God not from the concept of God as in the case of Proslogion II but from creatures. This kind of proof is closer to the cosmological argument which was later promulgated by Aquinas. Moreover, in Monologion LXIV?LXVII the rational mind of a human being is suggested as the foundation of his theological epistemology. In this sense, the theological epistemology of the Monologion does not belong to analogia fidei but to analogia entis. Therefore, we need to re?evaluate Barth`s understanding of Anselm`s theological epistemology through a closer and meticulous research of Anslem`s other works such as the De Grammatico, the Meditationes and the Cur Deus Homo.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to identify the leadership factors of middle managers in public enterprises and to determine the relative importance and priority of the factors Methods A survey was conducted on 62 middle managers and practitioners in public enterprises, and the survey data were analyzed in a three-level hierarchical structure using the AHP method. Results The study found the following results. First, the importance of competency factors was higher than that of personality factors in the first stage factor evaluation. In the evaluation of the sub-factors in the second stage, the importance of the competency factors was observed in the order of communication competency, management competency, and job competency, and the personality factors appeared in the order of morality and sociality. Next, looking at the overall importance and priority of the sub-factors of the 3rd stage, problem solving, listening, fairness, honesty, responsibility, empathy, trust, motivation, respect, goal setting, compensation, conflict resolution, caring, healing, and modeling are in order. Conclusion In order to achieve sustainable growth of a public enterprise, the leadership of a middle manager who is ultimately in harmony with work-oriented competence and personality such as morality and sociality is required.
동적 윤곽선 모델을 이용한 PC 카메라 영상에서의 얼굴 윤곽선 추출

얼굴 추출은 휴먼 인터페이스와 생체 인식 및 보안을 위해 매우 중요한 분야이다. 본 논문에서는 동영상에서 얼굴의 윤곽선을 추출하기 위해, DCM(Dilation of Color and Motion)필터와 동적 윤곽선 모델(Active Contour Model)을 적용한다. 먼저, 본 논문에서 제안된 DCM 필터는 모폴로지의 팽창 연산이 적용된 얼굴 색상영상과 차영상을 결합하고 이를 다시 팽창한 것으로 동영상에서 복잡한 배경을 제거하고 얼굴 영역을 검출하기 위해 사용된다. 동적 윤곽선 모델은 초기 곡선에 영향을 많이 받으므로, 얼굴과 눈, 입의 기하학적인 비율을 이용하여 회전정도를 구한 후, 이를 이용하여 초기 곡선을 자동으로 설정한다. 에지가 약한 부분에서의 윤곽선 추출을 위해, 스네이크의 영상에너지로 에지영상과 밝기영상을 함께 사용하였다. 복잡한 배경이 있는 실내 환경에서 총 5명으로부터 양 눈이 보이는 다양한 헤드 포즈 영상을 25장씩 샘플링하여 총 125장에 대해 실험한 결과, 얼굴 윤곽선의 평균 추출률은 98.1%, 평균 처리시간은 0.2초로 나타났다. The extraction of a face is a very important part for human interface, biometrics and security. In this paper, we applies DCM(Dilation of Color and Motion) filter and Active Contour Models to extract facial outline. First, DCM filter is made by applying morphology dilation to the combination of facial color image and differential image applied by dilation previously. This filter is used to remove complex background and to detect facial outline. Because Active Contour Models receive a large effect according to initial curves, we calculate rotational degree using geometric ratio of face, eyes and mouth. We use edgeness and intensity as an image energy, in order to extract outline in the area of weak edge. We acquire various head-pose images with both eyes from five persons in inner space with complex background. As an experimental result with total 125 images gathered by 25 per person, it shows that average extraction rate of facial outline is 98.1% and average processing time is 0.2sec.
