      • 사출성형 조건 변화에 따른 도광판의 황화현산에 관한 연구

        Recently, the light guide plate (LGP), a component of the BLU, becomes thinner and larger than ever. In industrial field, specialized injection molding technique is applied to mold the ultra-thin LGP such as a ultra-high speed injection molding. Usually very high melt temperature is used for low viscosity. High injection speed and melt temperature lead to yellowing of LGP. In the present paper a series of injection molding experiment was performed under various injection molding conditions. Yellow index, CIE xy, spectral transmittance of sample were measured using the UV-Visible spectrophotometer. Systematic decrease of spectral transmittance in UV-B range was found as the melt temperature was higher. Yellow index and CIE xy were became higher near the gate location in LGP. From the result of analysis of variance, the main factor to affect for yellow index was mold temperature and that for spectral transmittance(at 315 nm) was melt temperature.

        Osteoarticular tuberculosis is often misdiagnosed as other disease because of a rare incidence and nonspecific clinical and radiographic presentation. Therefore, it is important to know clinical and radiographic presentations of osteoarticular tuberculosis and to diagnose in early phase. Especially, fistula formation is one of the most important clinical features which suspects osteoarticular tuberculosis. We report a case of ankle tuberculosis to be misdiagnosed as subtalar osteoarthritis and performed subtalar arthrodesis.

        동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중(中) 백지(白芷)가 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 방제(方劑)의 활용(活用)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        This report describes 94 prescriptions related to the use of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae main bl ended from Donguibogam. The following conclusions were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Radix Angelicae Dahuricae as a key component. 11.7% of wind. 10.6% of carbuncle and deep-rooted carbuncle. recorded the largest number of clinical frequency of the prescriptions in therapeutic use when Radix Angelicae Dahuricae was ta ken as a monarch drug in prescriptions, Prescriptions that utilize Radix Angelicae Dahuricae as t he main component are used in the treatment of apoplexy and carbuncle and deep-rooted carbuncle. headache. wound and they are also used for treating 26 different types of diseases. The prescriptions are compounded with Radix Angelicae Dahuricae as a monarch drug can ap ply to apoplexy, exogenous febrile disease, invasion by wind. wind-cold pathogen, wind-heat path ogen. epidemic disease, pestilence. bruise, bites, deficiency of liver and kidney, deficiency, phlegm-fire, phlegm-heat. The dosage of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae is 0.37g to 7.5g, however 3.75g has be en taken the most for clinical application. The function of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae is to expelling Wind and relieving pain, to expelling wound and forming muscle. to astrict and neutralizing poison. to expelling wind and to getting through body hole. to emit and relieving pain from the combination of drugs and prescriptions.

        유전체 다층 거울이 유기발광다이오드의 광효율 향상에 미치는 영향에 관한 광학 시뮬레이션 연구

        본 논문에서는 유전체 다층 거울을 이용해 구성된 파브리-페롯 미소공진 구조가 유기발광다이오드(OLED)의 광효율에 미치는 영향을 유한차분 시간영역법과 광선추적법을 결합해 분석하였다. SiN과 $SiO_2$ 층을 교대로 쌓아 구성한 유전체 다층박막의 적용은 미소공진 효과를 강화시켜 OLED의 발광 스펙트럼의 협소화를 유도하였고 광추출효율도 수 % 증가하였다. 유전체 다층박막의 두께를 최적화함으로써 특정 파장에 대해 미소공진 효과를 일으킬 수 있었고 이는 OLED 발광색의 순도를 증가시키는데 활용될 수 있다. 광추출효율을 극대화하는 전자수송층의 최적 두께는 발광파장에 따라 달라졌는데, 이는 유기층 물질이 보이는 굴절률의 분산 때문인 것으로 생각된다. The effects of a dielectric multilayer mirror on the efficiency of organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) were investigated by using optical simulation. Adoption of a dielectric mirror consisting of alternating SiN and $SiO_2$ layers narrowed the emission spectrum due to the microcavity effect, and increased the outcoupling efficiency by a few percent. The layer thicknesses of the dielectric mirror were adjusted to change the wavelength of the resonance mode, which may be used to increase the color purity.

        이동통신 주파수 핵심 우량대역에 관한 탐색 연구

        이동통신 서비스 제공을 위한 필수적인 요소자원인 주파수는 그 대역의 특성에 따라 사업자의 서비스 제공 경쟁력을 크게 좌우할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 주파수 자원에서도 상대적으로 우수한 특성을 가져 서비스 제공 상 우위를 가지며 경쟁정책적인 관리가 필요한 이동통신 주파수 대역을 핵심 우량대역이라고 정의한다. 이를 위해서 기술적 특성이 아닌 시장상황을 고려한 주파수의 활용성 및 경제적 효율성 측면의 4가지 기준(글로벌소싱 및 호환성, 비용-효율성, 주파수 활용 경험, 현재의 활용가능성)을 수립하였다. 이러한 기준들을 순차적으로 적용하여, 우량 주파수 대역 후보들을 추출하고 단계적인 평가기준을 통해서 현재시점에서의 최종적인 핵심 우량대역을 식별하였다. 또한 이러한 결과는 기술의 발전과 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화하는 특성을 보여준다. 본 연구의 분석결과는 이동통신 주파수에 대한 경쟁관리정책뿐만 아니라 할당정책에도 논리적 근거로 활용될 수 있는 실용적 의의를 지닌다. The characteristics of the spectrum, which are necessary for mobile telecommunication services, may determine the advantage of operators' competition for mobile services. We have a focus on the possibility that there would be the core spectrum within the frequencies. We define the core spectrum of frequencies in terms of 4 criteria (global source/roaming, cost-effectiveness, the experience of utilization and the possibility of use). They are based on the aspects of applicative and economic effectiveness by not technological and but market conditions. We have explored the current core spectrum by using the stepwise selection from these criteria. Our result indicates that the core spectrum may be movable with the development of technology and the flow of time. The results of this paper could be practically used as the reasonable justifications of the policies for not only the competition management but also the alignment about the frequencies for mobile telecommunication.

        『상한론(傷寒論)』 변병진단체계(辨病診斷體系)에 근거하여 작약감초탕(芍藥甘草湯)을 투여한 증례 2례

        Objective : 2 clinical cases were analyzed to report the improvement of patient having anger problem and patient of low leg pain treated by herb medication based on Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system. Methods : We collected 2 cases treated by Jagyakgamcho-tang according to a disease pattern identification diagnostic system and defined the conceptional meaning of each provision by analyzing each case. Results : Patients in 2 cases were cured by Jagyakgamcho-tang selected according to Shanghanlun provisions dualized with Je-Gang(提綱) and Jo-Moon(條文). Conclusions : This study suggests Shanghanlun provisions are the record of significant factors which are closely related with and aggravate disease.

        Objective : This study aims to explain the effect of Injinho-tang on Eczema which a Yangmyung-byeong patient has. Methods : This is a case report on a female patient who has been suffering from Eczema. According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, Injinho-tang was provided for six months. Results : After a series of Injinho-tang treatments, the patient's symptoms and result improved. Conclusions : This case study showed an effectiveness of using Injinho-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on Eczema.

        대양병(大陽病) 백호가인삼탕(白虎加人蔘湯)으로 호전된 건선 치험 1례

        Objective : This study reports the effect of Bekhogainsam-tang on psoriasis. Methods : This is a case report on a patient who has been suffering from psorasis. According to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions, Bekhogainsam-tang was provided for 47 days. The severity of psoriasis was evaluated by PASI score and pictures. Results : After taking Bekhogainsam-tang for 47 days, PASI score decreased $1.4{\rightarrow}0.2$ Conclusions : This case report showed an effectiveness of using Bekhogainsam-tang according to Diagnostic system based on Shanghanlun provisions on psoriasis.

        계지가갈근탕(桂枝加葛根湯)을 투여한 이명 증례 1례

        Objective : This study is aimed to report the outcomes of the treatment of a patient with tinnitus during 6 month. Methods : Basic patient's data was analyzed as a CARE guideline. And related symptom was measured with VAS. Results : The symptom of tinnitus reduced from 10 to 2 on VAS. And the symptom of feeling cold get lower. Conclusions : Gyejigagalgeun-tang improved the symptom of tinnitus on this study.

      • 항타말뚝과 비교한 현장타설말뚝의 지지력분석

        본 연구에서는 항타말뚝과 비교한 현장타설말뚝의 극한지지력을 하중전이함수를 적용하여 예측하였으며 이를 토대로 항타말뚝과 비교한 현장타설말뚝의 지지력을 현장재하시험 결과와 비교, 분석하였다. 비교, 분석은 하중전이함수들 중 응력 연화를 고려한 방법, 쌍곡선 함수법 및 탄소성 방법을 대표하는 Vijayvergiya의 방법, Castelli의 방법 및 2중 직선법을 적용하여 지반 종류에 따라 현장타설말뚝의 하중-변위관계를 산정하였다. 본 연구 결과 동일한 지반에 설치된 항타말뚝과 현장타설말뚝의 극한지지력은 총 주면마찰력의 차이로 인하여 항타말뚝이 더 큰 것으로 나타났으며 이러한 차이는 점토질 지반에서 보다는 모래질 지반에서 더 크게 나타났다. 같은 지지력을 발현하기 위해 필요한 말뚝 두부에서의 변위량은 항타말뚝보다는 현장타설말뚝에서 더 크게 나타났으며 현장타설말뚝이 극한지지력을 발현하기 위해 필요한 변위량과 이와 같은 크기의 지지력을 발현하는데 필요한 항타말뚝의 변위량과의 차이는 모래질 지반에서 가장 크게 나타났다. 현장타설말뚝과 항타말뚝의 말뚝직경과 길이의 비(LID)의 변화에 따른 극한지지력의 차이는 점토질 지반의 경우 일정한 것으로 나타났으나 모래질 지반에서는 LID의 비가 증가할수록 극한지지력의 차이가 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. In this study an iterative procedure for the analysis of drilled shafts was proposed on the basis of the load transfer mechanism. Special attention was given to the estimation of bearing capacity of drilled shafts which was compared with driven piles, and then with the results of pile load test. The load displacement at the pile head was calculated by load than sfer curves (t -z curves, q-z curves) by using Vljayvergiya, Castelli and hi -linear models. Bab ed on the analytical results, it is found that the behavior of drilled shafts is different from that of driven piles the smaller the skin friction mobilized at the pile-boil interface, the smaller the development of the bearing capacity. Hence the greater pile head movement is required to mobilize the same mainitride of bearing capacity. This trend is more noticeable in sand than in clay. It is also found that as the length-todiameter ratios increase, the dirtference of ultimate bearing capacity between drilled shafts and driven piles is becoming lass ger in sand, but it is minor in clay.
