          미국의 학교기반 위기대응팀에 대한 고찰과 시사점

          본 연구에서는 미국 학교위기대응체계 및 학교기반 위기대응팀과 위기개입을 살펴보고 그 시사점을 도출하여 국내의 학교기반 위기대응체계 구축 및 개선에 방향을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 미국과 한국의 학교기반 위기대응체계에 대한 국내외 문헌을 중심으로 문헌연구를 수행하였다. 미국의 학교기반 위기대응팀의 특징은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 미국은 학교기반 위기대응을 위한 기구와 재정이 법으로 명시되어있어서, 위기발생시 지역, 구, 학교의 역할과 책임소재가 명확하고, 단일한 위기관리 명령체계 구축으로 인한 혼선을 방지한다. 둘째, 학교위기사건 발생 시 학교는 사건지휘체계에 따라 전문위기대응에 관한 역할이 분담되고 위기대응팀과의 협력을 통해 사회 각 영역 간에 의사소통을 원활하게 조정한다. 셋째, 위기대응팀은 위기사건에 지치거나 압도당하지 않도록 팀 구성에 유연성을 발휘하면서 소진을 예방하고 있으며, 학교와 위기대응팀의 협력을 통해 학교자체의 위기역량강화에 초점을 둔다. 넷째, 미국의 학교기반 위기대응팀은 예방단계에서 장기화된 사후관리에 이르기까지 단계별 위기개입을 실시한다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 국내 학교기반 위기대응체계의 구축 및 개선에 주는 시사점을 논의하였다. In this study, the school crisis response system and intervention are examined in the U.S. by reviewing Crisis Response Team(CRT) to give a direction for establishing and improving the school crisis response system in Korea. To do this, a literature review has been conducted focusing on domestic and foreign literature on the school - based crisis response system about the U.S. and Korea. The characteristics of the school-based CRT in the U.S. are as follows. First, in the U.S., the organizational structure and financial support for school - based crisis response has been stated by law so that the roles and responsibilities of region, district, school have been clearly defined. Second, in the event of a school crisis, the school have been shared the role of professional crisis response according to the Incident Command System and coordinates communication smoothly between each area of society through cooperation with CRT. Third, CRT prevents burnout by showing flexibility in team composition so that CRT members are not tired or overwhelmed by a crisis event, and focuses on strengthening the crisis capability of the school itself through cooperation between the school and CRT. Fourth, the school-based CRT in the U.S. conducts a step by step crisis intervention from prevention to prolonged post management. Based on these results, implications for the establishment and improvement of school-based crisis response system in Korea are discussed.

          IT제품의 유니버설 디자인을 위한 사용실태조사

          This study investigated perceived discomfort and reasons related to use three information technology products (personal computer, mobile phone and digital television remote controller), and extracted the universal design factors. 240 people (30 females and 30 males for four age groups) participated in the one-to-one interview type of questionnaire, and replied to degree of discomfort at level of items and the reasons of discomfort at level of detailed elements for each product. As a result, almost all age groups answered that using input buttons of mobile phone and remote controller and watching display of mobile phone caused discomfort. Binary logistic regression of the detailed elements showed that response rate of discomfort mostly increased with age, except for specific elements such as shape of mouse and remote controller, and location of function button of mobile phone. Some of the detailed elements had high response rate of discomfort from all age groups. The age groups also showed similar tendency for the elements to select one alternative for the reason of discomfort, but not for sound volume and size of mobile phone and button sensitivity of remote controller. Finally, the universal design factors were extracted for each product based on the results, and divided into common factors and factors classified by the age group. Through this study, we identified using practices of various age groups and their demands for the products. It is expected that extracted detailed elements can be considered as important design factors to design the products universally.

        • 타이어 횡력 추정 시스템의 실험적 검증

          A parameter which determines vehicle dynamics is tire force. Tire force which works between road and vehicle gives information such as statement of tire or road friction. For those reasons, tire force is one of important information to realize advanced vehicle control system (AVCS). However, it is hard to measure tire force directly through sensors. Not only a sensor is expensive but installation of sensors on vehicle which drives very fast and on harsh environments is difficult problems. Because of those problems, estimation algorithms based on vehicle dynamic model are introduced to estimate tire force indirectly. In this thesis, lateral tire force is calculated from estimated variables. Unscented Kalman filter and Ensemble Kalman filter are used in this thesis for estimating variables with bicycle vehicle dynamic model.

          텍스트 마이닝을 이용한 주제기반의 기업인 네트워크 계층 분석

          다양한 고객의 요구를 만족시키기 위한 신제품 설계 및 개발의 필요성 때문에 중소기업간의 융합 활동의 중요성은 증대하고 있다. 특히, 최고 의사결정을 가지는 중소기업 대표는 적합한 융합 활동 파트너를 구하기 위해 인맥관리는 필수적이다. 한편 기업인들은 많은 양의 인맥을 형성하는 것이 중요할 뿐만 아니라 유사한 토픽정보를 가진 기업인과의 인맥관계를 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 그러나 중소기업의 현황 부재와 산업분야별 기업인들의 기술과 특성을 나타낼 수 있는 토픽정보를 수집하는데 어려운 한계가 존재한다. 본 논문에서는 토픽 추출기법을 통해 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하고 3가지 측면에서 기업 네트워크를 분석한다. 구체적으로 C, S, T-Layer 모델이 있으며 각각의 모델은 인맥의 양, 인맥 중심성, 토픽 유사성을 분석한다. 실 데이터를 통한 실험 결과, 인맥의 양이 적은 경우 중심성이 높은 기업과 네트워크를 강화하여 인맥 네트워크를 활성화 시켜야 할 필요가 있고, 토픽 유사성이 낮은 경우 주제 기반의 네트워크를 활성화 시켜야 할 필요가 있다는 것을 실험을 통해 확인하였다. The importance of convergence activities among business is increasing due to the necessity of designing and developing new products to satisfy various customers’ needs. In particular, decision makers such as CEOs are required to participate in networks between entrepreneurs for being connected with valuable convergence partners. Moreover, it is important for entrepreneurs not only to make a large number of network connections, but also to understand the networking relationship with entrepreneurs with similar topic information. However, there is a difficult limit in collecting the topic information that can show the lack of current status of business and the technology and characteristics of entrepreneur in industry sector. In this paper, we solve these problems through the topic extraction method and analyze the business network in three aspects. Specifically, there are C, S, T-Layer models, and each model analyzes amount of entrepreneurs relationship, network centrality, and topic similarity. As a result of experiments using real data, entrepreneur need to activate network by connecting high centrality entrepreneur when the corporate relationship is low. In addition, we confirmed through experiments that there is a need to activate the topic-based network when topic similarity is low between entrepreneurs.

        • gPROMS 를 이용한 가스터빈 복합화력발전 동적 성능 모델링 기법 개발

          Dynamic modeling of gas turbine combined cycle power plant was studied to analyze and simulate the performance, efficiency and dynamic behavior of the plant using process simulation technique. gPROMS process model builder was applied to describe and simulate the plant performance and some mathematical models were also established for gas turbine, HRSG and steam turbine parts. The gas turbine model consists of specific sub-models of compressor, combustor and turbine respectively to build rigorous model and for each component. Bottoming cycle including HRSG and steam turbine were also modeled to simulate their performance and dynamic behavior sophisticatedly. Finally, a combined cycle power plant performance and dynamic simulator was embodied in gPROMS model builder with characteristics of open source coding, flexible mathematical modeling and graphical user interface.
