재난 상황을 고려한 실내 대피경로 안내기술에 대한 동향 분석 및 비교연구

In this paper, the trend of evacuation path providing or guidance systems for safety on disaster situation is analyzed. For trend analysis, 31 papers of domestic and international, 29 patents of domestic, and the finished 9 national funded projects, which have been performed for recent 15 years are analysed. As the results of analysis, the previous researches were performed in the view of the guidance systems, but there is no study that can be used for peoples in dangerous situation until now. Also it has technical limitations in using indoor positioning technology for peoples. In this paper, therefore, we propose to use the indoor positioning technology for developing a novel evacuation guidance system for peoples in dangerous situation. It can be utilized to develop a novel evacuation guidance system which is considered indoor disaster situations. 본 논문은 재난 상황 발생 시 승객 및 대피자에게 안전하게 대피 경로를 제공하는 동향 분석에 관한 연구이다. 동향 분석을 위해 국내외 논문과 국내특허를 주로 살펴보았으며, 최근 15년 이내의 국내외 논문 31편, 국내 특허 29건, 논문을 통한 기 수행된 국가과제 9건을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 기존의 연구는 대피 유도 시스템 중심으로 수행되었으며, 대피자 관점에서 실제로 활용될 수 있는 수준의 실내 재난 대피 기술에 대한 연구는 전무한 것으로 나타났다. 이는 실내 공간에서 위치인식 기술의 부재 또는 한계점이 있는 것으로 파악되었고 이를 해소하기 위해 기술로 본 논문에서는 실내 위치인식기술의 활용을 제안하였다. 실내 재난 상황을 고려한 새로운 시스템 연구 및 개발의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

KEPCO(Korea Electric Power Co.) recommend DLMS(Device Language Message Specification) protocol for Electrical AMR(Auto Meter Reading). In this paper, we propose DLMS AMR System based on ZigBee Communication method. We also propose Gas, Water and another energy metering AMR system in addition to electrical AMR. We evaluate the performance of the proposed system by WPAN Bridge which combine AMR network to Home automation network.
전력설비 관리를 위한 무선 및 유선 통신 방법에 관한 고찰

Power plants maintenance data is to be sent to management server system via a communication network. In this case, reliable communication network is required. Transmission of the power plants maintenance data is used in the wired communication network or wireless communication network. PLC communication network is a kind of wired communication network. However PLC communication network is easily affected by noise. On the vulnerable areas in power line system, such as a mountain or rural areas, it is difficult to form a power line communication network. For a wireless communication, environment are also influenced factors in wireless communication. Harsh environmental factors are bring the communication characteristic degradation. In such areas it can be used a combination of two networks and in this way the complementary function can be achieved. Power plants are distributed in various regions across the country. The appropriate communication network is needed to maintain the power plant. This study investigated the effect of environment on the wired communication and wireless communication. It would examine a variable factor which is affect to the communication characteristic. We used PLC communication for wired communication network and ZigBee communication for wireless communication network. We investigated the characteristics of a single communication network and it raised the need for a complex communication technology to complement a single communication network.
