NGN (Next Generation Network)은 현재 IP기반의 네트워크 기능을 효과적으로 수용하면서 기존의 IP 및 전기통신 서비스뿐만 아니라 앞으로 예상되는 IP 기반 서비스를 효율적으로 제공하기 위한 표준 네트워크 프레임워크라고 여겨진다. 이를 표준화하기 위하여 ITU-T SG13 및 NGN-GSI (NGN-Global Standards Initiative)에서 ITU-T의 관련 연구 그룹들이 참여하여 요구되는 네트워크 및 서비스의 표준화를 매우 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 우리나라의 BcN도 ITU-T의 NGN 표준화 결과 및 국내 상황을 고려하여 표준모델을 설정하고, 이를 기반으로 IP 기반의 광대 역 고품질 네트워크 프레임워크 틀을 만들어 가고 있다. 본고는 이러한 국내외 상황을 고려한 BcN/NGN 표준화 동향 및 ITU-T NGN의 프레임워크 및 구조, NGN의 서비스 기능 구조, NGN의 자원 관리 및 제어, 유무선 통합 (Fixed Mobile Convergence) 및 NGN Security 구조 등의 표준화 동향에 대하여 기술한다.
대한치주과학회지에 게재된 논문의 통계방법 평가(2000-2006)

Purpose: This article is purposed to present the correct statistic method by pointing out the statistical errors after analyzing the method of articles that were published in Korean Academy Journal of Periodontology and made statistic processes in them. Methods: 488 science papers which being put in Korean Academy Journal of Periodontology published from 2000 to 2006 was divided according to year. Results: In the 308 articles that applied statistic methods, 59 articles (50.0%), the largest portion of all, were included the case that applied incorrect parametric statistic method when needed to apply parametric statistics and 38 articles (32.2%) were included in the case that applied incorrect parametric statistic method when needed to apply non-parametric statistics. Conclusions: It is necessary to present the cases of inappropriate statistical methods in order to improve the quality of academic researches. Also, to apply adequate methods of statistics, it is suggested to report the articles periodically which are comparing and analyzing the statistical methods that are applied in the international articles in periodontal field.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the strengthening efficiency of stainless helical pin for external cray brick wall through the pull out test, and suggest proper distance of helical pin. This study was to draw the optimal conclusion by comparing the results of indoor experimental strength test and the field strength test at the old building that have passed 15 years of age and the performance test report of the UK. The results of this study confirmed the strengthening performance of the helical pin. In the case of the ∅9mm helical pin, the appropriate distance is @85cm in the case of cement brick wall base, and @90cm in the case of concrete wall base. However, continuous research is required on the improvement of the stiffness of 0.5B cement brick wall and the stiffness reduction of the base wall due to old age.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the improvement on load carrying capacity of helical steel pipe pile which has projected surface at the tip. Each type of helical steel pipe pile models was made with soil concrete and tested under a constant axial load and compared each load carrying capacity. This documents based on the experimental and analytical findings.
자가근막이완운동과 스포츠마사지가 남자 대학생의 운동수행력 및 피로회복에 미치는 영향

PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of self-myofascial release exercise (SMR) and sports massage (SM) treatment on exercise performance and fatigue recovery in male college students. METHODS: Twelve male college students (23.41±1.24 years, 174.33±6.75 cm, 71.57±9.63 kg, 17.01±6.48% fat) participated in the study. Subjects were randomly assigned to either an experimental treatment (SMR or SM) or control (CON). All subjects were performed with 1st treatment (CON, SMR, SM) for 10 minutes in the lower limbs before isokinetic exercise and Wingate test. After 1st treatment, Wingate test was performed for 30 seconds after performing isokinetic exercise at 240°/sec left and right 28 times. After isokinetic exercise and Wingate test (All-out), 2nd treatment was performed for 10 minutes. In order to analyze creatine kinase (CK) and lactate, blood was collected and measured 9 times in total. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in the left and right endurance, maximal power, and total workload of the extension and flexor muscles measured by isokinetic exercise. In addition, there was no significant difference in the mean power (p=.116), maximum power (p=.214), fatigue index (p=.236), and total workload (p=.108) during Wingate test. In the case of CK and lactate levels, there was also no significant difference in treatment (CON, SMR, SM) and interaction effect except over time (p=.000, p=.000 respectively). CONCLUSIONS: In conclusion, it seems that fatigue recovery and exercise performance are not affected by self-myopia relaxation exercise and sports massage treatment for 10-minute before and after exercise.

Mobile VPN 은 ISP 또는 사업망으로 원격 작업자가 매체 독립적인 연결성을 제공하는 기술로써, 추가적인 장비 구입 비용 및 유지 비용을 줄 일 수 있는 효과적인 방안이다. NGN 에서 세션 기반의 이동성 관리를 할 수 있는 Mobile VPN 서비스를 위한 몇 가지 필요 요소 및 기술 방안을 제시함으로써 앞으로 차세대 인터넷에서의 향상된 VPN 서비스를 위한 효과적인 대응방안이 될 것이다.

The Tuned Pendulum Slab Damper(TPSD)system is mainly composed of suspended pendulum slab which was hanging with cable wire from the top floor of building without any extra loads structurally, and can be helpful to reduce vibration with effect of tuned mass damper function by the principle of pendulum movement. The experiment was performed with miniatures of the 30stories of steel structure building by the forced vibration test using shaking table, and the result was reduced about 42% of vibration. The purpose of this study was to make analysis of application of the TPSD system to new building and exist building against strong wind or seismic wave. The result of this study was that the TPSD system shall be satisfactory in field of execution, process control, safety and economical efficiency with saving up to 70% of construction cost.
