라이브 커머스(Live commerce) 이용자의 감정반응 요인이 실용적 가치와 헤도닉 가치를 통해 충성도에 미치는 영향

The users of live commerce prefer to make contact-free consumption due to COVID-19. Applying the characteristics of users of domestic live commerce to the three important factors of emotional response theory, this study aims to empirically study the causal relationship between these factors and loyalty through utilitarian and hedonic values. For this, a research model, emphasizing the users' emotions, to which three factors of emotional response (PAD) theory are applied is suggested. In order to empirically verify this research model, a survey was conducted targeting college students and regular adults in Seoul and Suwon who had used live commerce. The results of the study are as follows; (1) pleasure has a positive effect on the utilitarian value, but did not have a positive effect on the hedonic value; (2) arousal (immersion) did not has a positive effect on the utilitarian value, but have a positive effect on the hedonic value; (3) dominion has a positive effect on the utilitarian value, but did not have a positive effect on the hedonic value. As the community among users gets activated, emotions are shared and pleasure is added. As a result, users naturally become loyal customers of the brand. 라이브 커머스 이용자들은 신종 코로나바이러스 감염증(코로나19)으로 비대면 접촉방식의 쇼핑을 선호하고 있다. 본 연구는 국내 라이브 커머스 서비스 이용자 특성을 감정반응 이론의 세가지 중요한 요인에 적용하여, 실용적 가치와 헤도닉 가치를 통해 이들 요인들과 충성도 간에 인과관계를 실증 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위해 이용자가 느끼는 감정들을 강조한 감정반응(P A D ) 이론의 세 가지 요인들을 적용한 연구모형을 제시했다. 본 연구모형을 실증적으로 검증하기 위해 라이브 커머스를 이용한 경험이 있는 서울・수원 대학생 및 일반 성인들 168명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시했다. 연구 결과 첫째, 즐거움은 실용적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 헤도닉 가치에는 긍정적 인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 각성(몰입)은 실용적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않았지만, 헤도닉 가치에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 지배는 실용적 가치에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지 만, 헤도닉 가치에는 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 이용자들 간의 커뮤니티가 활성화되면서 감성을 공유하면서 재미가 가미되었을 때 이용자들은 자연스레 그 브랜드의 충성 고객이 된다.

홍채패턴의 특징추출 알고리즘에 관한 연구

In this paper, Algorithm of efficient iris pattern transformation is discussed. To represent iris signature's frequency characteristics, Fourier transform, Gabor filtering, Discrete Walsh Hadamard Transform and wavelet transform are proposed. Considering the consistency between same person's iris and the discrimination between different person's iris ,the goodness is defined by using correlation. Based on the goodness, three transform algorithm are compared and analyzed. STFT can obtain the information about where the frequency characteristics actually occur in the signal .But, It is difficult to analyze the frequency characteristics accurately because the size of window is invariable. In contrast, by Gabor filtering and wavelet transform, analysis of specific frequency components according to the position of the signal is possible and we can take appropriate space resolution with frequency variation. It was found out that the Gabor filtering and the wavelet transform has better consistency and discrimination than the iris signature. Beacuse base functions of the Haar wavelet can represent the characteristics well because of their very simple shape like the step functions. So transformed signal by Haar wavelet transform is more discriminative than the signal by the Gabor filtering.

우주비행체 추진기관 기술 현황 및 발전 방향

인공위성, 우주탐사선 등에 사용되는 우주비행체 추진시스템은 1950년대 말부터 개발되기 시작하였으며 특수한 용도로 활용되는 전기추진을 제외하면 현재까지도 대부분 하이드라진 계열 추진제를 이용한 화학 추진시스템이 주로 사용되고 있다. 최근에는 추진제의 독성을 줄이거나 더 높은 효율을 얻기 위한 연구들이 활발히 진행되고 있으며 대표적으로는 친환경 추진 및 고효율 전기추진에 대한 연구가 있다. 본 논문에서는 향후 우주 추진기관의 연구 방향을 결정하기 위해 우주비행체 추진시스템 현황을 정리하였으며 국내의 우주비행체용 추진기관 발전 방향에 대해 소개하였다. Development of spacecraft propulsion system was started from the end of 1950s. However, except the electric propulsion for special use, hydrazine and MMH propulsion system is still widely used for spacecraft propulsion system. Recently, many studies for future spacecraft propulsion system are in proceeding, like low toxic green propellant and high efficiency propulsion system for space exploration. In this paper, development status and prospects of spacecraft propulsion system will be introduced to set up direction of development.

변혁적·진정성 리더십이 중·소기업의 조직성과에 미치는 영향

Recently transformational leadership has become an object of many researchers’ attentions as the most effective leadership to strengthen competitiveness of a company in rapidly changing management environment. In order to search an alternative to overcome limits of transformational leadership, this research empirically studied how transformational and authentic leaderships had influences on organizational performance i.e., job satisfaction, innovative behavior and productivity with a moderating effect of an employee’s tenure and LMX, and a mediating effect of trust in CEO. As the empirical analysis results, as direct effects, transformational and authentic leaderships had all positive influences on job satisfaction, innovative behavior and productivity. However, as indirect effects, an employee’s continuous service period did not have a regulation effect and LMX had the effect only when authentic leadership was applied, not with transformational leadership. Also, trust in CEO exerted a perfect mediating effect. Particularly, it exercised the highest influence in the process of authentic leadership-LMX-trust in CEO-innovative behavior. In addition, as a comparison analysis result on transformational leadership and authentic one, the effect of the latter showed slightly higher than the former in a small or medium-sized company. 변혁적 리더십이 급변하는 경영환경 속에서 기업의 경쟁력을 강화시키기에 가장 효과적인 리더십으로 많은 연구자들의 관심의 대상이 되고 있음은 주지(周知)의 사실이다. 본 연구에서는 변혁적 리더십의 한계성을 극복할 수 있는 대안을 찾는 차원에서 변혁적 리더십과 진정성 리더십이 조직성과(직무만족, 혁신행동, 생산성)에 미치는 영향을 구성원의 근속기간과 LMX의 조절효과와 CEO 신뢰의 매개효과에 연구중점을 두고 주제어들 간의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 실증적인 분석을 해본 결과, 직접효과 면에서는 변혁적 리더십과 진정성 리더십은 직무만족, 혁신행동, 생산성에 모두 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만, 간접효과 면에서는 근속기간은 조절효과가 없는 것으로 나타났고, LMX는 변혁적 리더십을 적용할 경우 에는 조절효과가 없으나, 진정성 리더십을 적용할 경우에는 조절효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 CEO 신뢰는 완전매개효과를 발휘하는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 진정성 리더십-LMX-CEO 신뢰-혁신행동의 경로에서 가장 높은 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 중․소기업에서 변혁적 리더십과 진정성 리더십의 효과를 비교 분석해본 결과는 비슷하나, 진정성 리더십의 효과가 약간 높게 나타났다.

달탐사용 200N급 하이드라진 추력기 지상 모델 개발

항국항공우주연구원에서는 달탐사를 위한 기초 연구로 지상용 추진시스템 개발을 수행하고 있다. 달 탐사를 위한 추진시스템은 탐사선의 크기와 중량를 고려하여 하이드라진 단일추진제 추진시스템을 적용하는 것을 기본으로 하고 있으며 이에 따라 지상용 추진시스템도 단일추진제 추진시스템을 채용하고 있다. 행성탐사를 위한 추진시스템은 궤도 변경을 위한 가속/감속을 수행하기 위해 대형 추력기가 요구되며 이러한 요구조건을 만족하기 위해 본 연구에서는 지상 추력 기준으로 200N 급의 지상용 추력기를 개발하는 것을 목표로 연구를 진행 중에 있으며 현재는 설계 검증을 위한 반응기 시험을 수행 중에 있다. 본 논문에서는 200N 급 지상용 추력기의 설계 및 시험 결과를 소개하고 향후 개발 계획에 대해 서술할 예정이다. As a preliminary study for lunar exploration, KARI is developing lunar lander propulsion system ground model from 2010. The baseline of propulsion system for lunar orbiter and lander is monopropellant hydrazine propulsion system because of the size and mass of the lunar explorer, so, the ground model also uses the same system. Since the large del-V will be necessary for lunar and planetary mission, the large size kick engines have to be used for the acceleration and deceleration of spacecraft. To satisfy these requirements, a development of 200N class hydrazine thruster is in progress. In this paper, the thruster design and reactor hot firing test result will be presented.
