Most of the existing web caches are used in huge organizations. But many internet users belong to small organizations such as a venture company or a PC room. Users are in general in multiple window environments, and use several programs concurrently with rapid preference change within a relatively short period of time. We develop a network-path based algorithm. It organizes a cache according to the network paths of the requested URLs and builds a network cache farm where caches are logically connected with each other and each cache has its own preference over certain network paths. The algorithm has been implemented and tested in a real site. The performance results show that the new algorithm outperforms the existing algorithms in the hit ratio and response time dramatically with low cost.

We report design and synthesis of the novel TRPV1 ligands through a rational approach. Simplified analogues of 12(S)-HPETE showing TRPV1 agonistic effect are disclosed. Biological evaluation revealed that substitution of functional groups without any change in conformation converted agonist into antagonist. Our work provided key information with regard to TRPV1 agonist/antagonist switching.
슬관절 치환술을 받은 노인 환자에서 재활 환자 재택의료 시범 사업의 효과

Objective:This study aimed to analyze the effectiveness of a nationwide “Rehabilitation at Home Care Pilot Program” for older people following total knee replacement (TKR). Methods: Data were collected from December 2020 to July 2022 across seven university hospitals, focusing on elderly patients aged 60 and older who underwent TKR. A retrospective analysis was performed on educational counseling records, examining changes in the Berg Balance Scale (BBS) and pain intensity measured by the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) before and after the intervention. Results: A total of 296 patients were included, with an average age of 72 years. Among the participants, 41 were male (13.9%), and 255 were female (86.1%), indicating a predominance of women in this cohort. The average time from surgery to participation in the home rehabilitation program was 2.36 days. Over a 22-day period, the BBS score improved significantly from 15.95 to 40.49, resulting in a mean change of 24.53 points (p < 0.0001). Pain intensity decreased from 4.19 to 3.35, indicating a reduction of 0.84 points (p < 0.0001). Participants also demonstrated increased weight-bearing capacity and a reduced reliance on walking aids. Conclusion: Rehabilitation at Home Pilot Program significantly enhanced balance and reduced pain levels among older people post-TKR. Further studies incorporating control groups are essential for a more accurate assessment of the program's effectiveness. Standardizing evaluation methods across participating institutions is also recommended. The continuation and potential expansion of this program are expected to further improve patient outcomes in the future.

Ultrasonography is an essential imaging tool to diagnose and treat the musculoskeletal pathologies of the elbow. In this review article, ultrasound findings of common elbow pathologies were described according to the pain areas. In addition, various injections such as steroids, biologics (platelet-rich plasma and autologous whole blood), dextrose, and botulinum toxin were explained focusing on lateral epicondylitis of the elbow.
An Intra-domain Network Topologyd Discovery Algorithm

A network topology has been an important factor for an efficient network management, but data collection for the network configuration has been done manually or semi automatically by a network administrator or an expert. Requirements to generate an intro-domain network topology ar usually either all IP addresses with subne $t^ernet mask or the network identification of all IP addresses. The amounts of traffic are generally high in the semi-automatic system due to using large number of low-level protocols and commands to get rather simple data. In this paper, we propose an algorithm which can be executed with only publicly available input. It can find all IP addresses as well as the network boundary of an intra-domain by using an intelligent method developed in this algorithm. The collected data will be used to draw a network map automatically by using a proposed network topology generation algorithm.hm.
