새로운 스트레인 인가장치를 이용한 광섬유 링 레이저의 파장가변 특성

광섬유 링 레이저의 출력파장 가변을 위해서 신뢰성있는 새로운 스트레인 인가장치를 제작하고 이 장치를 이용하여 파장가변 광섬유 링 레이저를 구현하였다. 제작된 광섬유 링 레이저의 출력파워는 -12 dBm이었으며, 선폭은 0.05 nm이었다. 새로운 스트레인 인가장치를 이용하여 광섬유에 8000 $\mu$ strain을 인가하였을 때 광섬유 링 레이저의 출력파장은 약 10 nm 가변되는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. We fabricated a tunable fiber ring laser consisting of a novel strain device and fiber Bragg gratings. The lasing power and FWHM bandwidth of the optical fiber ring laser was -12dBm and 0.05nm respectively. The fiber ring laser was tuned as much as 10nm at a 8000.

Phalloides syndrome has usually occurred after incidental mushroom ingestion. It is sometimes difficult to differentiate toxic mushrooms from edible ones, especially in lay person because of their morphological similarities. In Korea, Amanita virosa and Amanita subjunquillea have been reported as a cause of fulminant hepatic failure in mushroom poisoning (phalloides syndrome). We report a case of phalloides syndrome who came to death with fulminant hepatic failure even though we planned liver transplantation and used T-PLS(R) (Twin Pulse Life Support) for hemodynamic support while waiting for the donor.
나노 오일을 이용한 압축기 습동부 재질의 윤활 특성 향상에 관한 연구

Performance of refrigerant oil at the thrust-bearing and at the journal-bearing of a scroll compressor is a significant factor. This paper presents the friction and anti-wear characteristics of nano oil with a mixture of a refrigerant oil and carbon nano particles. The characteristics of friction and anti-wear using nano-oil is evaluated using the disk on disk tester for measuring friction surface temperature and the coefficient of friction. The average friction coefficient of nano-oil was reduced by 60% compared to raw oil under 600 N and 1,000 rpm. It is believed that the interaction of nano particles between surfaces can be improved the lubrication in the friction surfaces. Worn surfaces of frictional specimen were also investigated by the optical and atomic force microscopy. Conclusively, it is expected that wear and friction coefficient of compressor can be reduced by alignment applying nano-oil as refrigerant oil.
경량전철 교량 상부구조의 주행열차하중에 의한 진동 및 소음 분석

Running train is one of the most main factor for railway bridge vibration. The repeated forces with equidistant axles cause the magnification of dynamic responses which relates with maintenance of the track structure and structure-borne noises. The noise problem is one of the most important issues in services of light rail transit system which usually passes through towns. The noise of railway bridges can be divided into the noise from track-vehicle system and structure-borne noises. In the present study, The vibration and noise of the LRT bridge will be investigated with utilizing dynamics responses from moving train as input data for noise analysis.
백서의 패혈증 모델에서 시간에 따른 폐조직에서의 Inducible Nitric Oxide Synthase 발현

Purpose: Many studies on the time course of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) gene expression have been performed in the LPS (Lipopolysaccharide)-induced endotoxemic model, but there have been few experimental approaches to continuous peritonitis-induced sepsis model. We conducted this study to establish basic data for future sepsis-related research by investigating the time course of iNOS gene expression and the relationship with the production of inflammatory mediators in the early sepsis model induced by cecal ligation and puncture (CLP). Methods: Male Sprague-Dawley rats were operated on by sing the CLP method to induce of peritonitis; and then, they were sacrificed and samples of blood and lung tissues were obtained at various times (1,2,3,6,9 and 12 h after CLP). We observed the expression of iNOS mRNA from lung tissues and measured the synthesis of nitric oxide, IL-1β, and TNF-αfrom the blood. Results: iNOS mRNA began to be expressed at 3 h and was maintained untill 12 h after CLP. The nitric oxide concentration was increased significantly at 6 h, reached its peak level at 9 h, and maintained a plateau untill 12 h after CLP. TNF-αbegan to be detected at 3 h, increased gradually, and decreased steeply from 9 h after CLP. IL-1βshowed its peak level at 6 h after CLP, and tended to decrease without significance. Conclusion: We observed that the iNOS gene was expressed later in peritonitis-induced sepsis than in LPSinduced sepsis. Nitric oxide and key inflammatory mediators were also expressed later in peritonitis-induced sepsis than in LPS-induced sepsis. (J Korean Soc Traumatol 2008;21:120-127)

성능지수는 제어 대상이 되는 구조물의 응답과 제어기의 성능에 관한 가중함수로 구성되어 있다. 따라서 가중함수의 설계에 따라 성능지수가 변화되며 제어 효율이 달라진다. 본 논문에서는 최적 능동제어 알고리듬의 일종인 시간 영역에서의 성능지수를 고려한 LQR기법과 LQG기법 및 주파수 영역에서의 성능지수를 고려한 H₂기법에 대하여 동일한 가중함수를 적용하여 제어 성능인 제어율과 제어력을 비교하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 그러나, LQG기법은 모든 상태 변수를 알아야 하는 LQR기법의 한계를 극복할 수 있으며 LQR기법과 동일 수준의 제어율과 제어력을 보이고 있고 출력 제어라는 장점을 고려하면 현실적인 기법이라고 말할 수 있다. 마지막으로 구조물 응답과 제어기의 주파수 특성을 고려하여 주파수 필터의 가중함수를 설계하는 H₂기법을 분석하였다. H₂기법은 제어력을 저주파수 영역에 집중시킬 수 있기 때문에 구조물 응답을 효과적으로 제어할 수 있는 방법으로 분석되었다.
