한우에서 거세에 의한 Testosterone 결핍이 사이토카인의 변화에 미치는 영향 연구

The purpose of this study is to determine the changes of cytokines and immune cells in blood in castrated Hanwoo. The cytokine production and the number of immune cells were determined by collecting blood from jugular vein before castration and on 1, 7, and 28 days then after. Results of the hematological test showed that the number of leukocyte tend to increase after castration, and it significantly decreased on day 7 and day 28 (P<0.05). Lymphocytes decreased significantly on day 1 and 7 (P <0.05), and then recovered as in neutrophils on day 28. The levels of serum testosterone, TNF-a, IL-6, and anti-inflammatory IL-10 significantly decreased (P<0.05) after castration. There was also a decrease in IL-2, IFN- γ, and IL-4 but showed no significant difference when compared to intact ones. These results suggest that testosterone-deficiency does not affect the number of immune cells in blood, but has a close relationship with cytokine production.

본 연구는 2016년 3월 2일 법안으로「국민보호와 공공안전을 위한 테러방지법」이 국회를 통과했다. 또한 2015년 1월 1일부터 시행된「화학물질관리법」에 의거 유독물질, 허가물질, 제한물질 또는 금지물질, 사고대비물질, 그 밖에 유해성 또는 위해성이 있거나 그러할 우려가 있는 화학물질을 유해화학물질로 정하고,「화학물질관리법」제13조에 따라 “화학사고란” 시설교체 등 작업 시 작업자의 과실, 시설 결함, 노후화, 자연재해, 운송사고 등으로 인하여 화학물질이 사람이나 환경에 유출, 누출되어 발생하는 일체의 상황을 규정하고 있다. 화학물질사고에 대한 각 연도별 사고현황, 사고유형, 사고원인, 사업장 규모, 업종, 사고물질 등의 조사 및 분석을 통해 화학사고 발생의 문제점을 분석하여 결론을 도출하였다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 화학테러에 대한 측정가능 장비를 활용한 대응방안과 교육프로그램을 연구하고 테러대응 매뉴얼개정을 제시하였다. In mobile industry, using a metal frame of devices is rapidly increased for thin and stylish designs. However, fabricating metal is one of the difficult processes because the sophisticated control of equipment is required during the whole machining time. In this study, we present an efficient multivariate monitoring procedure for the metal frame process in mobile device manufacturing. The effectiveness of the proposed procedure is demonstrated by real data from the mobile plant in one of the leading mobile companies in South Korea.

Aromatherapy is used in many diseases nowdays. And, Aromatherapy is similar to historical oriental medicine. Moreover, Aroma is a popular alternative medicine like oriental medicine in these days. We used for all kinds of diseases with aroma herbs, especially in ENT and dermatological disese. We must be a bridge over oriental and western medicine with aromatherapy, because it will help reduce stress in pschosomatic disorder. We have to accept aromatherapy as oriental medicine paradigm for better holistic medicine. Method :We analyzed 20 herbs difference and similarity both aroma herb and oriental herb. We reseach for a scientific name, family, therapeutic region, efficacy, perfumery note, nature. The results were as follows: 1. Most of herbs are similar to each other in the treatment. Top, middle, bottom is similar to sam-cho(三焦) sang-cho, zhong-cho, ha-cho, and But futher reseach is needed for development of Oriental medicine. 2. We find out much similarity between oriental herbs and aromatic herbs and qi-mi ron(氣味論) is useful to analyze them 3. We find out difference mechanism between GI absortion and nasal inhalation. 4. Other Aroma herbs must be analyzed by oriental oriental medical thought, for example, seung-gang-bu-chim(昇降浮沈), gui-gyong(歸經), and so on. 5. Aromatic oriental medicine ways are developed like aromatic therapy.

마을단위의 폐기물관리개선 방안을 제시하기 위하여 전국의 14개 군을 현지 방문하여 마을단위의 폐기물관리계획 및 처리실태를 파악하였고 농촌폐기물의 관리실태 및 처리현황을 살펴보았다. 또한 2개 마을을 선정하여 마을에서 배출되는 생활폐기물의 발생량과 성상을 조사하고, 농촌지역에서 노천소각후의 소각잔재물을 채취하여 Pb 등 7개 중금속을 분석하였다. 1. 마을단위쓰레기종량제와 재활용품 분리수거 여부 등을 파악하기 위하여 담당공무원 및 마을이장을 대상으로 한 설문서의 회신율은 담당공무원 70.3%, 이장 31.8%이었다. 2. 농촌지역의 생활쓰레기의 발생량은 A마을 48.6g/인/일, B마을 54.3g/인/일로 나타나 전국의 생활폐기물 발생량 1.05kg/인 보다 적게 나타났으며 이러한 원인은 재활용품이 제외되고 가연성 물질을 소각하기 때문인 것으로 판단된다. 3. 조사대상 14개 군의 마을단위쓰레기종량에 영향을 미칠 것으로 생각되는 인구구조의 고령화단계를 살펴보면 2개 군은 고령화사회, 8개 군은 고령사회, 4개 군은 초고령사회에 해당하였고, 재정자립도와 청소예산재정자립도 평균은 각각 16.1%, 17.9%로 나타나, 전국 평균(57.2%, 31.4%)보다 크게 낮아 농촌지역의 마을단위쓰레기종량제 정착에 저해요인의 하나로 판단된다. In order to improve the waste management system for the unit of small villages, we visited 14 counties nationwide and investigated the present conditions of the farming and fishing villages on waste management. First, we selected one concentrated residential type village and one separated residential type village. Then we investigated the quantities and the characteristics of the domestic wastes generated from the 2 sample villages that we chose early on. The concentration of 7 heavy metals in open burned residuals was analyzed. The results are as follows: (1) We distributed the 799 questionnaires to public servants (83 Gun, 716 Myon) and 337 questionnaires to residents. n accordance with a result of questionnaire on the Volume-Based Waste Fee System, the rate of participated questionnaire was 70.3% from public servants and 31.8% from residents. (2) From the survey on two chosen villages, the generation of municipal waste was 48.6g/person/day in A Village, 54.3g/person/day in B Village. This amount was smaller than that of national average of 1.05kg because of excluding recyclable wastes and some of incinerated combustible waste. (3) The 14 counties entered the aged society. There were 2 aging societies, 8 aged societies and 4 super-aged societies. And the average ratios of Public financial independence and waste budget of financial independence were 16.1% and 17.9% respectively. These are lower than that of national average of 57.2% and 31.4%. This indicates that these factors seemed to be operated with the hindrance insettling Volume-Based Waste Fee System in the small villages.
신속 진단 킷트를 활용한 한우 송아지의 설사증 원인체 검사

Calf diarrhea is a disease experienced by almost all of calves after birth and is one of the representative causes of damage to farmers due to mass mortality and of economic losses to them by inhibiting normal growth. In this study, we conducted quick detection of etiologic agents of diarrhea by using a rapid diagnostic kit to multiply diagnose antigens of five etiologic agents of calf diarrhea (rotavirus, coronavirus, Escherichia coli, Cryptosporidium, Giardia) in Hanwoo (Korean native cattle) calves. When the positive antigen proportion of the calf diarrheal feces for each farm was analyzed, rotavirus, coronavirus, Escherichia coli, Cryptosporidium, and Giardia showed antigen positive rates of 0∼67%, 0∼20%, 0∼60%, 0∼20%, and 0∼67%, respectively. With regard to the antigen positive rate by age in days after birth, 1-week-old calves showed the antigen positive rate of 20% in rotavirus and 20% in Giardia, and 2-week-old calves showed that of 50% in rotavirus. In addition, 4-week-old calves showed the antigen positive rate of 10% in rotavirus, 10% in coronavirus, 10% in Escherichia coli, and 30% in Giardia, and 8-week-old calves showed the antigen positive rate of 17% in coronavirus, 50% in Escherichia coli, 17% in Cryptosporidium, and 33% in Giardia. Based on the results of this study, the etiologic agents of diarrhea in Hanwoo calves for each farm are widely distributed. Although younger than 2-week-old calves were strongly positive for rotavirus, older than 4-week-old calves were highly positive for Giardia and Escherichia coli. In conclusion, we considered that a rapid diagnostic kit is an effective method for quick detection of etiologic agents and would be helpful for cattle farmers and veterinarians to select appropriate therapeutic method.
