This paper studies on the design of a looper control system for hot strip mill finisher using ILQ(Inverse Linear Quadratic optimal control) control method. The loopers are placed between each rolling stands and looper control plays an important role in regulating strip tension. The strip tension is controlled by raising and lowering the looper and by changing the speed of main work rolls. Firstly, it is shown from a nonlinear dynamic simulation that the strip tension is more influenced by difference of rolling speed than that of the looper angle. Secondly, a servo controller of the looper is designed using ILQ control method of which the characteristics and algorithms are simply introduced. Finally, the performances of the ILQ servo controller are compared with those of the LQI servo controller from computer simulation. In result, it is shown that the proposed ILQ servo controller has the better performances and robustness far parameter perturbations and disturbances than those of LQI controller.

This is the study on causes and remedies of hearing disturbance in chinese medical journals(1991-1993). The results were as follows. 1. The causes of sudden deafness(突發性耳聾) were usually fire in the liver(肝火).phlegmatic fire(痰火), deficiency of the vital function and essence of the kidney(腎虛), blood stasis or sludge due to stagnation of vital energy stagnation(氣滯血瘀). Remove endogenous heat or fire method(淸瀉火熱法). circulation of phlegm and dampness(運化痰濕). using tonics to cure disease due to deficiency of vital essence of both the liver and the kidney(滋補肝腎) were used for each treatment. 2.The causes of menieres disease were usually mental disturbance due to phlegmatit fire(痰化上搖). dampness-phlegm long standing(痰濕內停), water-dampness retention(水濕停滯), Method of remove heat and circulation phlegm(淸熱化痰法), method of remove water and dampness(利水渗濕法), invigorate function of the spleen and circulation of dampness method(健脾化濕法) were used for each treatment. 3. The causes of toxico-deafness(中毒性 耳聾) were usually heart, liver and kidney functional weakness(心肝腎虛), vital essence and blood weakness(氣血虛弱). Remove obstruction in the flow and circulation phlegm(通窮化痰), reinforce vital energy and tonify blood (補氣活血), using tonics to cure disease due to deficiency of vital essence of both the liver and the kidney(滋補肝腎) were used for each treatment. 4. The causes of deafness (耳聾), tinitus(耳鳴) were usually mental disturbance due to wind and heat(風熱上搖). flaming up of excessive heat of the liver(肝火上亢). exhaustion seat of reproductive essence in kidney(腎精虧虛). Remove endogenous heat and disperse wind(淸熱疏風). remove the fire of liver(淸肝瀉火), through nourish kidney check exuberance of yang(滋腎潛陽), nourish kidney yang(補腎陽). replenish vital energy and improve essential substance(益精血), blood activate for treatment of blood stasis(活血化瘀) were used for each treatment. 5. The effects of mainly used drugs were classified into method of water and dampness remove medicine(利水渗濕藥), nourishing liver and kidney medicine(補肝腎藥), improve blood and vital energy activate medicine(活血行氣藥), through nourish yan medicine check exuberance of yang(滋陰潛陽藥).

This is a literature Study on ophthalmologic disease remedies of the four famous physicians in Jin Yuan period. The results were as follows: 1. Yu Wan So regarded the cause of ophthalmologic disease as the wind and heat(風熱), the blood deficiency(血少), or the deficiency of vital function and essence ,of the kidney(腎氣虛). For each treatment he used the method to remove wind and heat(除風散熱), the tranquillizing and tonifying method to nourish the heart and to relieve mental strain due to dificiency of vital essence(養血安神). the method to nourish Yin in the kidney(補腎水). The important nature of the these medicines is bitter and cold. 2. Jang Jong Jeung regarded the cause of ophthalmologic disease as the blood excess(血太過). or the blood deficiency(血不及). or the fire and heat(火熱). For each treatment he used the method to extract blood(出血療法). the method to nourish the liver and the kidney(補肝腎療法). or the method of vomiting and diarrhea(吐不法). The medicines are usuallly classified into external treatment medicines(外用藥). medicines to disintegrate mass(破積聚藥). purgating medicines(攻下藥). 3. Lee Dong Won regarded the cause of ophthalmologic disease as the spleen and the stomach weakness(脾胃虛弱), excessive fire in the heart(心火太盛). For each treatment he used the method to tranquillize the spleen and the stomach (調理脾胃). the tranquillizing and tonifying method to nourish the heart and to relieve mental strain due to deficiency of vital essence(養血安神). 4. Ju Dan Gye regarded the cause of ophthalmologic disease as the wind and heat(風熱). the blood deficiency(血少). the mental exhaustion(神勞). the kidney weakness(腎弱). For each treatment he used the method to remove wind and heat(除風散熱), the method to nourish blood and yin water(養血補水), the method to relieve mental strain and to remove spiritual heat(安腎瀉神火). the method to nourish yin water(養陰水). These drugs are usually classified into the medicines to remove endogenous heat(淸熱藥). the medicines to nourish yin(補陰藥).

최근 강재가격 하락과 인건비 상승으로 강구조 및 합성구조의 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 보 춤이 큰 고성능 하이브리드 합성보에 대해 10개의 실험체를 제작하여 휨성능을 평가하였다. 휨 실험 결과 공칭하중에 대한 최대하중의 비($P_u/P_n$)는 평균 1.19배로 안정적인 내력을 확보하였으며, 변형능력(${\delta}_{0.8P_u}/{\delta}_y$)은 약 3.9~4.5배의 범위로 확인되었다. 또한 하이브리드 합성보의 내력평가는 현행 건축구조기준(KBC 2009)을 적용하여 평가하는 것이 적절한 것으로 판단된다. Recently according to the decreasing of steel price and increasing of labor cost the various studies of steel structure and composite structure are proceeding. This study developed the new shape of high depth hybid forming composite beam and performed the bending test to evaluate the bending performance by creating 10 specimens. Bending test result showed that capacity of the beam was increased stably. The ratio of the nominal load to the maximum load($P_u/P_n$) is 1.19 and the deformation capacity(${\delta}_{0.8P_u}/{\delta}_y$) is 3.9~4.5. Also, it is possible to apply the existing evaluation equation(KBC 2009) of composite beam.
