근래 철도를 이용한 물동량과 여객의 증가로 인하여 선로용량을 증대시키고 운영철도의 고속화를 추진하면서 기존 철도노반을 개량하는 건설공사가 많이 진행되고 있다. 이와 관련하여 기존노반과 인접하여 터널공사가 진행되는 경우가 종종 있으며 경우에 따라서는 터널폭 이내로 기존시설물과 근접되어 터널이 계획되는 경우도 있다. 공용중인 터널에 근접하여 터널을 계획하는 경우에는 기존터널에 미치는 영향을 검토하고 필요시 대책을 강구하여야 한다. 설계시 주요 검토사항으로는 시공시의 발파진동으로 인한 기존터널에 미치는 영향, 근접굴착으로 인한 기존터널의 안정성 확보 여부, 운행시 열차진동에 대한 영향분석으로 구분할 수 있다. 본고에서는 기존터널의 특성을 고려하여 국내외 기준 및 문헌을 통한 허용발파진동 선정 및 굴착계획 수립, 수치해석에 의한 안정성 분석, 경험식에 의한 열차진동의 영향 분석을 수행하였다. Recently as increasing the amounts of cargoes and passengers, it is necessary to improving railway capacity and speed. So the constructions of improving the existing railway line have been advanced. Sometimes the new railway tunnel is built to adjacent the existing railway line. Furthermore the new tunnel might be built near the existing facility within the tunnel width. In this case, it should be analyzed the influence of existing tunnel and if it is necessary, it should be taken the appropriate counterplan. The major analysis contents are follows. One is the influence on the existing tunnel by a blasting and train vibration and the other is stability problem of the existing tunnel by excavation of new tunnel. Therefore, we performed the following analysis. Refer to a domestic and foreign standard and paper, the permitting level of blasting vibration is decided and the excavation plan of the new tunnel are designed. The numerical analysis is performed about the stability of the existing tunnel and new tunnel. The influence of the train vibration on tunnel is analyzed by the empirical equation.
추출 방법에 따른 삼나무 잎 추출물의 항산화 활성 평가

This study was to investigate the antioxidant activities of Cryptomeria japonica leaves extracts such as essential oil, methanol extract and hot water extract and to evaluate its potential as a natural antioxidant. Antioxidant activities of extracts were evaluated by DPPH radical scavenging activity, FRAP activity, zanthin oxidase inhibitory activity, and iron ion chelate activity, comparing with the positive controls. According to the results, methanol and hot water extracts showed higher antioxidant activities than essential oil. This fact suggested that terpenoids have lower antioxidant effect than phenolic compounds which were found in methanol and hot water extracts. Especially, acetone and water soluble fractions of methanol extract and ethanol fraction of hot water extract contained a lot of phenolic compounds and hydroxyl group, indicating that many hydroxyl groups and glycosidic bonds showed higher antioxidant effect than the other fractions. These results can suggest that the phenolic compounds which contained hydroxyl group or glycosidic bonds have a certain role for effective antioxidant activities.
지반-라이닝 상호작용 모델을 이용한 지반하중 산정식 적용사례에 대한 연구

지반-라이닝 상호작용모델은 NATM 터널에서 주지보재의 내구성 저하에 따른 지반, 주지보재, 콘크리트 라이닝의 상호작용 고려가 가능하여, 콘크리트라이닝 설계시 합리적인 지반하중 산정이 가능하다. 그러나, 지반-라이닝 상호작용모델은 구조계산방법이 다소 복잡하여 설계시 적용성이 저하됨에 따라, 다양한 설계조건에 적용할 수 있는 표준화된 지반하중크기 산정식이 제안되었다. 이에 본 고에서는 GLI모델을 이용한 지반하중크기 산정식을 적용하여 경제성 및 시공성을 개선한 00터널 사례를 통하여 지반하중크기 산정식의 적용성을 고찰하였다. Ground-lining interaction model(G.L.I model) is possible to consider the balanced condition of ground-supporting members-concrete lining by losing the support capacity of the first supporting members like shotcrete and rockbolts in NATM tunnel. So, it can estimate the reasonable design loads on concrete lining. And a ground loads estimation formula is proposed because of complicated estimation method. Therefore, this paper research into A Case Study on the Ground Loads Estimation Formula by Using Ground-Lining Interaction Model.

In this study, speaker verification and speech recognition technology are combined with an electronic prosthesis that performs basic movements based on EMG, and a new operation method is used to increase convenience and security. The speaker"s speech was trained using speech recognition and CNN on 4 hand gestures obtained from 10 subjects, resulting in an average of 97% accuracy for real-time speech data.
