        가정폭력 쉼터퇴소자의 사회적응과 생활만족도에 미치는 영향 요인

        본 연구는 가정폭력 일시보호시설인 여성쉼터를 이용한 후 퇴소한 피해여성들의 실태, 사회적응 및 생활만족도의 정도를 파악하고, 사회적응 및 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 조사하였다. 조사대상자는 전국 29개소 여성쉼터를 이용한 후 홀로서기를 준비하는 163명의 퇴소여성들이었으며, 조사는 2005년 5월에 이루어졌다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 12 프로그램을 사용하여, 실태에 관한 기술분석, set-t 상관관계, 다중회귀분석 등을 실시하였다. 조사결과, 조사대상자 중 쉼터프로그램이 퇴소 후 도움이 되었다는 경우가 86.5%, 현재 부양자녀가 있는 경우가 60.1%, 월평균수입이 생활하기에 부족한 경우가 73%, 자가와 전세이외의 주거형태가 66.7%였다. 평균 사회적응은 3.42, 평균 생활만족도는 3.60으로 중간값보다 높은 상태를 보였다. 회귀분석결과 사회적응에는 자아존중감, 가족지지, 성역할태도, 연령이 생활만족도에는 자아존중감, 사회적지지, 성역할태도가 유의미한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 가족폭력 피해여성을 위해 향상되어야 할 쉼터내 서비스, 사후관리 프로그램에 관한 실천적, 정책적 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the overall picture and the factors influencing social adjustment and life satisfaction of female victims of domestic violence after shelter stay. For this research 163 female victims from the 29 shelters for the victims of domestic violence throughout the country were surveyed with a structured questionnaire. Out of these women, 86.5% expressed satisfaction with services in shelter, 60.1% had dependent children, 73% had insufficient fund for living while 73% did not have their own houses. It was found that mean score of social adjustment was 3.42 and mean of life satisfaction was 3.60. According to multiple regression analyses, self-esteem, support from family, gender role and age were the statistically significant factors on Social Adjustment after shelter stay. And self-esteem, social support, and gender role were the statistically significant factors on Life Satisfaction of victims. Based on the study results, several clinical and policy suggestions for the shelter programs and after-care programs were provided.

        청소년의 여가활동이 공동체의식 발달에 미치는 영향: 자원봉사활동의 조절효과를 중심으로

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of adolescents` leisure activities on developing sense of community. Especially, now that the volunteer activity was considered as one of major factors affecting the development of adolescents` sense of community, after participants were divided into two groups by their experiences of volunteer work, the difference of the impact between groups on sense of community was examined controlling the influence of volunteering and factors influencing other leisure activities. The data of 1st grade students of middle school from Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey (KCYPS) were used. The first (2010) to fifth (2014) wave data were used to follow the development of adolescents` sense of community and the first wave data was used for other variables. The results showed that in both the group with experience of volunteer work and the group without experience of volunteer work, the initial value of sense of community was negatively related to the time spent on video games and TV, and positively relevant to the time spent on reading. Also, girls had a higher level of initial value of sense of community. There was a difference between groups when it came to impact of the leisure activity on the rate of change of sense of community. As a result of this, there was little change of sense of community in young adults with experience of volunteering and with long time spent on reading in their extra time during the period of the 1st grade of middle school. Their leisure activities did not affect adolescents` sense of community.

        청소년 자원봉사활동이 공동체 의식에 미치는 영향 -자아존중감과 또래애착의 매개역할을 중심으로-

        This study examines the effects of adolescents` volunteer activities on their development of sense of community. When examining the effects of volunteer activities, both quantity and quality sides of volunteer activities were considered in the research model and besides the direct effects of volunteer activities on their sense of community, the mediating role of self-esteem and peer attachment were also examined. The data set of <Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey 2010> conducted by National Youth Policy Institute was reanalyzed for this study. The subjects of this study were 1,426 first-grade middle school students who had experiences of volunteer activities. The results of the study are as follows. First, the total hours of volunteer activities and the satisfaction with volunteer activities were positively related to their sense of community respectively. In an integrative model which combines both quantity and quality aspects of volunteer activities, however, only the satisfaction with volunteer activities was found to be significant. This means that the satisfaction with and reflective learning after volunteer activities are more important sides of adolescents` volunteer activities than whether and how many times they had experiences in volunteer activities. Second, the satisfaction with volunteer activities was found to enhance adolescents` self-esteem and peer attachment and the changes in their personal traits again led to a higher sense of community. Therefore, both the direct effects of volunteer activities and indirect effects through self-esteem and peer attachment were proved. Based on the results of the study, the need and ways to improve the management system of adolescents` volunteer activities were suggested.

        정서불안 아동과 주의력 결핍 아동의 모래놀이치료 과정에서 표현된 상처와 치유 주제에 대한 분석

        This study analyzed of the themes (wounding and healing); concerning the Sandplay therapy process applied to children with emotional instability and attention deficit problems. The subjects of the study were 30 elementary school children who agreed to a personal-interview with the author. They all were families of receiving basic livelihood welfare living in the same county. After the preliminary analysis, the main study data collected from subjects was analyzed by variance (t-test), frequency analysis, and correlation analysis using the standard table modified in accordance with Mitchell`s classification system. Particular attention was made in the analyses of the characteristics of the subjects as members of low-income families. As the Sandplay therapy proceeded, it became evident that the wounding area showed a low frequency while the healing area featured a high frequency, and confirmed (as in previous studies) that the Sandplay therapy would be effective for children with emotional instability as well as for those with attention deficit problems. The analysis of difference between the types of children with both problems revealed that Sandplay therapy was more effective for children with emotional instability than for those with attention deficit problems. The analysis also revealed that Sandplay therapy was more effective for girls than for boys.

        The reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndromes (RCVS) is a group of conditions, which is characterized by a reversible segmental constriction, typically associated with recurrent thunderclap headaches, and is often complicated by ischemia or hemorrhagic stroke. Clinical situations, associated with the development of RCVS, include pregnancy or the postpartum period, as well as various medications and illicit drugs. However, vasoconstriction syndromes remain poorly characterized, under-recognized, and difficult to diagnose, because of the lack of specific diagnostic tests or diagnostic criteria. Therefore, we present a first case of reversible cerebral vasoconstriction syndrome of pregnancy complicated with preeclampsia, diagnosed by a magnetic resonance image and angiography, which results in chronic cerebral infarction, with a brief review of the relevant literature.

        청소년의 인터넷 사용유형 및 관련 요인에 관한 연구

        본 연구에서는 mapping 기법을 활용하여 청소년의 인터넷 중독유형을 도출하고, 각 중독유형에 관련이 있는 요인들을 살펴보았다. Mapping 기법의 분석절차에 따라 개념을 정리하고, 자료를 구조화, 분석하였으며 그 결과를 해석한 결과, 청소년 인터넷 중독은 일상생활장애형, 내성형, 저위험형, 유사인터넷중독형의 4개 집단으로 유형화되었다. 유형별 관련 요인들을 살펴보면, 저위험형이 다른 유형에 비해 여자청소년의 비율이 높게 나타나, 청소년 인터넷 중독은 남자 청소년들이 보다 취약한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 연령 면에서는 고등학생들에 해당하는 연령대에 속할수록 저위험형이 많은것으로 나타나, 고등학생보다는 중학생 시기의 청소년들에게서 보다 심각한 정도의 인터넷 중독이 나타나고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 또한 저위험군과 비교하였을 때 인터넷 중독 위험에 처한 청소년들의 경우 부모감독의 수준이 유의미하게 낮은 수준으로 나타나, 부모감독이 인터넷중독 예방을 위한 중요한 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구결과는 청소년 인터넷 중독예방 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. In this study, we attempted to categorize the subtypes of adolescents’ internet use and their related characteristics, using the mapping method. Following the mapping method process for a quantitative study, which consists of preparation, generation, structuring, representation, interpretation, and utilization, we analyzed the supplementary survey of the 7th wave of Korea Welfare Panel Study, conducted for children. The findings of this study were as follows; first, the subtypes of adolescents’ internet use were categorized into four groups such as, the daily life’s problems group, the chronic symptoms group, the low risk group, and the pseudo-addiction group. In terms of the related characteristics, adolescent girls were more likely to be in the low risk group than adolescent boys, which indicates that boys are more vulnerable to problematic internet use. In addition, high school students were more likely to be in the low risk group than those attending middle school, which shows that middle school students are more vulnerable than high school students. Furthermore, for adolescents in the pseudo-addiction group, parental supervision was found to be a significant protective factorin the prevention of problematic internet use, compared to the low risk group. The results of this study could be useful for the development of a prevention program for adolescents’ internet addiction.

        한국아동의 아동정책 참여실태에 대한 탐색적 고찰: 대한민국아동총회 의제를 중심으로

        This study examined the current status of participation of the Korea National Children’s Assembly and its resolutions to identify the level of participation and children’s interests in child policy. To this end, this study analyzed the tendency of 153 resolutions presented at the National Children’s Assembly from 2004 to 2021 based on clusters classified by the UNCRC. The results are as follows. First, the number of resolutions had increased since the 2010s. Second, the topic of resolutions had become various since then. Furthermore, the most frequently derived resolutions were in ‘Education, leisure, and cultural activities’. According to the results of examining related child policy tendencies based on the resolutions, there were very few cases in which the resolution was reflected as a policy. Child participation in the Korea National Children’s Assembly was closer to the level of passive participation than active child-centered participation. This study contributes to presenting future directions to promote the children’s right to participation by analyzing the role of the Korea National Children’s Assembly.

        방학 중 아동돌봄 프로그램이 학교생활만족도와 학업성취도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 빈곤아동의 돌봄문제에 대해 적극적으로 개입해 온 대표적인 민간 비영리법인(G 비영리법인)의 대표적 사업 중 하나인 방학 중 돌봄사업의 효과성을 평가하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 전국에 있는 G 비영리법인에서 시행된 방학 중 돌봄 프로그램 참여대상자 중 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 설문참여에 동의한 880명의 아동과 부모에게 설문을 배포하였고, 이 중 부모 및 아동의 서면동의서가 누락된 응답을 제외한 총 664개(저학년 370개, 고학년 294개)를 실제분석에 이용하였다. 분석은 회귀모형과 상호작용모형을 통해 실시되었고, 아동발달에 따른 특성을 고려하여 전학년 모형, 저학년 모형, 고학년 모형을 구분하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전학년과 고학년 모형에서는 방학 중 돌봄프로그램에 참여한 횟수가 증가할수록 오히려 학교생활만족도가 감소하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 학교생활만족도가 평균 이상인 고학년 집단의 경우, 돌봄프로그램 참여 횟수가 증가할수록 학업성취도 또한 높아지는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 방학 중 돌봄프로그램의 참여는 학업성취에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This paper evaluates the effectiveness of after-school child care program in one of representative NGOs for child welfare. We analyze survey data for 664 children across 21 branches of that using regression and regresseion model with interaction effect term by analytical techniques. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the more increase the number of participating in after-school child care program during the vacation, the more decrease school life satisfaction. However, in the case of the group whose school life satisfaction is above the average, the more increase the number of participating in after-school child care program during the vacation, the more increase school life satisfaction. Second, participation in after-school child care program during vacation has a positive effect on academic achievement.
