수업전문성 신장을 위한 배드민턴 직무연수 운영 사례 연구

체육 직무연수의 본래 목적에 부합되도록 수업 전문성 신장을 위한 배드민턴 연수를 운영한 사례를 공유하고자 이 연구가 수행되었다. 이를 위해 28명의 초등교원이 30시간 동안 참여한 C 교육대학교 교육연수원의 배드민턴 직무연수에 대한 질적 사례연구를 실시하였다. 참여관찰, 소감문, 학습 결과물, 면담 등의 질적 자료와 연수평가지 등의 양적 자료를 수집하여 분석하였다. 질적 자료는 반복적 비교분석을 실시하였고, 양적 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술 통계 및 집단 내 평균 차 검정을 실시하였다. 연수 운영 결과 전반적인 연수 만족도는 매우 우수한 편으로 나타났다. 경기 능력 향상을 위한 효율적인 지도 방법과 배드민턴 PCK 적용, 강사들의 태도 등에 만족한 반면 추운 시설에 대한 불만이 컸다. 또한 배드민턴에 대한 흥미가 유의미하게 변화하였다. 수강생들이 인식한 연수에 대한 특성은 ‘전술과 다양한 기술을 접하다’, ‘초보자를 위한 연수’, ‘체계적인 지도’, ‘경쟁과 협력 기반의 수준별 운영’, ‘교사임을 다시 생각하게 하다’, ‘열성, 배려, 간식이 풍족한 연수’로 범주화 되었다. 이 연구를 통해 수업 전문성 신장을 지향하는 체육 직무연수의 구체적인 사례와 운영 방안을 확인할 수 있었다. This study was conducted to share the case of developing and applying the teacher training program of badminton for improving the teaching professionalism. To do this, qualitative case study was conducted on teacher training of badminton at education institute of C national university of education, where 28 elementary teachers participated during 30 periods. Qualitative data collections, participant observations, lesson reviews, learning outcomes, interviews, were used and a constant comparison method was carried out. Quantitative data as evaluation questionnaire of training, etc. were collected, and analyzed using descriptive statistics and mean difference test using the SPSS 18.0 program. Training operations resulted in excellent satisfaction with training. While satisfied with effective coaching methods for enhancing performance, the use of badminton PCK, and the attitude of teachers, etc. many complained about cold facilities. Also interest in badminton has significantly changed. The trainees recognized that they were ‘tactics and a variety of skills’, ‘training for beginners’, ‘systematic instruction’, ‘leveled instruction based on competition and cooperation’, ‘rethinking that they are teachers’, ‘enthusiasm, caring and snacking’. In conclusion, teacher training in physical education should be oriented toward enhancing teaching professionalism and should be developed and operated efficiently.
직사각형 전지 케이스의 V-notch부 터짐 예측에 관한 연구

In this study, V-notch part has been considered as one of safety components in rectangular cup used for mobile device. This kind of safety component in rectangular cup with the V-notch part, which controls adequately the increased internal pressure in the rectangular cup, plays an important role to prevent the explosion from the excessive internal pressure. The protecting mechanism on the mobile device against the explosion is that a series of fracture on the V-notch part at the critical internal pressure level occurs. Therefore, it is very crucial to estimate accurately the working pressure range of the safety device. Relationship between the working internal pressure and fracture phenomenon at V-Notch part was investigated through numerical analysis using ductile fracture criteria. Integral value, I, of the used ductile fracture criteria was calculated from effective stress and strain, and then the bursting pressure of the V-notch part was extracted. Comparisons between the estimated and experimental results show that this systematic approach to predict bursting pressure using the ductile fracture criteria gives fairly good agreements.
변형된 샤논 엔트로피식을 이용한 온실가스 농도변화량 예측

Entropy is a measure of disorder or uncertainty. This terminology is qualitatively used in the understanding of its correlation to pollution in the environmental area. In this research, three different entropies were defined and characterized in order to quantify the qualitative entropy previously used in the environmental science. We are dealing with newly defined distinct entropies E1, E2, and E3 originated from Shannon entropy in the information theory, reflecting concentration of three major green house gases CO2, N2O and CH4 represented as the probability variables. First, E1 is to evaluate the total amount of entropy from concentration difference of each green house gas with respect to three periods, due to industrial revolution, post-industrial revolution, and information revolution, respectively. Next, E2 is to evaluate the entropy reflecting the increasing of the logarithm base along with the accumulated time unit. Lastly, E3 is to evaluate the entropy with a fixed logarithm base by 2 depending on the time. Analytical results are as follows. E1 shows the degree of prediction reliability with respect to variation of green house gases. As E1 increased, the concentration variation becomes stabilized, so that it follows from linear correlation. E2 is a valid indicator for the mutual comparison of those green house gases. Although E3 locally varies within specific periods, it eventually follows a logarithmic curve like a similar pattern observed in thermodynamic entropy.
