OSD 에 기반한 스토리지 기술의 발전에 따라 대규모의 파일 입출력 및 확장성이 요구되는 분야에서 여러 개의 OSD 들을 네트워크로 연결한 통합된 스토리지를 활용하는 방안이 검토되고 있다. 또한, 높은 입출력 성능을 제공하기 위하여 운영체제는 지연 쓰기 정책을 취하는 것이 보편적인 환경이다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 환경에서 선형 방식으로 연결된 여러 개의 OSD 들에 하나의 파일을 분산 저장하기 위한 구조와 알고리즘을 소개함으로써 개별 OSD 용량의 부족으로 인한 데이터 손실을 방지하고 스토리지의 가용성을 높이기 위한 방안을 제시한다.

N/A Detection of deep-seated abscesses is sometimes difficult with ultrasonogrpahy or computed tomography alone. Indium-111-labeled leukocyte has widely used in the localization of abscesses after introduction by Segal and Thakur in 1976. But there are some difficulties in using indium- 111-oxine in our country because of hardness to get the radiopharmaceutical timely and long time for labeling leukocytes. So we performed the indium, 111-labeled leukocyte scan for establishment of the labeling procedure and clinical application. We labeled the mixed leukocytes from 36 mi of patient's blood using 4 mi of ACD solution, 7 ml of 6% hydroxyethyl starch solution (HESPANⓡ), 1 mCi of indium-111 oxine, 5 ml of normal saline and centrifuge. It took about 2 hours for the preparation of radiolabeled leukocytes and attention for contamination was needed. The average injected dose of labeled mixed leukocytes was 465 uCi. The average number of injected leukocytes was 2.5×108 and the labeling ratio was 57±13% (Table 2, Fig. 5). These number and ratio were sufficient for the localization of abscess. About twenty per cent of indium was labeled to red blood cells and platelets (Fig. 6) and the half-life of injected radiolabeled leukocytes was 8.3 hours. Scan was performed in 9 patients who were suspected to have abscesses clinically or radiologically. Three patients were positive, in one patient who had abscess close to lower lumbar vertebrae was surgically drained and another 2 positive cases did not show abscess clearly on computed tomography, so only antibiotics were administrated and treated successfully. The negative 6 patients were improved without specific treatment. In conclusion, the use of indium-111 oxine labeled leukocytes for localization of abscesses were very specific and helpful in the decision of treatment considering its relatively simple labeling method, and could be easily performed providing timely supply of the radiopharmaceutical.
C6세포에서 phospholipase A2촬성에 대한 ATP의 작용

To investigate action of ATP on ischemia-induced brain injury we measured phospholipase A2 activity and nitric oxide (NO) production in C6 cells. ATP alone did not have any influence on phospholipase A2 activity but increased NO production. Glutamate (1 Mm) significantly increased phospholipase A2 activity whereas did not increased NO production. ATP significantly inhibited phospholipase A2 activation induced by 0.1μM A23187, 1 Mm glutamate and 1 Mm H2O2, but did not inhibited 1mM PMA-induced phospholipase A2 activation. From the above results, it is suggested that the action of ATP in C6 cells has dual actions, such as the inhibition of agonist-induced phospholipase A2 activation and the increase of NO production.
에폭시 폴리머의 물성에 미치는 태양광 복사 노화의 영향

장기간 태양광 복사환경에 노출되는 폴리머는 성능의 신뢰성을 확보하기 위해 장기간 환경시험을 필요로 한다. 본 논문에서는 MIL-STD-810을 따라 설계된 태양광 복사시험기를 이용하여, 7, 14, 28, 56, 그리고 84 주기 동안 태양광 노화 시험을 하였다. 노화 시험 후에 RGB 값을 측정하고 CIE 1976 색공간을 이용하여, 각각의 RGB 감소율과 총 색 변화량을 계산하였다. 또한 만능재료시험기를 이용하여, ASTM-D638 시험 규격을 따라, 기계적 물성이 측정되었다. 결과적으로 태양광 노화 주기가 길어질수록, 총 색 변화량이 증가하였으며, 인장 강도, 연신율이 감소하였으나 탄성계수와 포아송 비는 변화가 적었다. Epoxy polymer exposed to solar radiation on long-term is required to a long-term environmental test in order to ensure the reliability of operation performance. In this paper, the solar aging experiment is performed for 7, 14, 28, 56, and 84 cycles, using solar simulator designed according to MIL-STD-810. After the aging experiment, measuring RGB values and using the CIE1976 color space, each RGB decreasing rates and total color shift are calculated. In addition, using a universal testing machine, mechnical properties according to ASTM-D638 are measured. As a result, by increasing solar aging period, total color shift is increased, and the tensile strength and elongation are decreased, but the elastic modulus and the poisson’s ratio are slightly changed.
