합금강 재질의 대용량 1000MW급 저압터빈 최종단 익(翼) 설계기술 동향

최근 국내 발전분야 최고 관심사는 직렬형 축을 가지는 1000MW 이상의 대용량 고효율 증기터빈 개발 및 운영이다. 발전 산업계 요구를 충족시키기 위하여 터빈 설계사들은 새로운 대용량의 저압터빈 실린더 모듈을 개발하고 있는데 개발된 모듈의 특징은 진보된 유체역학과 구조적 분석 기술을 결합하고 기존 합금강 재질 최종단 익에 작용하는 응력한계 길이인 1000mm 이상 길이의 최종단 날개를 개발하는 것이다. 본 논고에서는 Alsthom사에서 새롭게 개발된 최종단 익(翼)의 공역학 및 기계적 특성 설계 개발내용과 실증시험 결과를 소개하고자 한다.

An alkaline fibrinolytic protease-producing bacteria was isolated from Korean traditional soy sauce and identified as Bacillus subtilis K7 from the results of analyses of its morphological and physiological properties. API^(?) and Biolog system. The enzyme was purified by 75% ammonium sulfate fractionation, QAE-Sephadex anion and Sp-Sephadex cation exchange column chromatography and Sephadex G-100 gel filtration. The specific activity of the purified enzyme was 233.9 unit/mg protein and the yield of enzyme was 3.8%. The homogeneity of the purified enzyme was confirmed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Molecular mass of the enzyme was estimated about 21.500 Da by SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and gel chromatography. The optimum temperature and pH for the enzyme activity were 40℃ and 9.0. respectively. The enzyme was stable in a pH range 5.0 to 12.0 and 60% of its activity was lost on heat treatment at 50℃ for 20 min. The activity of the purified enzyme was inhibited by the presence of Fe^(2+), Ag^(2+), Cu^(2+), iodoacetate, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), and trans-1.2-diaminocycloheane-N,N,N`,N`-tetraacetic acid (CDTA). The results indicates that the enzyme requires a metal ion for its enzymatic activity.

True Color 영상은 전송 및 저장에 많은 데이터 량이 필요하지만, 적은 데이터를 가지고 컬러 모니터에 나타낼 때 인간 시각에 별무리없이 나타내고자 한다. 본 논문 에서는 RGB, YIQ/YUV 공간에서 256개의 컬러맵 생성 방법과 서로 다른 컬러맵을 한 화면에 동시에 표시하면 원 컬러 영상과 다르게 나타나므로 컬러맵간을 결합하여 공 통되는 컬러맵 표현 방법을 제시한다. RGB, YIQ/YUV 공간상에서 처리된 결과를 비교하 기 위해 PSNR, 표준편차, Sobel연산자를 이용한 에지보존율로서 측정하였다. 처리시간 은 새로운 컬러맵 생성은 3초, 컬러맵간의 결합은 2초 소요되었다. PSNR 값은 RGB 공 간이 YIQ 공간과 YUV 공간보다 평균적으로 0.15, 0.34[dB] 정도 높고, 표준편차는 평균적으로 0.15, 0.41정도 낮았다. 그러나 데이타 압축 면에서 YIQ/YUV공간은 색상 부분에서 8비트중 4비트만을 사용하였기 때문에, RGB 공간보다 1/3정도 압축 효율을 나타낸다. A true color image is needed many data on the occasion of the transmission and storage. Therefore, we want to describe color image by a minority data without unreasonableness at eyesight. In this paper, it is presented 256 colormap construction method in RGB, YIQ/YUV space and common colormap expression method at merge between colormaps by reason of dissimilar original color image to display at a monitor for each other colormap at the same time. In comparison with processed result in RGB, YIQ/YUV space, it was measured by PSNR, standard variation, and edge preservation rate using sobel operator. Process time is 3second in colormap construction and 2second in merge between colormaps. In the PSNR value, RGB space has higher 0.15, 0.34 on an average than YIQ and YUV spae. Standard variation has lower in 0.15, 0.41 on an average than Yiq and YUV space. But in the data compression, YIQ/YUV space have about 1/3 compression efficiency than RGB space by reason of use to only 4bit of 8bit in color component.

The autoclaving assisted by an irradiation pretreatment method was developed without toxic chemicals to produce fermentable sugars for their conversion to bioethanol. In the first step, electron beam irradiation (EBI) of rice straw was performed at various doses. The electron beam-irradiated rice straw was then autoclaved with DI water at 120℃ for 1 h. A total sugar yield of 81% was obtained from 300 kGy electron beam-irradiated rice straw after 72 h of enzymatic hydrolysis by Cellulase 1.5L (70 FPU/mL) and Novozyme-188 (40 CbU/mL). Also, the removal of hemicellulose and lignin was 32.0% and 32.5%, respectively. This result indicates that the environmentally-friendly pretreatment method of rice straw by an electron beam irradiation could be applied for bioethanol production in plant.
