The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of yoga exercise on the activation of antioxidation enzyme and lipid peroxidation. The subjects for this study were eight women. Yoga exercise program consisted of 28 item, performed for 60 minutes in a bout, 5 times a week for 16 weeks. And the change of the activation of antioxidation enzyme(SOD, CAT, GPx), lipid peroxidation(MDA) have been measured before and post 10 weeks respectively. The results obtained from this study were as follows; 1. CAT(p<.01) and GPx(p<.05) were increased statistic significantly after 16 weeks of yoga exercise. But SOD was increased after 16 weeks of yoga exercise. 2. MDA was decrease after 16 weeks of yoga exercise.

This survey was conducted for 170 players(88pitchers, 14catchers, 35infielders and 33outfielders) of 8 Korean baseball teams & 144 High school players(63pitchers, 16catchers, 39infielders and 26outfielders) of city named Gwang-ju, Seoul and around Kyung-Ki province regarding elbow joint injury. Also, I came to the following conclusion after conducting radiation, MRI and manual test on elbow joint injury for 68 active players(36pitchers, 32position players) who are belong to tentatively named "K", one of Korean baseball teams. 1. Survey It was shown that elbow joint injury and its pain provide bad influence game and practice for all the pro & amateur players(hereinafter referred to as "players") who had its surgery experienced it but can't find even one case in catcher group. Concerning kinds of surgery (if there was) each group had, you can mostly find MCL reconstruction for pitcher and outfielder, loose bodies for infielder. And it shows that in many cases amateur pitcher had MCL reconstruction surgery and infield and outfielder loose bodies one from chronic fatigue caused by its overuse and the lack of rehabilitation. Asked which is the most important method of its prevention on elbow joint injury, many players in all positions said that conditioning is the name of the game and systematic regulation such as pitch count limit for amateur player is necessary for their protection. 2. Survey of injury history Survey for 68 active players with tentatively named "K", one of Korean baseball teams, shows that it found 22 (32.35%) as normal players, 46 players (67.65%) with injury history. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of exercise capacity, blood iron markers and erythropoietin. The subjects for this study were ninety-six weight grade women players and divided into 2 groups: Helicobacter pylori infection group(n=18), Helicobacter pylori non infection group(n=16). The effect of exercise capacity such as VO2max, peak power, mean power and blood iron marker such as RBC, Hb, Hct, iron, ferritin, TIBC and erythropoietin have been measured. Statistical techniques for data analysis were independent t-test. The 5% level of significance was utilized as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. The following results were obtained from this study; 1. The effect of body composition and exercise capacity in according to the Helicobacter pylori infection were no significant difference between two groups before weight loss. 2. The effect of RBC was no significant difference between two groups before weight loss. But, Hb, Hct, ferritin, iron and TIBC were significantly lower in Helicobacter pylori infection group than those of Helicobacter pylori non infection group before weight loss. Also, erythropoietin was significantly higher in Helicobacter pylori infection group than those of Helicobacter pylori non infection group before weight loss.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise and resistance exercise on the growth relation factor. The subjects for this study were forty two elementary male students and divided into 3 groups: aerobic exercise(running) group(N=14), resistance exercise(dumbbell) group(N=14), and control group(N=14). The aerobic exercise group performed running 40 min in a bout, four times a week at the intensity of 50~60%HRmax(1~5 weeks; 50~60%HRmax, 6~10 weeks; 61~70%HRmax). The resistance exercise group performed dumbbell exercise consisting of 12 factors using 1~2㎏ weight(1~5 weeks; 1㎏, 6~10 weeks; 2㎏). And the change of growth relation factors such as growth hormone(GH), insulin like growth factor-1(IGF-1) have been measured before, by post exercise 10 weeks respectively. Statistical techniques for data analysis were ANCOVA to determine the difference between exercise duration(10 weeks) and the difference between the aerobic exercise group and the resistance exercise group. The 5% level of significance was utilized as the critical level for acceptance of hypotheses for the study. The following results were obtained from this study. 1. The change of growth relation factors(GH, IGF-1) in the aerobic exercise group and the resistance exercise group were increased significantly after 10 weeks of exercise. That is, blood lipids such as GH(2.07ng/㎖, p<.01; 2.36ng/㎖, p<.01) and IGF-1(40.42ng/㎖, p<.01; 48.93ng/㎖, p<.01) were increased significantly after 10 weeks respectively, but there was no significant difference between the two groups. These results suggest that both aerobic exercise and resistance exercise for 10 weeks affect growth relation factors in elementary male students. Therefore, resistance exercise using dumbbell exercise as well as aerobic exercise was available for normal growth and development. Children, unlike most adults, naturally engage in spontaneous, vigorous physical activity. Since exercise in children is an essential biological process and likely plays an important role in normal growth and development.

본 연구는 주식시장에서 이상현상을 유발시키는 요인인 규모요인, 가치요인, 모멘텀요인, 이익요인, 투자요인을 활용하여 초과수익률을 얻을 수 있는 투자전략에 대해 분석하였다. 투자전략은 높은 수익률을 나타내는 그룹을 매입하고, 상대적으로 낮은 수익률을 나타내는 그룹을 매도하는 방법을 이용하여 초과수익률을 실현할 수 있는지를 검증하였다. 또한 초과수익률을 실현하는데 있어 포트폴리오 매입과 매도, 매입-매도전략의 유용성에 대해 분석하였다. 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주식시장에서 이상현상 유발요인을 활용한 포트폴리오 투자전략을 실행하는 경우 매입 포트폴리오전략이 매도나 매입-매도 포트폴리오전략보다 우월하고, 특히 규모요인과 투자요인 포트폴리오의 매입전략이 시장수익률을 초과하는 수익률을 획득하는데 더 유용하다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 매입 포트폴리오전략의 우월성이 기간적 특성에 의해 발생하는 것인지를 확인해본 결과 분석기간에 상관없이 포트폴리오 매입전략이 유용하다는 것을 확인하였다. 셋째, 매입 포트폴리오전략과 매입-매도 포트폴리오전략의 투자성과 분석결과 매입-매도 포트폴리오전략보다는 매입 포트폴리오전략이 상대적으로 더 유용하다는 것을 확인하였다. 다만 규모요인을 활용한 포트폴리오 전략의 경우 규모가 양극단에 속하는 기업들로 포트폴리오를 구성(규모가 작은 포트폴리오를 매입하고, 규모가 큰 포트폴리오를 매도)할 때 더 높은 성과를 올릴 수 있다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 연구결과를 종합해 볼 때, 투자자는 주식시장에서 이상현상을 유발하는 요인들을 활용하여 포트폴리오전략을 실행하는 경우에 시장 초과수익률을 기대할 수 있고, 특히 매입 포트폴리오전략을 실행하는 경우에 더 높은 투자성과를 기대할 수 있으므로, 규모, 가치, 모멘텀, 이익, 투자요인 매입 포트폴리오전략에 관심을 가질 필요가 있음을 알 수 있었다. We examine the effectiveness of the portfolio investment strategies utilizing stock market anomaly factors which have size, value, momentum, profit, or investment effect. We analyzed the profits of long, short, and long-short portfolio strategies. To conduct some empirical analyses, this paper uses monthly data of common stocks of all non-financial company, listed in KOSPI market and KOSDAQ market, for the period from July 1991 through June 2013. The results are as follows. First, we find that long portfolio strategy is superior than short or long-short portfolio strategy. Expecially size or investment effect in long portfolio strategy is stronger than other effects like value, momentum, or profit. Second, we also find evidence that superiority of long strategy is persistent over the entire sample period and various subperiods. Finally, we find that the size effect emerges when considering more extreme exposure to small stocks.

We examined empirically the causes of the lead-lag relation existing in Korean stock returns, using the daily return data from 1985 to 1995. We have run the regressions of the lead-lag measures of the stock returns compared to the bench mark portfolio return on firm-sizes, trading frequencies, institutional investor's ownerships, trading volumes, and the standard deviations of returns and found the empirical evidences as followings. First, we found that the stock returns of small firms lagged the ones of the large firms. Also, the returns on less trading stocks lagged those on more trading stocks. Second, The impacts that size, frequency and volume have on the lead-lag relation of the stock returns are appeared to have the directional consistencies regardless to the analysis periods. Third, the institution's ownerships have the slightly different effects on the lead-lag relation of the stock returns according to the analysis periods. Finally, The impacts that the standard deviations of the stock returns have on the serial correlations of the stock returns have shown the considerable differences on its directions and degrees according the the analysis periods.
