Roadbed of a railway has to been impacted by a train or the roadbed itself. Generally roadbed of a railway consists of gravel and high-speed train needs a lot of ballast gravel because it absorbs the impact from a train. High-speed railway ballast gravels are required periodic replacement. However, used ballast gravels are divided to the environmental waste. Therefore, the changing progress of ballast gravels generates a lot of environmental waste and needs high cost. For this reason, we develop the waterless gravel cleaning equipment which can reduce the amount of environmental waste and cost. This paper describe the step of waterless gravel cleaning and development of waterless cleaning equipment for gravel.

Roadbed of a railway has to absorb the impact of the train and the roadbed of the railway consist of gravel or concrete. In the concrete roadbed, the washing gravel is very important because the clean level of gravel determines the strength of the concrete. so many researchers study the cleaning of the gravel. This paper describe the development of dry cleaning equipment for gravel. First, describe the equipment 3D design and structural analysis. second, describe manufacturing of equipment and performance test. Finally, verify the equipment for gravel dry cleaning.

삼극형(triode type) 전자 방출원을 프린팅된 CNT(Carbon Nanotube) 에미터를 이용하여 제작하였다. 후면노광(Back Exposure)방법으로 CNT 에미터의 높이를 균일하게 하고, 나노 Ag를 첨가하여 CNT와 전극 사이의 접착력 및 전기전도성을 높임으로써 고전압, 고전류 구동 시 신뢰성을 확보하였다. 게이트 높이가 에미터 길이에 비해 비교적 높은 매크로 게이트 구조를 사용하여 누설 전류가 적고 안정적인 구동이 가능하였다. 제작된 삼극형 전자 방출원은 DC 전압이 인가된 상태에서 일정시간동안 전계방출 전류를 측정하여 신뢰성을 평가하였다. 가열 배기 에이징(Aging) 과정을 거친 경우 약 12 시간동안 안정적인 전계방출 특성을 보였다. 이 때 게이트 누설전류는 약 10 % 미만이었다. The electron emission source of triode type has been fabricated using CNT paste. The nano Ag particle and photosensitive polymers were added to the CNT paste. The surface roughness of the CNT emitter was uniform by the back exposure method. The added nano Ag particle improves the adhesion and the electric conductance with small variation in the CNTs and between electrode. After the aging with heat-exhausting, the reliability of the triode CNT electron source was secured in the high voltage and current operation for 12 hours. At this time, the gate leakage current was about 10 % less than.
IN VITRO 배양시 목초의 지질 및 검화물이 반추위 미생물 증식과 발효성상에 미치는 영향

To investigate the effect of grass lipids as ether extracts from orchardgrass hay on nutrient digestion, fermentation and microbial growth in the rumen, an in vitro incubation trial was carried out using residues of orchardgrass hay from which lipid fraction was removed by ether extraction. Two and a half grams(2.5g) of samples added with 3 and 6% grass lipids and saponified lipids were incubated anaerobically at 39℃ for 12 and 24 h. A mixture of artificial saliva (100㎖) and rumen fluid (100㎖) collected from the rumen of fistulated wethers was used for the incubation trial. Dry matter (DM) disappearance decreased when 6% lipids was added as compared to control. The tendency of decrease in DM disappearance did not recover by the addition of saponified lipids. Disappearance of neutral detergent fiver (NDF) decreased with lipids at 6% level. The addition of 3% saponified lipids showed a tendency to improve NDF disappearance, but not with 6% level. Microbial nitrogen (N) was not affected by the addition of lipids after incubation, except decreased at 12 h when 6% saponified lipids was added. However, microbial N per DM disappeared increased in both treatments with 6% grass lipids and saponified lipids irrespective of the incubation time at 12 and 24 h. Addition of lipids and saponified lipids gave no effect on ammoniacal and water-soluble N, and total volatile fatty acids and its molar proportion among treatments, except increased to ammoniacal N at 12 h when 6% was added.

본 연구는 암모니아 처리한 볏짚의 분쇄 및 세절길이가 면양의 채식과 반추행동에 미치는 영향을 구명하기 위하여 실시하였다. 체중과 연령이 비슷한 면양3두를 공시축으로 선발하여 채식, 반추 및 저작시간과 횟수, 저작속도, 채식률, 반추와 저작효율 및 반추시 bolus수 등을 구하여 얻어진 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 채식시간은 세절길이가 길수록 짧아지는 경향이 있었으며, 반추와 총 저작시간은 5mm, 25cm 및 10cm 순으로 반추시간은 유의하게(P<0.05) 증가하였으며, 총 저작시간은 10cm에서 가장 길게 나타났지만 유의차는 없었다. 2) 1일 채식시 저작횟수는 5mm에서 가장 높은 경향이 있었으나, 1일 반추시 저작횟수는 세절한 것이 분쇄에 비해 유의하게(P<0.05)중 가장 높았으나 유의차는 없었다. 3) 반추시 저작과 총 저작속도는 10cm에서 가장 빨랐지만 분쇄 및 세절길이간 유의차는 없었다. 4) DM과 NDF 함량의 채식률은 25cm에서 가장 높은 경향이 있었으며, DM 반추효율은 분쇄한 것이 세절한 것에 비해 유의하게(p<0.05) 증가하였으며, 저작효율은 역시 5mm에서 가장 높게 나타났지만 유의차는 없었다. 5) 1일 반추시 bolus수는 세절한 것이 분쇄에 비해 유의하게(P<0.01) 증가하였으며, 1bolus당 저작시간은 5mm가 10cm와 25cm에 비해 유의하게(P<0.01) 많았으나 저작횟수는 유의차가 없었다. This experiment was conducted to determine the effect of ground and cutting length of ammoniated rice straw on the eating and ruminating behaviour of sheep. These sheep averaging 38.3kg body weight were assigned to a 3×3 Latin square design in which the animals were treated with ground and cutting length of ammoniated rice straw 5mm, 10cm and 25cm. The results are as follows: Eating time was decreased as the cutting length was increased, and ruminating time was significantly higher with 10cm(P<0.05) than with 5mm and 25cm. Total chewing time tended to be longer with 10cm. The number of chews per minute during eating was not affected by ground or cutting length, also the total eating number of chews during eating per day was not changed. The number of rechewing during ruminating per minute did not show any significant difference among treatment, but the numbers of chewing during ruminating per day increased significantly with 10cm(P<0.05) than with 5mm and 25cm. The total number of chews per day was higher in sheep fed 10cm than those fed other diets. The chewing speed 1 [Daily chewing numbers of ruminating/Daily ruminating time(sec)] and 2 [Daily total chewing numbers/Daily total chewing time(sec)] were rapid with 10cm. Eating rate of DM and NDF was not influenced by ground or cutting length, but ruminating efficiency of DM was significantly higher with 5mm(P<0.05) than with 10cm and 25cm, and ruminating efficiency of NDF and chewing efficiency showed to be higher with 5mm. Number of boluses and number of chews per bolus were increased significantly high(P<0.01) with 10cm and 5mm, respectively.
