      • 오이 흰가루병에 대한 anthraquinone유도체의 방제효과

        화학약품으로 anthraquinone 유도체인 emodin, 1, 8-anthraquinone, 1, 4-anthraquinone 및 9, 10-anthraquinone을 가지고 오이 흰가루병에 대한 방제효과를 비교한 결과 emodin과 1, 8-anthraquinone이 가장 효과적이었고 오이에 대한 약해도 없었다. The study of control effect comparison on cucumber powdery mildew using standard chemicals like emodin(6-methyl-1, 3, §-trihydroxyanthraquinone), 1, 8-anthraquinone, 1, 4-anthraquinone and 9, 10-anthraquinone of anthraquinone derivatives was conducted. Among these derivatives, emodin and 1, 8-anthraquinone treatment were most effective and bot showed phytotoxicity to cucumber plants.

      • 사질토와 화강토의 액상화 특성 비교 연구

        The cyclic triaxial tests were performed on saturated specimens of Jumunjin standard sand, Seoul Han-River sand, Saemangeum soil and granite soil for liquefaction charateristics of soils. The experimental results are summarized as follows ; Liquefaction potential was dominated by the stress ratio at a given number of cycle. That is, the number of cycle required to cause initial liquefaction became smaller as the stress ratio increased. The liquefaction potential was influenced by relative density. Under a given relative density, liquefaction potential of Saemangeum soil and granite soil was larger than that of Jumunjin standard sand and Seoul Han river sand. The pore water pressure of granite soil was the smallest under a given relative density and stress ratio, it showed higher value when the cyclic stress amplitude and shear strain were high. From the above results, it may be considered that dynamic properties of soils, liquefaction possibility were largely depended on the kind of soils.

      • 忠北 山村地域의 耕作地와 그 周邊이 天敵거미類의 生態에 關한 硏究

        1) 1991년 4월부터 11월까지 충청북도 청원군 산촌지역과 그 주변에서 채집된 890개체의 거미류를 동정, 분류한 결과 17과 48속 77종이었다. 2) 과의 우점순위는 왕거미과(26.1%), 닷거미과(16.6%), 늑대거미과(16.3%), 접시거미과(11.2%)의 순이었다. 3) 속의 우점순위는 호랑거미속(19.9%), 긴마디늑대거미속(14.4%), 서성거미속(13.4%), 접시거미속(11.2%)의 순이었다. 4) 종의 우점순위는 긴호랑거미(18.9%), 별늑대거미(11.0%), 닻표늪서성거미(8.2%), 쌍줄접시거미(5.7%)의 순이었다. 5) 생활형에 있어 조망성거미류(48.7%)의 발생이 qo회성거미류(51.3%)와 비슷하며 이 지역 거미상은 두 종류의 생활형이다. 6) 생물학적 방제에 거미를 실제 이용하기 위해서는 이들의 생활형에 따른 서식습성을 고려한 작물선택이 필요하다. The results investigated on the fauna and ecology of spiders as natural enemy at the farmland in Sanchon area are summarized as follows: 890 individuals of collected spiders during investigation are identified 17 families, 48 genera and 77 species. The dominant families are Araneidae(26.1%), Pisauridae(16.6%), Lycosidae(16.3%) and Linyphiidae(11.2%). The dominant genera are Argiope(19.9%), Pardosa(14.4%) Pisaura(13.4%) and Nerience(11.2%). The dominant species are Argiope bruennichii(18.9%), Pardosa astrigera(11.0%), Pisaura ancora(8.2%) and Neriene limbatinella(5.7%). Webbing spiedrs(48.7%) are more abundant and influencable on spider fauna than wandering spiders(51.3%). Crop selection should consider the life type of spiders for biological control.

      • MRSA 균주의 mec B 유전자의 염기배열

        The nucleotide sequence of the mec B, which may encode the repressor or regulatory protein for the expression of the structural gene of MRSA-PBP(or PBP-2') that is responsible for the highly β-lactam resistance in methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) strain, has been determined. The expression in in vitro translation system of mec B gene had been reported(Song, 1992). The size of the longest open reading frame(ORF) is 507 bases encoding a protein of predicted size 19,572 daltons. A segment of the mec B gene sequence(including the promoter region) was found in inverted directions at 100 bases upstream of the mec A gene in MRSA(Song et al, 1987) and the proposed promoter for mec B gene overlaps mec A gene.

      • 林分의 過去 成長量 推定에 關한 硏究

        잣나무林에 대한 林分構造를 분석하여 이 林分의 과거 변화되어온 과정을 파악하여 이를 새로운 경영에 반영하기 위하여 林分解析을 실시한 것을 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 林分內 標準이 될 수 있는 林分은 標準地로 선정하고 標準地面積은 1,000㎡로 설정했다. 2) 標準地內 林木에 대하여는 每木調査를 실시하여 本數配分表를 작성하고 이에 따른 標準木을 분배 추출하였다. 추출한 標本木數는 다음의 근사식에 의하여 결정했다. N=(2Cv/P)2×(1-p2) 3) 추출된 林木에 대하여는 이를 伐採하여 樹幹析解을 하기 위하여 材長 2m로 절단한 것을 Huber式에 의하여 材積을 계산하고 지상 0.0m부위의 年輪數에 의하여 추정된 林齡은 33년생이었다. 4) 수확표와 비교한 標準地林分의 地位指數는 8이었다. 5) 樹幹析解한 林木의 각 齡級內의 재적은 Xi=a+bYi의 일반식에 의하여 추정했으며 그 抽出率은 현재에서 과거로 소습할수록 낮아지며 材積間의 相關係數는 각 繼時點에서 멀어질수록 적어졌으며 가장 낮은 상관관계는 0.51이였다. 6) 實材積에 대한 Yates의 방법을 응용하여 계산된 材積表材積의 보정은 推定誤差率이 1.8%이고, 推定實在的의 推定誤差는 0.0004㎥였다. 7) 林分材積表 추정은 該當수확표 33齡級 환산한 평균재적은 175.842㎥에 대하여 plot의 ha당 林分材積은 158.394㎥로서 재적비는 90%에 달하고 있다. This study aimed to elucidate the successive change of the preview stand construction of which was made artificially, Since any working data were not recorded. This survey was carried out on the 33 years-old Korean white pine(Pinus koraiensis s. et z), the procedures and results of this stand analysis were as follows; After-timber cruise, in plot of 1,000㎡ in area, sample trees of respective diameter classes were chosen and the number need for stem analysis were determined according to the following formula. N=(2Cv/P)2×(1-p) Where Cv is the coefficient of variation of the present stand. P is the aimed precision. p is a correlation coefficient of successive volume at a time, When above precision is claimed. Trees to be used for stem analysis were sectioned into 2m interval and its volume was calculated by using the Huber's formula, the age of all trees was 33 years-old as a count of the annual rings of the ground level disk. The Value of the forest site index was 8. The Volume estimation of the past stand each age class was made by the formula x1=a+byi and the positive correlation between the estimation rates and the stand ages were observed. The error percentage of calibration between actual volume and volume table was 1.8% and the standard error of the estimated actual volume was 0.0004㎥. The average volume per ha of plot in 33 years of age class is 175.842㎥ and when this figure was compared with 158.394㎥ of the concerned yield table, and average stem volume was 90% of the concerned yield table which means the value of the yield table was larger.

      • 절화 카네이션의 급속 개화에 KI 및 NaBH₄가 미치는 영향

        어버이날이나 스승의 날과 같은 절화의 수요가 급증하는 시기에는 절화 카네이션의 수명보다는 오히려 화기의 급속열림의 필요성이 매우 중요하다. 왜냐하면, 대부분이 조기 채화되어 불개화되는 율이 높고, 목적상 일회적으로 사용되어지기 때문이다. 급속화기 열림제를 위하여 조사한바, 기본 용액(당 2%+8HQS 200ppm)에 NaBH?와 KI는 1mM의 농도에서 단독처리나 복합처리 모두 화기급속열림에 매우 효과적인 것으로 나타났으며, 1∼2일 후에 화경을 두 배로 증가시켰다. 그러나 이러한 급속화기 열림제는 고농도일 경우 절화수명은 오히려 단축시키는 것으로 나타났다. Rapid flower opening was much more important than flower longevity when cut carnation was in great demand such as Mother's or Teacher's day because carnations were mostly harvested at pre-open stage. Combination of 1mM NaBH? or/and 1mM KI together with a basal solution (surose 3%+8HQS 200ppm) have been found to be very effective in the rapid flower opening of cut carnation cv. Desio where they showed two fold increased flower diameter during 1 or 2 days after treatment. However, it was found that the higher concentration was, the shorter flower longevity was because of toxicity.

      • 한국산 참나무류에 함유된 cis-, trans- MO-lactone의 성분분석 연구

        The MO-lactone(3-methyl-4-hydroxy octanoic acid γ-lactones) which is decisive compounds in flavor improvement during aging of whisky and/or brandy were extracted from 6 species of Quercus in Korea. These compounds were identified by GC and GC/MS and compared with these from the heartwood of mizunara(Q. mongohra Turez var. grosseserrata Rehd. et. Wils) in Japan. The amount of MO-lactones in 6 oak species were determined comparatively. The highest amounts of MO-lactone were showed in extract from Q. acutissima and others are in order of Q. serrata, Q. alliena, Q. dentata, Q. variabilis and Q. mongolica. Therefore these 6 oak species in Korea can be used possibly as raw materials of liquor aging cask. Q. acutissima was best possible species among them because it contained relatively hightest value of trans-MO-lactones.

      • DMBA 투여후 랫트의 조혈기능에 미치는 녹용의 영향에 대한 연구

        This study was carried out to investigate the effects of Cervi Cormu on the hemopoietic functions in Sprague-Dawley rats. 7, 12-Dimethylbenz[a]anthracene(DMBA) was administered subcutaneously to Sprague-Dawley rats by interscapular single injection of 100㎍/g of body weight in order to induce hypofunction of hemopoietic organs. Freeze-dried powder of Cervi Cornu was continuously administered, perorally, as a concentration of 20㎎/200gm B. W. in saline. Experimental and control groups of rats were sacrificed on day 7, 14 and 21 following the injection of DMBA. The results obtained were summarized as follows: Body weights of experimental and control groups showed similar values. Thymus weights of control and deer horn extract(DHE)-treated groups showed similar values, but those of DMBA-treated groups were remarkably decreased in comparison with control groups. Spleen weights of DHE-treated groups were moderately increased comparing to those of control groups, but those of DMBA-treated groups were remarkably decreased in comparision with control groups. RBC numbers of experimental and control groups showed similar values. Hb and Hct in DMBA-treated groups and DHE-treated groups following DMBA treatment were decreased at 3 weeks in comparison with control groups. MCV in DMBA-treated groups were decreased comparing to control groups. MCH and MCHC in experimental and control groups showed similar values. Albumin, BUN, and total protein in experimental and control groups showed similar values. Total cholesterol, alkline phosphatase, and creatinine were decreased in DHE-treated groups comparing to those of control group through the experimental period. SGOT and SGPT were decreased in DHE-treated groups, and those were decreased in DMBA-treated groups and DHE-treated groups following DMBA treatment at 2 and 3 week, comparing to those of control groups.

      • 다목적 계획법을 활용한 김해와 부산지역 절화생산 농가의 영업계획 수립에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 절화 생산농가의 경영실태를 파악하고 경영진단을 위한 제 지표를 작성하고 주어진 가용 자원조건하에서 농가 gross margin의 극대화와 농번기 고용노동의 극소화를 동시에 얻을 수 있는 영농 계획수립 대안을 제시해 보고자 다목적 계획법(Multiobjective Programming)분석을 시도하였다. 본 연구의 기초가 되는 자료의 조사는 부산, 김해지역의 18개 절화 전업농가를 대상으로 하였으며, 그 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 조사농가의 호당 평균 경지면적은 1,550평이었으며 그중 75.7%는 임대경지로서 매우 영세하였고 호당 자가 노동력은 2.4인이였으며 고용 노동력은 1.7인이었다. 2) 재배현황은 Carmation, 장미, 안개초, Gerbera, 국화, Gladiolus, Iris, 금어초, Freesia 등의 9작목에 21개의 작부형태였다. 3) 작목별 노동 투하시간은 장미가 1,578시간으로 가장 많았으며, 글라디올러스 Ⅲ가 296시간으로 가장 적었다. 이익계수는 장미가 7,748천원으로 가장 높았고 다음은 Carnation, 안개초의 순이었다. 4) 다목적 계획 수립 기법을 이용한 이익의 극대화와 농번기 노동력의 최소화를 동시에 만족시켜주는 해결책으로는 위험을 선호하는 형(A, E 대안), 위험을 기피하는 형 (B대안), 중립적인 형(D대안)의 4가지 형태의 대안으로 나타났다. This case study is to investigate a real management condition of cut flower production farm houses and then to make indices for economic analysis, and on the basis of that, to generate a few possible alternatives for farmer's decision-making from problems involving conflicting goals which were related to maximize total gross margin and to minimize labour requirements in labour peak season such as April by multiobjective programming using NISE method. 18 farms located in Kimhae and Pusan area were selected as sample farms and surveyed for analysis. The results were as follows; Average farm area per farm house surveyed was 1,550 pyeong and 75.7% of area was leased, and self labour power and employment labour power per farm house was 2.4 and 1.7 persons, respectively. 9 crops such as carnation, rose, gypsophila, gerbera, chrysanthemum, gladiolus, iris, snapdragon and freesia were presently cultivated as 21 cropping patterns. Labour requirement was the largest for rose by 1,578 hours, and benefit coefficient was the largest for rose by 7,748 thousand won per 100 pyeong and followed by carnation and gypsophila. The alternatives of possible policies for cut flower production were found to be A and B as aggressive policies and C as a moderate policy, finally B as a conservative policy.
