Dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine(DPPC)과 dipalmitoyl phosphatidic acid(DPPA) 리포좀내 이중층의 열적 상전이에 미치는 칼슘과 페노치아진 유도체의 영향을 시차 열량 분석계로 연구하였다. 인지질 이중층은 가열시 어느 특정온도에서 급격한 구조적 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 온도에 의존한 변화는 순수 인지질의 경우 특이할 만큼 예민하였다. 순수 인지질에 페노치아진 유도체를 가하였을 때 순수 인지질의 상전이 온도보다 낮은 온도에서 일어 났으며 상전이 열그림을 넓적하게 만들었다. 칼슘 이온은 DPPC: DPPA(34: 66mol%)의 상전이 온도를 높였다. 그러나 위의 혼합 인지질에 페노치아진 유도체를 가하였을 때 $73^{\circ}C$에서의 작고 넓적한 곡선 부분이 사라졌다. 이러한 현상은 아마도 칼슘과 폐노치아진 유도체의 산성 인지질의 친수부분에서 상호 경쟁적 작용에 기인된 것으로 추정되어진다. The effects of phenothiazine derivatives and calcium on the thermotropic phase transition of bilayers in dipalmitoyl phosphatidylcholine (DPPC) and dipalmitoyl phosphatidic acid (DPPA) liposomes were investigated with differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). Bilayers underwent an abrupt organizational changes at a characteristic temperature when heated. Such temperature-dependent transition was particularly striking and sharp in the bilayers prepared from pure phospholipids. The ability of phenothiazine derivatives to modify the phase transition of phospholipids liposomes was measured by a broadening of the phase transition profile, that transition began to appear at lower temperature than which occurs in untreated liposomes. Calcium ion caused a large upward shift in the transition temperature of DPPC:DPPA (34:66mol%) liposomes. When the liposomes were first incubated with calcium ion followed by phenothiazine derivatives, disappearance of the broad curve centering at $73^{\circ}C$ indicated displacement of calcium ion by phenothiazine derivatives at the anionic site. It is supposed that calcium ion and phenothiazine derivatives might compete with each other on the head group of acidic phospholipid.

That there is the principle of individual contract priority in Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act is why individual contract between business operator and customer is closer than standardized contract in intent. According to the purpose of the Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act, in case standardized contract is equal to individual contract, it apply to the Regulation of Standardized Contracts Act. If customer doesn’t excises influence over the process of contract formation, - doesn’t have modifiability of contract. For this case is that customer is allowed to choose just contract content that is suggested by business operator, related clause is not individual contract but standardized contract. To revise existing commercial transaction custom, When Fair Trade Commission(hereinafter, FTC) remedies standardized contract that correspond with existing commercial transaction custom, the standard of abstract norm control and concrete norm control is different each other because a concrete range of application and difference in point of view. Finally, Because somebody should pay commission is on the on hand bank gets a profit, on the other customer gets a profit, this case apply to liberty of contract. Therefore, optional clause is not unfair clause.

We should manage the target locations according to the deterioration degree of the ballast for the rational and economical ballast cleaning. For this, it's required to define the logics calculating the crushing rates and suggest the threshold values for the ballast cleaning. This paper introduce the system modules that estimate the ballast's deterioration degree refers to the results of the previous study("A Study on the Crushing Characteristic of the Ballast Gravel at High-Speed Railroad", Journal of the Korean Society for Railway, Vol.11, No.4, pp.384~389), enroll the target locations where the ballast cleaning is required.
The Thermotropic Phase Behaviors of Artificial Phospholipid Liposomes Incorporated with Soyasaponin

인공 생체유사막을 인지질인 dimyristoyl phosphatidylcholine (DMPC)로 제조하여 인지질 막에 미치는 대두사포닌의 영향을 시차열량 분석계로 연구하였다. 대두 사포닌이 침투되기 전, 후의 인지질 막의 상그림을 얻어 상 전이시 엔탈피의 변화와 협동단위수를 상법에 따라 계산하였다. 대두 사포닌이 침투된 인지질 막의 상그림은 순수 인지질 막의 상 그림에 비해 넓적하게 변하였으며 특이하게 상전이 온도를 낮추었다. 이것은 인지질막의 이중층에 침투된 대두사포닌이 인지질 이중층의 협동 단위를 감소시킨 것으로 추정된다. 이러한 결과로 보아 대두사포닌은 인지질 막 이중층의 유동성에 중요한 영향을 미친다고 사료된다. The effect of soyasaponin on the liposomal phospholipid membrane was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Soyasaponins were obtained and the enthalpy changes and the sizes of cooperative unit of the transition were calculated. The thermograms of L-α-dimyristoyl phosphatidylcholine(DMPC) incorporated with soyasaponin showed that the phase transition temperature was significantly lowered and the peak was broadened. This was attributed to the possibility that incorporation of soyasaponin into the lipid bilayers reduced the cooperative unit of phospholipid bilayers. These results indicate soyasaponin might have significant effect on the fluidity of biological membrane.

Currently maya program is used from movie and TV program production. In this paper, we study skeleton setup techniques using support joint. This techniques are useful generation and development of various behavior of human body.
