본 논문에서는 웨이블릿 변환과 Direct LDA(DLDA)을 사용한 홍채 특징추출 방법을 제안한다. 이것은 획득한 홍채 영상으로부터 독특한 특징을 추출하기 위해 특별히 이차원 이산 웨이블릿 변환의 다중해상도 분해 방법을 사용하는 것이다. 또한 홍채의 다양한 웨이블릿 성분으로부터 변별력을 가진 특징을 얻을 수 있도록 DLDA기법을 적용하였다. 이러한 특징추출 방법은 이동이나 회전에 변하지 않는 알고리즘을 요구하는 홍채의 모양을 묘사하는데 적합하다. 홍채 패턴정합을 위해서는 최근접 평균 분류기 (Nearest Mean Classifier)를 사용하였다. 본 논문에서 인간의 홍채인식을 위해 제시한 방법이 홍채패턴을 표현하는 효과적인 방법이며, 시간 및 공간의 절약이라는 측면에서 유리하다는 것을 보여준다.

Objectives : To understand the basis for future improvement and development in the lectures, an evaluation was made on the lecture by the 'theory-practice-self study' system initiated in 'Yangseng Qigong(養生氣功) and practice' at Daegu Haani University. Method : We surveyed the satisfaction of 'Yangsaeng Qigon and Practice' which is the lecture that is composed theory, practice, self study for 120 students at college of oriental medicine in Daegu Haani University. Result : In the inquiry for the satisfaction with the general class of ‘Yangsaeng Qigong and practice', 69% of students answered positively. As to the satisfaction with class grouping, 76% answered affirmatively, and as to the question "Agreement to the plan workable?", 72% said it was satisfactory, showing lectures by class grouping were made successful as planed. As to satisfaction with theory lectures, 36% were satisfied (38% unsatisfied), as to practice 90% was satisfied (2% unsatisfied) and as to the self-study and special lectures, 36% was satisfied (23% unsatisfied), showing the satisfaction was relatively higher for practice. To the question "Was it helpful in understanding hygiene Danjeon-breathing science?", 31% said yes (16% no) for theory, 87% yes (3% no) for practices, 32% yes (32% no) for special lectures, and 37% yes (28% no) for team assignments. Conclusions : The textbooks and majors of the lecturers turned out to be varied, but as seen from the result of lecture satisfaction on 'Yangseng Qigong and practice', it was different according to the preparedness of the lecturers and satisfaction with the lecture material. Despite the situation that most schools have chosen it as a major subject, the subject name was divergent among schools and the textbook and the content of practice were also not unified. At the point of globally rising interest in Qigong, this will only lead to its weak competitiveness when advancing to the world.
천연발효식초 섭취와 유산소운동이 중년 여성의 신체 구성과 심폐기능에 미치는 효과

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine the effects of long-term endurance exercise and natural fermented vinegar on body composition and cardiopulmonary function of 50-aged postmenopausal women. Methods: Subjects were divided into four groups (sedentary group, aerobic exercise group, natural fermented vinegar group, and aerobic exercise plus natural fermented vinegar group) to perform natural fermented vinegar intake or aerobic exercise for 8 weeks. Body weight, body composition, cardio-pulmonary function test, and blood concentration of glucose, lipid profiles, aspartate aminotransferase, and alanine aminotransferase were measured. Results: The results showed that natural fermented vinegar or aerobic exercise training for 8 weeks no significantly improved body weight control and body composition. However, natural fermented vinegar plus aerobic exercise training for 8 weeks significantly improved cardiopulmonary function. Conclusion: These results suggest that natural fermented vinegar plus aerobic exercise training has a significant effect on anti-fatigue.

Although marathon has been considered as a simple or natural event, the multiple factors affect its performance such as physique and physical fitness including physical, technical, and mental factors. Academic disciplinary topics for talent identification in marathon performance are supported by physical characteristics, exercise physiology, biochemistry, nutrition, psychology, biomechanics, development and growth, evaluation and measurement. The scientific factors of marathon consist of physical and physiological characteristics of runners, overcoming trial of environmental effects, nutritional and psychological approach, ergogenic aid, effective training program, shoes and clothes. Especially, cardiopulmonary-related physical fitness is evaluated by maximal oxygen uptake, anaerobic threshold, oxygen transport rate, and lactate tolerance. These scientific approaches for the improvement of running performance have been applied to the pick-up of excellent runner, exercise training, and actual running race for the overcome of limiting factors as environmental condition, exercise-induced fatigue, and injury, etc. In conclusion, we must consider the scientific factors for actual running race with physiological or psychological paradigm, technical application, nutritional approach, genetic analysis and information and communication and technology (ICT) convergence science for the scientific consideration of improvement in marathon running performance.
장기간의 지구성 운동과 단삼식초 섭취가 고지방식 유도 비만 흰 쥐의 신체구성과 인슐린 저항성에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 단삼식초 및 지구성 운동트레이닝이 고지방식 유도 비만 흰쥐의 신체구성 및 혈중 항목들의 농도 변화에 미치는 영향을 비교분석함으로서 대사성 증후군의 개선에 도움을 줄 수 있는 효과적인 방법을 모색하고자 실시되었다. 10주령 수컷 Wistar 흰쥐 40마리를 대상으로 8주간 고지방식 처치로 비만을 유도한 후 좌업군, 운동군, 단삼식초섭취군, 운동군+단삼식초섭취 복합처치군 등으로 무선, 배정하여 총 8주간 운동 및 식이처치를 실시하였으며, 체중 및 신체구성, 식이섭취량, 경구당 부하검사 및 혈중 콜레스테롤 농도 등을 측정하였다. 8주간의 단삼식초섭취는 지구성 운동과 병행할 경우 체중감소 및 인슐린 저항성의 개선효과를 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 단삼식초섭취만 처치할 경우 오히려 체지방량을 증가시키고 제지방량은 감소시켰으며, 인슐린 저항성을 현저하게 개선시키지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 지구성 운동과의 병행 시도의 경우에도 운동효과를 배제한 부가적인 효과가 나타나지 않았으며, 혈중 지질에 있어서는 운동의 효과마저 둔화시키는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 단삼식초섭취에 따른 항고혈당, 항비만 효과는 확인될 수 없었으며, 추후 분자생물학적 분석에 의한 기전과 관련된 원인분석을 통해서 보다 명확한 결과를 제시할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of long-term endurance exercise and salvia miltiorrhiza vinegar on body composition and insulin resistance of high-fat diet (30% carbohydrate, 50% fat and 20% protein) induced obese rats. After 8 weeks of high fat diet (50% of total calories), rats were divided into 4 groups (sedentary group, n=10; exercise group, n=10; Salvia miltiorrhiza vinegar group, n=10; exercise+Salvia miltiorrhiza vinegar group, n=10) for 8 weeks. Body weight, body composition, diet intake volume, oral glucose tolerance test, plasma total cholesterol were measured. The results showed that Salvia miltiorrhiza vinegar plus endurance exercise training for 8 weeks significantly improved body weight control, visceral fat weight, and insulin resistance. However, only Salvia miltiorrhiza vinegar treatment did not significantly improve body composition and insulin resistance. In addition, there was no additive by the combination of Salvia miltiorrhiza vinegar and endurance exercise in insulin, body fat, and total cholesterol. The reduction of body fat, glucose, insulin and cholesterol by combination was resulted from the exercise. These results suggest that Salvia miltiorrhiza vinegar has slight effect on anti-hyperglycemia and anti-obesity.
