다문화청소년의 트라우마 중재를 위한 가상현실 프로그램 모형

최근 가상현실의 기술이 발달함에 따라 게임중독, 알코올 중독 등에 대한 가상현실 치료 프로그램이 개발되고 있다. 본 연구는 다문화 청소년의 트라우마 중재를 하기 위하여 가상현실에 기반한 인지행동치료 프로그램을 구현하는 개발과정의 모형을 제시하고자 한다. 인지행동치료의 가상현실 프로그램개발은 크게 3단계로 나누어진다. 제1단계에서는 다문화청소년이 트라우마로 인하여 경험한 주요 감정과 표출된 문제를 포함한 트라우마의 특성들을 파악하고 제2단계에서는 트라우마에 대한 인지행동치료를 목표로 한 시나리오를 구성의 전개과정과 범위의 내용을 제시되어야 한다. 최종 제3단계서는 시나리오 콘텐츠의 가상현실프로그램 구현에 대한 타당성 검토를 통해 다문화청소년의 긍정적 변화를 이끌 수 있는 중재 프로그램 개발의 가능성을 제안하였다. As the technology of virtual reality has recently developed, virtual reality treatment programs for game addiction and alcoholism are being developed. The purpose of this study is to present a model of developmental process of virtual reality based cognitive behavior therapy program for trauma intervention in multicultural adolescents. The development of virtual reality program of cognitive behavior therapy consists of three stages. In the first step, In the first stage, the trauma characteristics including the main emotions and the expression problem due to the trauma experienced by the multicultural youth should be grasped. In the second stage, the contents of the development process and scope of the scenario for the cognitive behavior therapy for trauma should be presented. In the final stage 3, the study will examine the feasibility of implementing the scenario contents in the virtual reality program. Through this process, the intervention program development model that can lead the positive change of the multicultural youth was presented.

The purpose of this study was to use Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) for the efficient operation of disabled welfare facilities conducted a survey with 116 members that are enrolled in 5 disabled welfare facilities located in Kyung-gi province and Seoul City. For all the collected data, the statistically significant level was set as α =.05, and by using SPSS 15.0, frequency analysis and construct validity were verified, and for exploratory factor analysis and reliability verification, Cronbach’s α coefficient was calculated. And for the difference verification of IPA, paired sample t-test was conducted, and the study has drawn the following conclusions: Quadrant I includes as the part to Leadership responsibility, leadership expertise, and handicapped parking place. Quadrant Ⅱ includes as the part to Fees, using the voucher, shuttles bus, public distance of transportation, leaders trust, and leaders appearance. Quadrant Ⅲ includes as the part of Fitness equipment, parking, and cleanliness. Lastly, quadrant Ⅳ includes as the part of program configuration, leader kindness, diversity programs, discount system, programs, class time, and shower room.

Objectives: In Korea, there are many kinds of evaluations for medical institutions. However, evaluations are increasingly burdensome for medical institutions because evaluation agencies, evaluation timing, and evaluation methods are different. The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of evaluation for medical institutions and ultimately to provide quality medical services to patients. Methods: In this study, 2,310 indicators of 19 kinds of evaluation for medical institutions were analyzed. Results: 1,424 indicators were available for on-site surveys and 886 indicators were not available for on-site surveys. There were 4 kinds of evaluation that can be integrated in total, 12 kinds of evaluation that can be integrated partially, and 3 kinds of evaluation that need to maintain the current evaluation system. Conclusion: In order to provide patient-centered quality medical services through reduction of burden due to the evaluation for medical institutions, it is necessary to deeply discuss the efficiency of evaluation integration and result utilization.
무 변화 패턴을 갖는 시간경로 유전자발현자료를 제거하기 위한 함수들의 비교

시간경로 유전자 발현자료에 대한 본격적인 통계분석을 수행하기에 앞서 의미있는 정보를 제공하지 못할 것으로 여겨지는 유전자들은 선별하여 미리 제거함으로서 자료의 차원을 축소시킬 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 잡음이나 변이가 낮은 자료로 인한 잘못된 판단을 감소시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 관측표본에 대한 백분위수 기준과 붓스트랩 표본에 대한 백분위수 기준 하에서 무 변화 패턴을 갖는 유전자들을 제거시킬 수 있는 기존의 필터링 함수들을 비교하였다. 이스트(yeast) 자료에 적용하여 두 가지 필터링 방식에 대해 가장 유사한 결과를 보인 것은 분산 함수였다. Filtering genes that do not appear to contribute to regulation prior to the statistical analysis of time course gene expression data can reduce the dimensions of data and the possibility of misinterpretation due to noise or lack of variation. In this paper, we compare six different functions for filtering genes with flat pattern under the percentile criterion on an observed sample and that on a bootstrap sample. The result of applying to the yeast cell cycle data shows that the variance function is most similar in both samples.
순차적 부분최소제곱 회귀적합에 의한 시간경로 유전자 발현 자료의 결측치 추정

마이크로어레이 유전자 발현 자료는 대용량이며 또한 관측 과정이 복잡하여 결측치가 빈번하게 발생된다. 본 논문에서는 관측 시점 간에 상관성을 갖는 시간경로 유전자 발현 자료에 대한 결측치 추정을 위하여 순차적 부분최소제곱(sequential partial least squares: SPLS) 회귀적합 방법을 제안한다. 이는 순차적 기법과 부분최소제곱(partial least squares: PLS) 회귀적합 방법을 결합시킨 것이다. 세 가지의 이스트(yeast) 시간경로 자료들에 대한 몇 가지 모의실험을 통하여 제안된 결측치 추정방법의 유용성을 평가한다. The size of microarray gene expression data is very big and its observation process is also very complex. Thus missing values are frequently occurred. In this paper we propose the sequential partial least squares(SPLS) regression fitting method to estimate missing values for time course gene expression data that has correlations among observations over time points. The SPLS method is to combine the sequential technique with the partial least squares(PLS) regression fitting method. The usefulness of method proposed is evaluated through some simulation study for three yeast time course data.
