김건우의 연구 <브랜드 웹툰 1화의 연출적 특징 분석 연구>의 보충연구이다. 브랜드 웹툰인 <쿠키런: 오븐 브레이크>는 게임을 <쿠키런>을 대상으로 진행한 브랜드 웹툰 기획이다. 다섯 작가들이 다섯 가지 웹툰을 주에 1회씩 진행하였다. 때문에 다른 어떤 브랜드 웹툰 분석보다도 통제할 수 있는 요소가 많았다. 평점, 댓글, 추천 등을 중심으로 독자 이탈률을 추측해보고 이를 정리하며 사이드 필드의 ‘10분 법칙’을 중심으로 분석했다. ‘10분 법칙’이 과연 웹툰에도 적용 될 수 있는지 가능성에 대해서 논의 하고 이를 이용하여 ‘1화 법칙’이라는 가설을 세워 적용했다. 이 전 연구가 다섯 편의 웹툰 중 두 편의 웹툰만 사례로 사용했기에 이번 연구에서는 다섯 편 모두를 ‘1화 법칙’이란 가설을 적용 시켜보았으며, 웹툰 연재가 완전히 종료된 후에도 과연 그 가설이 일치하는지 조사하였다. 그 결과 이전 연구와 마찬가지로 독자 이탈률이 적은 작품일수록 ‘1화 법칙’을 잘 지키고 있는 것을 알아냈다. This is a Supplementary study of Kim GeonWoo s study <A Study on the Characteristic Analysis of Episode 1 in Brand Woon>. The brand webtoon, Cookie Run: Oven Break, is a brand webtoon project that was conducted for the game Cookie Run. Five artists have conducted five webtoons once a week. Therefore, there are many factors that can control the analysis than any other brand webtoon analysis. We analyzed the ratings based on the 10 minute rule of the side field by guessing the bounce rate based on ratings, comments, and recommendations. As a result, In the previous study, we used two webtoons from five webtoons as an example, so we applied all five of them to the hypothesis. And we checked whether the hypothesis coincided after the serialization of Webtoon completely ended. I found that the works with fewer bounce rates are better guarded by the 10 minute rule of the side field.

Objectives The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Silbi-san on the antioxidant and fat accumulation inhibition and to analyze the anti-obesity effect by analyzing the changes in serum lipid composition in obese mice. Methods We compared contents of phytochemicals like total polyphenols and total flavonoid and antioxidant activities such as 2,2-dipheny-1-picrylhydrazyl and 2.2’-azino- bis (3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) radical scavenging activity. After Silbi-san in 3T3-L1 cells in vitro and mouse adipose tissue ex vivo, we quantified intracellular triglyceride accumulation and lipolysis. Moreover, the anti-obesity activity though inhibiting pancreatic lipase were analyzed. In 3T3-L1 cells, morphological changes showed that control cells had many lipid while cells treated with Silbi-san had less lipid accumulation. 30% EtOH Silbi-san treatment also suppressed the fat absorption by inhibiting the activity of pancreatic lipase and led to high lipolysis through promoting glycerol release. The experimental group was divided into four groups: Normal group fed normal feed, Control group fed 60% high fat diet (HFD) and distilled water, drug group fed 60% high fat diet and 200 mg/kg of Silbi-san water extract, drug group fed 60% HFD and 200 mg/kg of Silbi-san 30% ethanol extract. Results Serum total cholesterol content and serum low density lipoprotein-cholesterol content were significantly decreased in the Silbi-san extract group compared to the control group, serum high density lipoprotein-cholesterol content was significantly increased in Silbi-san extract group. Conclusions In this study, the antioxidant and fat accumulation inhibitory effects of Silbi-san were confirmed. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2020;30(4):41-53)

It is difficult to know seismic performance of most buildings possess. Thus, purpose of this study is for providing technically applicable seismic evaluation method of existing telephone office BLDGs of KT. The evaluation process is divided three phase - scheme, preliminary, and 2nd The scheme phase includes data collection and establishment of performance objective, quick and limited analyses based on available building information and a site visit are involved the preliminary evaluation phase. And 2nd evaluation phase uses linear static procedure(LSP) for detailed evaluation of the structures.

본 연구는 봄철 소나무숲의 NVOC 농도와 숲의 물리환경과의 상관관계에 대하여 과학적으로 밝히기 위한목적으로 수행되었다. 소나무숲의 대기중 NVOC의 포집을 위해 2013년 3월부터 2013년 5월까지 총 5회의 실험을진행하였으며 Tanax-Ta가 충진된 1회용 튜브와 미니펌프를 사용하여 포집하였다. 매회의 실험마다 일중시간동안 총세 번의 시간(일출, 남중, 일몰)에 측정을 하였으며 오차를 줄이기 위하여 같은 지점에서 두 개의 튜브를 사용하여측정 후 분석한 평균값을 사용 하였다. 포집된 NVOC 물질 분석은 HS-SPME법을 사용하여 GC-MS로 분석하였다.봄철 소나무숲의 NVOC 농도와 숲의 물리환경과의 상관관계에 대하여 분석한 결과, α-pinene, β-pinene 등 대부분의물질에서 온도, 이슬점이 높아질수록 농도가 높아졌으며 풍속이 클수록 농도가 낮아졌다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 자료들은 치유의 숲, 자연휴양림 조성 및 숲 환경에 대한 과학적인 근거를 제시함으로써 국민들의 건강증진과 여가활동에 유익한 정보로 사용 될 것이라 기대된다. This study aimed at a scientific examination of the relationship between NVOCs concentration andthe physical environment of red pine forest in spring season. Atmospheric NVOC samples in red pine forest wascollected through five trials conducted from March to May 2013, using Tanax-Ta-charged disposable tubes andmini-pumps. At each trial, measurements were taken at three different points in daytime (sunrise, southing andsunset). For maximum accuracy, two tubes were used for each measurement at the same location, and the meanvalue was used for analysis. Compound analysis on the NVOC samples was done using the HS-SPME methodand GC-MS. Analysis of the relationship between NVOC and the physical forest environment found higherconcentrations of most substances, including α-pinene and β-pinene, with higher temperature, dew point, andlower concentrations with higher wind velocity. The findings of this study offer scientific evidence which caninform the creation of ‘healing forests’ and ‘recreational forests’ as well as forest environment in general,helping to promote public health and recreational activities.
